i like the fact you can import numbers from google, can create your own dialler, its simple yet has everything you require, also connects to hubspot.

Latency and complex interface is a common problem with cloud-based phones. Aircall offers clear quality calls with zero latency and very user-friendly features.
Both the program and the app work very. Call quality is always good and the ability to assign calls and add notes helps when working remotely or in a busy office environment. The Address book feature also makes it so that we have been able to ditch our on-call phones and use the service for all of our out-of-hours needs. It has made the worry of working from home none existent.
If you do not have a strong wifi or phone signal the service does not work well, but this is to be expected and not a massive issue. A wider selection of ringtones would also be welcome. Aside from that, I love the service.
Working from home is now so much easier because all calls come through the centralized service which means that we can truly work from anywhere (dependent on wifi or phone signal).
The different features that it offers, like the tones, link other audio programs to improve the quality of the call, your tech and customer support assitance. I don't recall using another app better or equal.
There's no nothing missin from this product, at leaste, nothing that I can think of. Everything is smooth and user-friendly.
A few weeks ago we had some technical issues making outbound calls but everything was sorted out. As for benefits, I would say that they respond ver fast when something needs to be taken cared of.

The first time I am using Aircall, I find it user-friendly and easy to access.
Nothing in particular, so far, all is great! I don't find any hard time using Aircall.
The only technical issue I had was when there was an intermittent connection of the Internet and that Aircall was affected, but just need to reconnect it and all was good after. The Team provided me troubleshooting guide to resolve it, but overall, Aircall works perfectly great.
