The problem of bad communication software, other services i've used lag a lot and make it hard to navigate. Aircall is easy to use. The benefits realised are clearer, precise communication, time saving as software is easy to use.

The Aircall tool is one of the main tools we use to communicate with our customers. It is straightforward to use and user-friendly. We can quickly check all the types of calls we receive on a daily basis. Amazing!

Aircall is by far one of my favorite tools. This is actually one of our main tools, as we use it to communicate with our clients and guests through phone calls.

Aircall is not a perfect tool, as it has its own flaws. Aircall sometimes lags; the tool gets stuck and freezes. There are also times when you cannot dial or conference a call, and you will have to refresh it, leading to the call being disconnected.

Our guest sometimes reach out to us to ask for assistance with a specific problem or concern. Instead of getting in touch with them via chat or email. Aircall makes it easier, faster, and better to communicate with the guest via phone call. In the event that the call gets disconnected, we can always do callbacks and conference calls if necessary.

I've been using a lot of softphones, but air call is one the best soft I have ever used. Its very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and one of the best interfaces.

Sometimes it loads slowly, and I must exit and reopen the app. However, it does not always happen, so I will still give a good rating for this app. Because they usually advise beforehand if there's an ongoing issue.

Adding notes after the call is a great help for each user. It is more convenient to check the call by just checking the notes. And the incredible thing is that you can update your status, which helps your manager understands your current activity/task.

Doing outbound and inbound calls in Aircall is very easy and user-friendly. We can easily dial a number and will also be able to save the number in Aircall.

Collecting data is easy as well. We can pull up call recordings with ease. We can check the number of people waiting in the queue and the number of agents logged in.

I don't have much of a problem. I think drop calls sometimes but we were able to find it as well. There's a very minimal problem that I see, which is sometimes it disconnects on its own.

i love how aircall has an easy to follow user interface, in terms of inbound and outbound calls. you can also easily find all of the recent call logs in case you need it

there is no task we're not using aircall. this tool is helpful on doing inbound and outbound call, you can also quickly capture and find all of the call logs that you need.

There's some slight issue with calling Singapore BD and sometimes it shows you're still on call when you go to history after your previous call.

The most I like most while using Aircall is the Noise Cancellation feature that can help avoid background noises around our works station and help our caller understand the information we provide.

I would say the automatic schedule is the least helpful feature of Aircall because it's a minor feature we use due to changing plans and tasks when using Aircall.

Aircall solve a lot of concern's with our company, we are able to assist our guest real-time and make an immediate adjustment by giving our clients a call to confirm some of their information.

Aircall is very easy to use and so simple, used for INternational Numbers , Toll Free numbers , also for Call conference numbers , voice mail function and call routing , also for SMS for business use.

So far none only if there is technical issue or maybe internet issue thats the only time that its not okay but ust refresh and it will be back to normal easy to use nothing to say bad.

To call of course our business partners to set a ride for them to perform with the dispatch team and easier to use of aircall is an advantage also for communication SMS , Voice mail , Call routing , and others.

By using Aircall we can easily contact our correspondents to other parts of the world and we can utilize the apps on our computer.

Sometimes Aircall is not functioning well and needs a little patience to process the apps.

Aircall is a very reliable software for inbound and outbound calls, as the functions are nice and simple. Keypad, to-do, history and customizing your settings are perfect to manage a task.

Everything is great for now. Devs continue monitoring and upgrading the software. Nothing to complain
