Overall interface of the application is good... payment tracking, refunds and reporting is super.
Nothing much, its a cool application i am using in this orginization.

There are some filter functions that are unclear
It makes us be able to accept any kind of card from any region.
The dashboard is simple and easy to use, you can navigate quickly and locate customers, records on payments and transactions, look for failed payments and identify the issues easily.
Filtering needs some tweaking after searching for customers or transactions you need to refresh the page to find a new record otherwise the search will be unsecussfull
As we are an online business all of our transactions are online and checkout.com is essential for payment processing and provides easily trackable data about revenue, payment methods and more
I can't say nothing good about the company. Nothing good from a customer perspective. They grew so fast, which resulted in unfpofessional staff. Staff just doesn't know ANYTHING at all in this company.
Unprofessional and slow staff. Checkout.com blocked 100k of our money just because they wanted 😊, even though we have done nothing wrong 😊 In their terms there is no word about them being allowed to just block money 😂
It looks like we do not solve any problems using checkout.com But getting some ?
How easy and simple this is to integrate to a website, all you need to do is copy and paste and fiddle around for the most part.
Setting up the server side code can be quite a pain if you've never dealt with that sort of coding procedure.
Getting payment from customers in an easier fashion. We realized that getting payment processing is easier and not as risky as we originally thought.
