Effectiveness of Expandi in our outbound efforts and the additional value it provides for our product marketing team.
We've been using Expandi for more than 6 months and did not find any significant drawbacks
As a SDR team lead, I was on the hunt for a tool to assist with our outbound efforts. After testing multiple solutions, Expandi quickly stood out as the best option. Not only did it prove to be more effective than the other tools we tested, but it also provided additional value for our Product marketing team. We were able to A/B test messaging and positioning to update our buyer persona. As a B2B company, advertising can be costly, but Expandi proved to be a cost-effective solution that not only helped with sales but also with our product management and marketing goals.
It is very user-friendly, you can understand everything you need to do to take advantage of it.
It is a bit pricey compared to the competence. But it is worth the extra cost
I can automate my LinkedIn outreach in an easy, quick and reliable way
I like the various types of campaigns that you can run with Expandi. You can build custom campaigns that really allow you to interact with leads in unique ways.
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Expandi. The cost could be an issue for some, but I think it is fairly priced for the feature-set.
Expandi is allowing me to send personalized messages to leads which is leading to much higher engagement and response rates which is helping me book more appointments.
The price is decently priced compared to other services.
The software just doesn't work. I had to go back and forth with support for a month with the multiple different issues I had with the service. Each time, different support reps had different answers to the questions as if they didn't comprehend how their own software was supposed to work. The biggest issue was sending LinkedIn connection requests - the software never followed the limits I set. It started sending up to 50 connection requests per day, putting my account in risk of being banned. Also, the sequencing of messaging doesn't make sense, it's very easy for connections to get a stuck at a point where they will not receive follow up messages.
Expandi is attempting to solve the problem of automating LinkedIn marketing, but fails horribly at this purpose.
I like the fact that it works around the clock and recognizes a users login pattern to schedule outreach campaigns. I also like the fact you can create a search on Linked in and export the search using a CSV file (MS Excel)
It can be a little complicated to use at first. The pricing is also a little high if you want multiple users in your business to be on the platform. I think discounts should be applied for more than one user as this will benefit small businesses who have low head count.
It enables me to get across multiple groups of people all at the same time. The benefit is it saves time when working on various projects for outreach.
As a Head of Sales I'm focusing on team management, ROI and overall efficiency. The platform offers open access to various features and accounts, facilitating seamless collaboration and transparency within our team. We can easily assign tasks, track progress, and share insights, leading to better coordination and improved efficiency across the board. Besides that Expandi changed the way we identify and engage with our target audience. The platform offers a wealth of features that have empowered us to scrape high-value audiences with precision and ease. By leveraging Expandi we can identify prospects based on specific criteria. This enhanced targeting has enabled us to tailor our messaging, ensuring that our outreach efforts are personalized and resonate with our audience. As a result, we have witnessed a significant increase in engagement and conversions, with much better reply rates.
Can't complain. Really like the product and customer success team.
Since integrating Expandi into our sales workflow, we have witnessed a remarkable transformation in our ROI, time management, audience targeting capabilities, and overall sales performance.
Expandi has really stepped up my LinkedIn sales game in a short span of time. The cool thing about it is the variety of campaigns you can run. It lets you get creative and engage with leads in different ways.
As for the downsides, there's not much to complain about with Expandi. The cost might be a bit much for some, but considering what you get, it's a fair deal.
Expandi is helping me shoot out personalized messages to leads, and that's translating to way more engagement and responses. Ultimately, it's making it a lot easier for me to book more appointments. Mobile connector campaign is a huge advantage.
It is the best tool on the market: safe, good UI, extremely valuable hacks from Stefan on how to achieve the best results.
The price is a bit high, but in the end Wxpandi worth it
I save a ton of time developing my LinkedIn network
