Google Workspace Pricing Overview

I would say this is hands down the best value package out there. Google Workspace provides us with email, apps, conferencing, online storage, backups, endpoint security, email security, etc. Google has made it super easy to manage with their GUI.

I would say the cost of $36pm per user is worth it but gets pricey when your company scales. I wish they offered savings options but they are pretty strict with it when you go with them direct.

Everything! Having a Google Workspace account equips our employees with everything and more, they will ever need. It's wrapped in one cost and we are charged monthly. This is very flexible with new starters and leavers. Google Meets now support 1080p conferencing so we have moved away from Zoom and saved massive costs. Google Workspace is SaaS and its brilliant because everything is backed up online.

Google workspace consists of many Google Collaborating tools, which I like the most. It charges a single fee and provides all the working tools in a single place. It is cost-effective as compared to other alternatives. Google Workspace is also integrated with the cloud, which helps Google gain an edge in the market.

The User Interface of Gmail can be updated to match what competitors like Outlook offer. Sometimes I feel that Google Workspace is still far behind the oompetitors focusing on a single product. Hence, to remain the top pick in the market need some improvement to become one-stop solution to every problem.

Google Workspace is a great tool for workspace management. It provides almost all the tools we need for our daily work. e.g. I use Google Calendar to track my daily meetings, and schedule tasks. Google Meet for connecting with colleagues over a meeting. Google sheet for tracking the timeline of a project.

It is taking data to much easier.It is a free ,fast and effective to take feedback.Now lots of company, coaching industry e.t.c all are using google forms to complete application form and get feedback from co-workers.I can create this form very easily and no much cost for this.

Mainly it is very useful to create simple forms.It does not allow to upload large size of files.Otherwise it is very well no any problem.

I have about 3 or 4 different google drives! Being able to have multiple google drives has to be one of the best features! You are gifted with giga bytes of storage for every email address you have registered with Google.Another great feature is the sheer amount of space they provide! You can free up space on your phone without feeling like you are getting rid of precious memories; store them on your Google Drive! In adddition to the space, it gives you access to your files whenever you can obtain internet access! This is priceless and you never know when you may need to review docs.

I believe the search feature in google drive needs improvement. Some of my google drives are extensive with many different files. I find it challenging to find specific documents I know I have stored. Even tho space is one of my favorite features, it is also a topic of concern. The free space given spoils users, if you run out of space and need more, a fee will be charged.

The problem of space! In today's society, technology is king! Having space to store is direly important. I am a dancer, and my videos are everything to me. Google drive provides me a safe place to store them! Google drive also allowss you to share documents with others. One of my favorite apps but it didnt get a five star because I went back to look at messages but there were parts of conversation that were missing and that really upset me a lot. Please let me know when this is fixed! Then I'll give a five star! Quick update on my review: the app is glitching and not delivering messages until later. Sometimes, it wont notify me that anybody has even sent anything until I open the app. Please fix this!

My favorite thing about Google forms is that it does not have any costs attached, at least for the basic uses. It also feeds into Google Sheets. The link can easily be sent out for others to complete the form.

I feel like they are not as customizeable as other platforms. They don't have many interactive templates.

Google forms can feed directly into Google Sheets. This makes recording and sorting the data really easy. I can then categorize and calculate the data in Google Sheets. This data can also be transferred to other Google Sheets immediately through ImportRanges.
