Klaviyo integrates with Facebook automagically to create custom audiences 7. Klaviyo continues to roll out new 8. This is the best and genius. They don't charge you until you send your first email! 9. Ok, this is good too, they don't charge you for any contacts that are on your "suppressed' (do not send) list. Pure genius and so awesome.
I'd like to be able to add a person to a segment more easily after an automation campaign is completed. I should be able to do it from within the flow, but for some reason, this functionality has not been built yet.

I have tried several email services and none come close to Klaviyo. The Flows alone pay for the service.
I really can not think of any downside. Everything works correctly and I have been able to link all the 3rd parties I needed with ease.
How to integrate some AI into our marketing. You put in the effort upfront and once the flow is up it works all on it's own.

I admire Klayvio's constant pursuit of improving their site and tools for their users. Their templates are extremely easy to use and edit yourself to hone in on the message you are trying to get across. Integration with Shopify is very easy as well
My only gripe is the cost of it after growing the subscription list. If they could bump the price jumps down a bit, it could be a great improvement.
Klaviyo has made obtaining email subscriptions more possible, plain and simple. Subsciptions are key!

Really nothing that has stood out. When I initially switched to Klaviyo I asked the team about getting a visual flow builder (which the software didn't have at the time). They rolled out this feature a while back and I love it. I say all of that to say that if there are things that I dislike, the Klaviyo team has been quick to make updates.
It has increased my e-commerce sales by at least 10%. Oh, and plus it actually tracks all of that sales data for me (unlike my previous email software).

I do all my email marketing via Klaviyo - although it has taken work to get it all set up how I wanted it it now runs on autopilot for the most part.
I really like that Klaviyo integrates with Shopify. It's super helpful to be able to see individual customer profiles and create automated flows so I don't have to worry about a missed sales opportunity.
I wish there were more template customization options. Sometimes it can be hard to find what you're looking for, but for the most part it's very intuitive.

The flows in Klaviyo (and the triggers to it) allow you to create powerful automations on all aspect of your ecommerce store to give the best possible experience to your customers. Segments is also an amazing feature

I really, really hate the tag line. It’s just in poor taste. Why remind people of Trump when we use your software?
It has a lower point of entry than mail chimp for behavioral marketing.
The deep integration with Shopify. The connection is seamless and very easy to set up and get data flowing.
Metrics area is a bit cumbersome. It would be nice to have a single, management style report in addition to the dashboard that can be easily exported into a visually pleasing PDF for distrobution.

The best part about klaviyo is the flexibility you have to segment your lists and target them with automated flows. The amount of data that is fed back is also fantastic, as it allows me to better understand how customers are behaving on our site, and how to reach them again via email. We have developed a greater understanding of our customers journey to purchase, which has benefited our business tremendously.
Needing to create new segments/lists for each new campaign is something that I think can be improved. I would prefer to be able to narrow my audience within the campaign designer, as often I begin working on a new campaign, but then realise I need to exit and create a segment for the specific group of customers I wish to send the campaign to. This is something I've learned to live with by changing my order of operations, however, I found it frustrating at first. An example, would be if I want to send a campaign to a segment of customers that didn't open my previous campaign. To create this segment, I need to exit the campaign builder and create a new segment, which I will only use once.
Klaviyo has greatly improved the ROI of our email marketing campaigns. We have also been able to use klaviyo to improve our understanding of the customer journey as they make their way through our sales funnel.
