"A Project Management Game-Changer"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I had the opportunity to dive into the world of project management with Monday, and I must say it has been a transformative experience. As someone who juggles multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, finding reliable and intuitive project management software was crucial for optimizing my workflow. Monday not only met but exceeded my expectations in several key areas. User-Friendly Interface: One of the standout features of Monday is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, and the intuitive design makes it easy for team members to quickly grasp the system. The customizable dashboards allow for a personalized view of tasks and projects, creating a seamless and efficient user experience. Versatile Project Tracking: Monday offers a robust set of tools for project tracking. The ability to create custom workflows, set priorities, and assign tasks has significantly enhanced our team's collaboration and coordination. The visual timeline view provides a clear overview of project timelines, helping to identify potential bottlenecks and ensuring that deadlines are met. Effective Communication: Communication is key in any collaborative environment, and Monday understands this well. The platform provides a centralized space for team members to communicate, share updates, and attach files directly to tasks. The real-time collaboration features have streamlined our communication processes, reducing the need for endless email threads and improving overall transparency. Integration Capabilities: Monday's integration capabilities are a game-changer. The software seamlessly integrates with popular third-party tools, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. This integration has eliminated the need to switch between multiple platforms, saving us valuable time and ensuring that all our project data is in one centralized location. Customization and Flexibility: One size does not fit all, and Monday understands that. The platform's high level of customization allows us to tailor our workflows to suit the specific needs of our projects. From custom fields to automations, Monday provides the flexibility required to adapt to the dynamic nature of our work. Customer Support: Should any questions or issues arise, Monday's customer support team is readily available and responsive. Their helpful documentation and tutorials make onboarding a breeze, ensuring that our team can quickly harness the full power of the platform. In conclusion, Monday has proven to be a powerful ally in our quest for efficient project management. Its user-friendly interface, versatile project tracking, effective communication tools, integration capabilities, customization options, and excellent customer support make it a standout choice for teams looking to boost productivity and collaboration. Monday has truly transformed the way we work, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comprehensive project management solution.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Costly Pricing Tiers: While Monday offers a variety of plans to cater to different needs, the pricing can be on the higher side, particularly for smaller teams or startups with limited budgets. As our team expanded, so did our subscription costs, making it a less cost-effective option for organizations in the early stages of growth. Limited Reporting and Analytics: For users who heavily rely on in-depth reporting and analytics, Monday may fall short of expectations. While it provides some basic reporting features, the platform lacks the robust analytics capabilities offered by some of its competitors. This limitation can be a drawback for teams that require more advanced insights into project performance. Overwhelming Customization:

"Great Platform! more than just project management software"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday.com has a ton of valuable features and is very easy to use! there is a learning curve and some time to get your setup configured to the specific needs, but monday.com provide tons of documentation and 'how-to' tutorials to get you started. And there is a great community of people who willingly help users make the most out of the program. Once the initial set up is done the time savings and visibility on your projects is huge. I have seen my own and many businesses transformed by using the monday.com platform. It really is worth the $$

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It is more expensive than other similar platforms, and their pricing tiers tend to force users and businesses to the higher priced tiers. Even though they charge 'per user' they jump from 5 users to 10 users. Which makes a small business with 6 users pay double the price as if they had 5 users. I don't know why they charge this way, as it can really be a downside for some customers.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday as a CRM and project management tool. But I have helped others use it for customer journey's, invoicing, inventory management, budgeting and more. They market it as a 'Work OS' which is really a program to get work done, and I have to say that it really performs like one.

"Great solution for small teams."
What do you like best about monday CRM?

My favorite aspect of Monday was integrating project flow with the CRM. I could have a detailed CRM to organize thousands of clients/leads and set reminders to follow up at certain times, automate drip campaigns, and even connect clients to active deals.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The reason I stopped using Monday was because of the cost. While I understand the pricing, I felt it unnecessary to charge me (an individual) for three seats. Considering the pricing, I did not work on a team and was under-leveraged. They do have cheaper and even free options. However, the tools I utilized required a higher platform, and multiplying it by three diminished its value to my business. IMO, Monday is best for small teams that will use all the seats that you're paying for.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem I was experiencing in my business that Monday had the solution for was a customizable way to organize my clients and leads. Additionally, Monday, also was able to build a deal-flow workbook wherein all of my deals pass-though and kept my transactions organized.

"Get rid of Excel for an excellent service in Monday.com"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Automations are great. Being able to link boards is a huge win when trying to keep Customer information together. Forms are also great to get data into boards from external partners without needing to expose board access. The forms also allow external partners to follow a process, which has historically been a challenging feat on its own.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It is challenging to maintain data integrity across boards, which can be problematic if wishing to make Monday.com work more like a CRM. Integration workflows can also be a bit lacking out of the box. I also wish there was a way to view archived entries better. We need to always be able to access historical records while not bloating the main board with them.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are primarily trying to solve customer management. That includes prequalifying a prospect (i.e., see if their system meets the requirements for our product), onboarding a customer, and maintaining that customer (customer success, product orders, issue tracker, etc.). Typically, this is handled by a fully-fledged CRM, but those services can be cost-prohibitive. Monday.com has worked well as a happy medium between a light CRM and cost-friendliness. We are also bridging across several external products such as JIRA and Pipedrive to streamline information from all departments.

"Brilliant, Fully Customisable CRM - Great for startup's"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

- The Price. You will struggle to find somethign of this quality for a price anywhere near. If you are experienced enough and happy to invest time into automating it yourself, you can end up with a high end CRM for incredibly low monthly fees. - Unrivalled User interface makes it an enjoyable and satisfying system to use - Customisation is so simple. Does take a little bit of time to configure/implement the system the way you need it to work. But once one, you can enjoy a fully customsed system that can be easy updated any time - The number of integrations with 3rd parties is extensive - If a function is not offerd, you can often find a workaround with a bit of time - VERY few and far to come by bugs/unreliability - Ease at which you can share a page/dashboard with non Monday.com users for easy collaboration outside of your team - Easy to use Customer Support with AI support as well as ability to speak to a team member very quickly if neccessary - Easy to access every day regardelss of your setup with the browser, desktop app and mobile App to keep up to date on teh go.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

- It's a fairly young CRM so it still has a number of features to release however really brilliant building blocks, happy to wait - Marketing functionality is fairly limited - Creating a one size fits all can sometimes lead to functions not having the same level of depth as you may like - Does not offer an ATS functionality that would be beneficial for recruitment purposes, such as a search function that can scan documents (CV's)

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Multi functional business offerening multiple services. Monday allows us to build each business function seamlessley into one portal with little need to technical expertese and great expense - Has completely changed the way our business reports and has turned us into a data led organisation

"Less time "integrating", more time growing your business."
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday's architecture is scalable and adapts to my business needs. And when those needs change the system flexibility eliminates the need for costly integration support. We are finding new uses, adding new users, and leveraging Monday.com to address a variety of business process improvement initiatives, and we are achieving in weeks what an integration partner would take months to deliver. At a fraction of the time and costs. And, we have in most instances eliminated the need to create monthly financial, sales projections, and manufacturing forecasting because that data is now real-time, visual, and visible to all key stakeholders.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There is a bit of trial and error in setting up data tables and mirroring data sets is still very manual. For example, bringing back leads from a conference or marketing effort and associating (mirroring/connecting) them to a master Account board is very manual. The server can be slow when interacting with data. Manageable but when working on larger projects with multiple updates the speed can be frustrating.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales pursuit -lead capture through Win-Los-Abandon Customer database management feeding marketing, lead generation, outreach, and market size forecasting Visual Management - ROI on marketing, sales status, win forecasting Manufacturing forecasts, Quote/RFP Project Management Document Control and accessibility Executive reporting - financial modeling and probabilities Partner/Distributor management Marketing automation Customer project/implementation management

"Best All-In-One CRM Platform"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

We have utilized Monday.com practically since it came out and was called Dapulse! WE LOVE IT! Monday is constantly improving, and now that they added a CRM platform, we are even more excited!! We previously used Hubspot for our CRM platform, but it is honestly costly and a bit more than what we need, so now that we can combine our PM platform with our CRM platform, it's life-changing. The automation and continuous integrations with other apps are fantastic, and Monday is always open to customer feedback and makes changes based on that feedback.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Aside from being able to send mass emails with design templates, I haven't found many downsides to Monday's CRM platform. However, I recently heard that this is being integrated soon!

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves having everyone on one platform. It also has so many use cases on what you can track within the software between the dashboards and connected boards there are endless ways to view the information!

"My experience of using Monday CRM"
What do you like best about monday CRM?

A lot of details can be included under one umbrella. As a content creator, I have been able to add content, get them reviewed, add or remove articles, make substantial changes to our websites, add new members, view task progress, add deadlines for team members. In one word, the platform is self sufficient to create content and monitor the work of the entire team and also helps in internal communication and feedback passing on the work done. You don't need the help from any other platforms.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Too Confusing! I have used other CRMs but actually felt Monday.com too confusing. The options > sub options are not that greatly arranged and could have been better I feel. I had to go through a few videos on youtube to understand it better which hasn't been the case while using Freshsales and Zoho CRMs. The clarity in UI can be better

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating content for our website, working on team's performance monitoring, checking the progress, adding/editing other members' work, adding new members on board in the team, internal communication, and feedback sharing around the work done. Benefits are many as said, but the best part, you don't need to take the aid of any other platform throughout the day as every update on your task and for your work, this platform is enough.
