Ease of set up and the options available for creating the webcast
The inability to opt-in for verbal interaction with the audience.

Provisioning and hosting a webinar is very straightforward and easy to handle. I like that there is an option to provide additional resource documents that can be downloaded by the audience at any point throughout the webinar. Many other platforms do not offer this capability. It also is convenient that the registration link, the live view link and the link to the webinar recording are and stay all the same. Additionally, the reporting data is robust and offers many insights into webinar attendance and interaction.
The attendee list in live webinars does not automatically refresh.
ON24 is allowing me to host corporate or co-branded vendor webinars that enable our company to get our message across to our customers and prospects. The robust reporting tools generate valuable marketing-qualified leads and data for our follow-up efforts.
I haven't experienced many connectivity issues with the software, and if documents are available, it has been easy to retrieve them even after the sessions.
There hasn't been much I've disliked as that could have been the presenter's issue.
Having a central location for Learning Management options.
You can customize almost all aspects of the tool to whatever you may need: graphics, hyperlink-able images, dynamic on-brand consoles for my customers, etc. It also has the ability to engage the audience in fun and creative ways through polls, emoji reactions, Q&A, live chat, break-out rooms, and more. It really is a great product if you are creative with what you are trying to deliver.
The video export capabilities are not full HD. I wish you could produce the webinars more. For example, I can't customize who is on camera if there are multiple people presenting. I would love to be able to storyboard my webinar and control who is on screen, where their face appears in the media tile, do lower thirds over their video, place people into the webinar and take them off-screen, etc.
On24 provides opportunities to engage with customers through webinars, but also grants us the ability to provide virtual conference experiences, hybrid events, and also fully virtual event opportunities beyond just a webinar.
Customers can sign onto a professional looking webinar and do not have to worry about any sound settings.
There is a bit of lag time between the sound for the presenters and the audience.

I like that we can pre-record webinars and then play them back in a Sumi-live setting. The interface is really user-friendly and crisp looking.
Support is really slow to respond. It takes a while to get information back into our Marketo instance via the webhook. Wish it occurred minutes after the webinar ended, instead of hours.

The platform is very easy to use from a producer, presenter, and audience perspective. Every one of our third-party presenters says how easy the platform is to work with.
There is not much about the platform we dislike. I would say the only feature we wish could be changed would be to allow people to view a webinar on-demand without having to register first. I know that is for metrics but we wish it could be turned on or off.

Sometimes it can be hard to use when setting up and is very expensive. Additionally, it can be beneficial to have someone from their tech team support the event as attendees are not usually familiar with the platform and may have technical issues.
We are able to engage current and prospective clients with engaging and relevant content consistently. We utilize ON24 for interactive webinars where attendees are not on the line, but instead can interact with content, polls, and ask questions throughout the event. They can do this even as an on-demand recording, which allows the content to feel fresh for longer.
Aside from the presentation dashboard that is easy to follow and connect to for those attending a webinar. The setting-up of Webinar is easy, user friendly and the reporting for registered leads, to attended and attended On-demand is also easy to navigate with all contact details you needed also where it came from or sources are also defined. And no problems in syncing, it flows nicely to Marketo system.
Nothing is disliked because it works perfectly according to our marketing needs.
The real-time reporting tools are great. I can see how many people are online at any particular moment of a live webinar and I can then download final stats within minutes of the webinar completing. This makes it easy for my team to follow up potential leads very quickly.

Hosting 1:many webinars for audience spread across geographies
I like that you can pre-record the webinar and make it accessible to audiences from anywhere. This was handy when most people were working from home and were in different locations. It is easy for one person to create and the recording, making it much easier to get the presentation out quickly.
This software works best in chrome, so if someone is using something else, they will have to change. The editing feature is not easy to use, so I would recommend that you get it completely together and do and do all the edits before upload.
We can provide training in a virtual setting which has come in handy when all of our trainings went remote
The console takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you and the speakers are familiar with it, it is just so easy to work with. The system is very advanced, and there are always heaps of new updates and features coming. The analytics are great as well, reports are very detailed, and there is lots of insight you don't get from other platforms.
There is nothing much to dislike about it. The only thing is perhaps that the registration pages lack customizability; it would be nice to change the structure or have more designs available rather than just two-column, single-column, and carousel. Not a huge issue, though, since the registration pages themselves look nice.
Running large webinars and having the confidence that the tech will not fail on the night. Webinars are just a lot less stressful now.
