What do you like best about Podium?

Podium allows my team to effortlessly solicit reviews from our real customers. We're continuously building our local SEO content and showcasing some of the best services we offer to potential customers searching online as a result.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Our only struggle with podium is simply and internal staffing issue where we don't have someone actively participating in the Podium portal. Despite this, we are still getting great results.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our competitive markets, customers are looking for the business that has the best online reputation. We have not only closed the gap on reviews with competitors but in many cases now have more reviews at a higher overall ratin.

What do you like best about Podium?

Podium is a powerful text messaging tool to contact customers, conduct marketing campaigns and promote the organization's products and services. It is super intuitive; our entire team finds it easy to use, even those who have joined sometime after implementing it; the adaptation of users has been fast. I love that it also integrates payment functions; they are easy for everyone, especially for our customers, who have also been delighted. It is an excellent tool for contacting clients regarding payments, reviews, support and general communication needs.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Podium works well. However, there are features I would like to see in it, for example, being able to see who has viewed a message on the mobile platform, highlighting messages that have not been responded to after a certain period and the sometimes prolonged load times.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through the use of this tool, we have been able to answer queries from our customers from different channels in real-time, schedule appointments with customers, and even make sales via telephone. The payment mechanism it offers provides greater security for both the client and us and helps us make the process easier, more convenient and faster. It is a tool I use every day in my company, and it has been a critical factor in improving our customer service and growth in general.

"Great for receiving reviews!"
What do you like best about Podium?

It makes it so easy for customers to leave Google reviews. They receive a link after a call and are directed to Google where they can rate their experience. Super easy and efficient. And integrates with Service Titan which makes it so much easier.

What do you dislike about Podium?

There isn't anything I dislike. They are always helpful when I call and support our business to help us grow our customer base and Google reviews. Podium has helped with the growth of Rogers.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are solving the problem of getting Google reviews. It is not an easy thing to do. They make it easy for the customer which helps our business and prospective clients make the decision to use our company.

"It is the best application to start a business via messaging"
What do you like best about Podium?

I feel that Podium is giving me a better performance in terms of its extraordinary message transfer, and that alone already makes it a great app. We can now communicate with our customers via text messaging, Facebook and even Google. We can examine information about their interactions with us, such as their response times, the types of messaging they prefer, etc., to guide our business decisions. Podium has brought many perspectives on discovering professional outreach regarding accurate sales and advertising, so it's pretty significant.

I wouldn't say I like the interface's date; they need to update their design or marketing strategy.

Podium is a fantastic app for sharing a competitive process pattern with others. FIRST, WE CAN SEND LINKS RIGHT TO OUR CUSTOMERS TO CLICK ON TO EITHER LEAVE US A REVIEW OR COLLECT PAYMENTS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ASKING THEM FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. AS A COMPANY, OUR 1ST PRIORITY IS KEEPING ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION SAFE; WITH THE LINK WE CAN SEND OUR CUSTOMERS, WE NEVER HAVE TO SEE OUR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL INFORMATION. PODIUM HAS JUST MADE BUSINESS EASIER IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS!

THE ONLY ISSUE THUS FAR IS WHEN THE PAYMENTS SYSTEM GOES DOWN; OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES OR ANY REASONS TO DISLIKE PODIUM. EVEN WITH THAT HAPPENING, ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE AN INCONVENIENCE, WE UNDERSTAND ALL PROGRAMS HAVE GLITCHES AT TIMES.

IT HAS BENEFITED US WITH THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM. WE NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A DRIVER FORGETTING TO GET CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MAKING SURE PAYMENTS ARE MADE

How easy it is for patients to use, they really can review us in minutes!

What do you dislike about Podium?

We have not been able to have our operating system sync-we are on dentrix ascend a cloud based system and even though I was told it could sync no one has helped me get it taken care of.

We are generating reviews on all major platforms.

Overall, using Podium is easy and gives my team the opportunity to communicate with customers quickly. In addition it has allowed the team to obtain more information through pictures being texted in.

What do you dislike about Podium?

There is not really anything that I dislike about Podium. I would love to see additional features like video call so that my team can provide additional help to our customers.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our customers prefer texting or emailing. With Podium we can get faster and much clearer responses from our customers. Within our industry being the quickest typically leads to more sales.

What do you like best about Podium?

I can assist multiple customers simultaneously by texting or emailing all in one place. I have a recorded record of conversations by text and logs of by calling. Which is essential in ensuring everyone is being followed up on.

What do you dislike about Podium?

It does not have automatic caller ID, and conversations via phone are not recorded for quality purposes. It would be convenient if they were recorded.

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Faster response times to customers also provide us time to think before speaking to a customer to ensure a positive experience. And it helps us provide details for customers to refer back on.

What do you like best about Podium?

The ease of texting review requests to clients and also adding the widget to our website so that people can text us. It is great to have our work phone be textable to clients can just as easily communicate with us.

What do you dislike about Podium?

Nothing! Everything works great, haven't found an issue so far!

What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is adding the ease of communicating with both clients and prospects alike. Furthermore, we have seen an increase in online reviews and requests for quotes.

"Love Podium!"
What do you like best about Podium?

Love how user-friendly it is and easy it is to request a review. I also love the texting features that allow us to communicate with our customers without using personal cell phones.

What do you dislike about Podium?

The only downside I've found is that the app stops working occasionally and we have to uninstall and reinstall it more times than we would like.

Podium has helped us get hundreds of reviews in just a few short years and stay up with the times by being able to communicate with customers via texting.

The pricing can be expensive, especially for new businesses and local shops trying to get ahead. Essential starts at $250 and only brings you 1000 contacts. Besides that, it's good.
