For new user it may require a learning curve which takes some time

We had an issue for people working away from office cause they could not access the system.But Quickbooks Online has helped alot because you can access the system anytime anywhere.

Everyone has heard of Quickbooks or used Quickbooks or are currently using Quickbooks. The familiarity is great, and their reach is far. They can do everything - at a cost.

Quickbooks are expensive. Yes, they can do and handle everything; but at what price?

We are handling all of our bookkeeping and record-keeping with Quickbooks. We do not do inventory tracking but are aware that the option exists.

Our work get well organized and our data stored online where one can access it in anytime or at any place. The software has many different features which are simple to integrate and use to make your business run smoothly.

You cannot operate the software while offline and asks for updates several times

I love how easy it is to use quickbooks online. Our clients that know nothing about accounting can assign categories for bookkeeping

I like the best in quickbook you can enter the transactions online from anywhere also there is no required to maintain local server.

Comes to the reporting point of view there is lack of presentation. Some times difficult to track transactions.

We can easily divide delegation of duties to maintaining the books. Quickbool as good for small medium enterprises they can use effectively and low cost they can maintain accounting of enterprises.

It's fine and it works great it's an easy to use tool, I like it because I can create monthly invoices and it's synchronized with bank accounts, everything is registered in one place, so I can work at home too and that's great for me.

I don't really have any kind of serious problem that makes it difficult for me to use this tool, but sometimes I have problems with invoices that do not usually appear automatically.

It is sensational it has been of great help to be able to solve problems and organize expenses, saving time working from home.

All of the things is good apart from some time difficult to found transaction data. Somewhat lack of report presentations.

For the purpose I use Quickbooks for I do not have any dislikes. It works great for me.

Quickbooks also makes doing payroll such a breeze.

Depending on the update locations of different areas change and can be hard to find. That you need a download of the desktop suite which costs extra to have information on your hard drive. If the internet is down or no cell service you can not access your information until you are back online. That you must use their template designs to create one and they do not offer a custom upload.

Transfering of business between previous owners and new owners, so that the switch is seamless and more time-efficient. Keeping updated on all late payments.

I like the feature that tells you your total payments year to date as well as breaking it down for you. I like that you can log in and there is a record of what you have been paid in each period, YTD, or even years past. I like that you can see clearly how much was taken out for taxes.

I wish each payment could have a title associated with it. For example, I wish it would be labeled which payments are for recurring paychecks, and which are for bonuses, etcetera. That is the only section I that I think could somewhat benefit from an improvement. Otherwise, I have no dislikes!

Employees are all sent their paychecks virtually and can more easily keep track of them. Not just for the current year, but all years past.

the simplicity of the program makes posting, cutting payment, etc... easy to do

when on the vendors hub on a specific vendor, i would like to search for an invoice # for that vendor and not have to search all of QB. If there is a way to do that, then I need to learn that.

Problems that I am solving with QB is basically just bad bookeeping practices have turned into good bookeeping practices. the benifit of QB is that i know whats what in my accounting from AR to AP and Payroll.

It is an easy platform to use and I am able to track all of my money without second guessing.

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to figure out how some categories are labeled to be able to have it work perfectly.

I track all of my small business expenses through Quickbooks Online and haven't had any issues. I love being able to know how much I make per month easily and effortlessly.

I can access quickbooks from my desk, my home, or anyone else's computer. It's great being able to access the information I want whenever I need it without waiting until I get back to my desk.

sometimes it's hard to get the report I want. This may be more an issue of user knowledge than the software, but I don't find setting up a report easy.

it's great having everything in one program. Our bank transactions automatically download into QuickBooks.

This application basically walks you along in every day life. It alerts you to things you need to do and actions you need to take.

There really isn’t anything I dislike about the app

I am realizing more deductions. I am seeing where too much money is being spent on certain projects

I really like that Quickbooks connects with my bank accounts, so I do not have to manually input any transactions. It takes the laborious work out of the equation. I also use the mobile app to scan receipts right away, and then I throw away the receipts since I know they are stored digitally in a reliable space. In addition to this, QuickBooks automatically matches the receipts to the charges, so I can simply approve and the work is done. As easy as 1-2-3!

It is very difficult for my accountant, who uses QuickBooks desktop, to use the QuickBooks Online version because of the vast differences between the two. I wish the features were more similar so you can easily switch between both. Other than that, I have been extremely happy with QuickBooks Online!

I like everything the QuickBooks Online has to offer. This software is easy to navigate, customer service is US based and ready to help me solve any issues or help I need. This Software is absolutely essential to my day to day operations. From the ease of use in payroll services, tracking inventory, combining all purchase and financing accounts and creating invoices for all of my customers I could not be happier with QuickBooks. What I really love is that software is always adapting and improving to help with more and more essential tasks, and if I don't know how something works there is always a Webinar/Customer service agent/video to give myself and my employees the tools they need to meet any accounting challenge.

Honestly I like everything, no complaints at all.

The layout of the software is very intuitive. QBO has a very robust knowledge base and I have been able to answer any question that arises by viewing their documentation.

As far as getting QBO certifications it can be pricy. Some QB classes taught on UDEMY include *all* quick books versions in one class. So you would have to complete hours of course work that is not relevant to the version you use. I wish they would separate these into indivisible classes.

We are able to sync accounting. I am able to hop on a call with my boss and have her easily screen share and give me examples of what to clean up.

The best accounting solution for small and medium or large businesses in the market to keep business accounting up to date. An application that works from any device at all hours of the day throughout the year without giving any problems very easy to use with very powerful tools and with a good catalog of applications to add and be able to carry all finances from one place

One of the problems is the accessibility of the product in terms of cost, I think it is a great, very good tool but it has a high cost for those who just start with a micro business but, like everything, it is very necessary to keep the accounting and finances of what they sell day by day, in the same way there companies that would like to add accounting together with a payroll package to be more focused, the payroll packages included as an extra must be cheaper so that everyone can have access to good tools but at a lower cost, there are many people who do not always have the resources to pay a lot of money for services that are very necessary for what the company is growing

In Quickbook online you can practically solve all the accounting problems of a business based on the wide availability of services that are integrated in the same platform, which gives a great advantage when keeping the accounting of a business

My favorite aspect of Quick Books online is that it is flexible and portable, and travels easily with our business. Previously using QuickBooks on a desktop I struggled with having to be in office to update records such as receipts. The Receipt scanning feature is indispensable. The mobile app by far is our favorite feature. while we have an office, we are a mobile focused business and being able to do our accounting work on the go is very valuable.

As with most accounting software's there are always challenges. While I actually believe Quick Books software is the best out there. I think it lacks the ability to customize views and templates. Also as opposed to the desktop version you are subject to a good internet connection and the software working online. Occasionally we are unable to load or save a new invoice on the go. Pricing is also a little steep . $70 a mo for the plan we are using, is significantly higher than other options. But I still believe it is the best on the market.
