Good documentation & good support. Easy to set up, syncing with Magento was straight forward and painless. We were able to set up abandoned cart emails with minimal effort and exceeded our target ROI very quickly because of this. They estimate revenue based on your site analytics for new campaign types and proactively suggest accordingly automatically in the UI. Migrating our email template from another platform was actually pretty easy (done in house in 1 day) and what's awesome is once converted it worked with their drag and drop editor, meaning marketing staff no longer required IT for template changes as the blocks were all ready to go. I'm also impressed with their conversion tracking method & logic (read the documentation for info)
Customer segmentation interface could do with some polish, specifically with regards to geographic filtering or filtering on many possible values for an attribute (regular expressions would be awesome, or an option to text match 'contains' for attributes where you can currently only manually select each tag/unique value that's been previously used... text match or regular expressions allow for possible future values)
IT are now no longer required to troubleshoot email template issues as we were able to build our template in house to work with their drag and drop interface. Abaondoned cart emails are working really well to convert, especially with regards to cross device conversion. Reporting tools are providing greater insights into our email marketing efforts.
Remarkety is a software in which I trust a lot since its operation has allowed me to execute several marketing projects that have allowed us to increase our marketing a lot, the software is perfect to know the customers through data, you can segment the list of customers to work in an organized way, the pre-designed templates provided by the software allows you to save a lot of time for the customization of campaigns, the software has a user-friendly interface and a great structure. Remarkety has several editions that are ideal for multiple needs required by each business or marketing specialist, the service was designed to work with high effectiveness.
The price of the service in spite of being different depending on each edition is very expensive, which is a factor that limits many to acquire the service for their business, personally I see necessary to manifest that it would be very useful that the Remarkety made a little flexible its price so that the service is accessible and can be more attractive for many people.

The simple to use editor. It allows you to be technical without having to know a lot of code. I could teach my 13-year-old son how to use the software. Truly the best email marketing software I have ever used. The software is very Fast, the layout makes sense, and the team that designed how to use the application truly cares about user experience. The automation is amazing. The side by side comparison of the A/B/C testing with the ability to manually select a winner. This is PRICELESS!
I have not found anything I do not like. The software is very intuitive and you can tell their UX and UI designers care about ease of use.

During my experience using Remarkety I have noticed some weak points that this application has such as its dashboard which I consider outdated and unattractive, the results of several emails can not be combined into one campaign, it does not have a free trial available to help familiarize you with the software and the price of their plans are a bit high finally I consider that the geographical orientation could be improved because it can not be oriented by zip code and does not use a map user interface unlike other similar programs

Sometimes marketing can be complex and I feel that in reviewing KPI's, the data could be a lite clearer for someone who is newer to the marketing work. I love all things marketing but the numbers side of it can be intimidating to me sometimes and it would be nice if there were an area that explained the breakdown of the KPI's instead of just showing the metrics.
I have solved the issue of automating email marketing and understanding if what I'm doing is useful and successfully reaching my target audience. this is my favorite benefit that I've seen using this form of automation.
I love the granularity of the software that allows to target, customers as multiple levels, such as time since last visit, lifetime value, etc, and send customized email to various customer segmentation. The summary of opened and conversion rates by campaign is impressive. Then you get an overall store performance dashboard as well which is accurate and insightful There is so much more to like about the software, but this is some of the things I like best.
No dislikes so far. It works as advertised.

The system they use to assign coupons to potential customers is not very good; it does not have enough capacity to manage large marketing campaigns, it does not have enough integrations, especially with social networks, the system to collect reviews and suggestions could be better
