What do you like best about Scoro?

Everything is in one location, it is extremely simple to install, and it allows you to manage all projects from beginning to end, including budgets, projects, payments, and so on. This enables for more dynamic activity management and saves time by eliminating the need to alter a job. The alert features are quite handy for remembering activities or events that you have already planned in the calendar. Invoice tracking is done in such a way that it provides me with a comprehensive view of all I need to know. We were able to simplify our finance and project management procedures as a consequence of Scoro.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Although it contains a cost management function, project prices are difficult to forecast in advance, certain expenses are for the entire project, and there are occasionally many charges for a single service since it is difficult to determine all costs. In a bid, expenditures associated with a project are included. Scoro interface with Google Calendar is not yet complete, and moving between Scoro and Google views requires a significant amount of extra work. It might be difficult to discover people since some large email providers, such as Gmail, do not sync your contact list. As a result, it is not software that can be used straight immediately. What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's all in one place. It is very easy to implement and allows you to manage all projects from beginning to end (quotes, projects, payment, etc.).

What do you dislike about Scoro?

You need to enhance it, despite the fact that it includes a cost management feature. Prices for a project are difficult to estimate in advance (some expenses are for the entire project, and sometimes there is more than one cost for a single service) since it is difficult to establish all the costs connected with a project in a bid. Scoro interaction with Google Calendar isn't quite finished, and switching between Scoro view and Google creates a lot of extra effort.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Another service was more complex or incomplete than the one I needed, so I decided to look elsewhere. What do you like best about Scoro?

It is also linked to Google Calendar, which is a fantastic synchronization tool, making the building panels as simple as possible. I can easily obtain any analytics that I need, which makes creating traction reports for commercial meetings simple and painless. "Excellent all-in-one business platform"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro has allowed us to finally unify all aspects of operations on to one platform. It's a seamless integration from initial client contact to final invoice. The UX/interface is natural and intuitive and version updates always include a value-add.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There is a bit of a learning curve and Scoro needs to broaden its integration of other third platforms. Even though version updates always include a value-add feature, there is a bit new learning with every update. Also, the monthly price per seat can add up quickly.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cross department integration has improved dramatically, as a consequence our efficiency has increased by leaps and bounds, we're able to move through production with greater speed and increase cash flow and profitability. All team members in all departments are continuously looped in throughout the life of the project and access to the right information at the right time is available to stakeholders.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Gives a great overview of the jobs in process, jobs confirmed, jobs cancelled etc. Gathers together valuable information about clients, assortment, purchase history, revenue-cost-margin data. Efficient when a loyal client wants to order the same product again --> with just a few clicks and with the help of purchase history a few minutes and the first step of the work is done.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Unable to delete customer data who has purchased something before. Unable to change description of other details on the invoice, that do not affect the sum, once the invoice has been transferred. Sometimes the need for too many filters the get the data required.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales, customer feedback, client base analysis, sales and assortment analysis, cost-revenue-margin analysis.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking sales team and their efforts. Before using Scoro we didn't have good way to track our team processes and efforts. Right now the pipeline system, comments on customer profile and reminders help to keep the hole team up to date and focused. It helps to track sales numbers.

It is a platform where users can not see the websites in the cloud to adapt easily at the time to start seeing between pages therefore the customer does not have an effective tool that has access to direct and control their prices when making their sales at low costs and to meet the needs of customers causing havoc to perform their billing tasks are scheduled for days without being able to control their business for sales allowing delay in the business managers causing delays in the time and expense in the emails in the contact data can not provide a general description of work.
