What do you like best about Shore?

Shore have helped me lot in improving my communications with the colleagues and the staff. It has improvised the way I schedule my routine with 24/7 assistance by shore. I can easily manage my working stats and at the same time scheduling was never so easy for me but it has solved all of the complexities.

What do you dislike about Shore?

Time slots of shore often causes problem for me while arranging meetings and setting up activities. More often it has also cost me lot for this simple usage. The service also even needs to manage their pricing factors.

What problems is Shore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shore used to be my overall multi-tasker tool. I schedule and manage all of my work using this tool only but with the time there are more and more easy tools available that proves much more efficient than shore.

What do you like best about Shore?

I love the colors, the UI / UX of the software. I personally really find the color schemes of the daily tasks supr helpful, as we use it in the dental industry to identify the type of patients we have coming up. The print option is really great. The notes that we can add to each time is also awesome.

What do you dislike about Shore?

I dislike the fact that I often have not reloaded the page and I see a different schedule than what is the actual one. I have to manually reload and this is cumbersome. At first log-in of the day, it also shows me the day I closed it at and not the actual day. I think an automatic update every 10 minutes or so would be great and showing the actual day in the calendar for first log-in would be welcome as well.

What problems is Shore solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use shore to communicate in between many different shops, which is awesome as we often find ourselves having to give appointments for Patients coming from other shops. We can also see the notes that the reception left for each Patient, and this also helps. The color schemes makes it easy to identify which treatment, we as dentists have to perform.
