User Interface and Ease of Use: SocialBee's user interface stands by being easy to understand and affords quite a lot of helpful functionality. The dashboard is well-organized, making navigating between different accounts and features easy. I manage multiple Facebook business pages, my personal profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn, and an "X" (i.e., Twitter) account. SocialBee's interface allows me to move between accounts easily and efficiently. Content Categorization and Scheduling: The software's content categorization system is a major advantage. Being able to sort posts into different categories and schedule them accordingly allows me to manage a diverse range of content. I primarily use RSS feeds from various websites to feed content into my social media accounts. SocialBee's scheduling feature allows me to plan those posts in advance and in an automated fashion, giving me a consistent online presence without needing daily manual inputs. It's almost embarrassing how much of the heavy lifting SocialBee does for me, freeing up my time considerably. Customer Support and Community: The customer support from SocialBee has been exceptional. They are responsive and knowledgeable, providing quick solutions to any issues I've encountered. Their proactive approach in offering tips and best practices has also been beneficial. Cost-Effectiveness: Considering the range of features and the efficiency it brings to social media management, I find SocialBee very cost-effective. Although I acquired my account via a lifetime deal, I find the current pricing structure quite reasonable, especially when weighed against the time and resources it saves for a business owner like myself. I really like SocialBee and plan to use it even more in the future.
Hmm, while SocialBee has been a crucial part of my social media management strategy, I suppose there might be a few areas where improvements could be made. However, I consider these suggestions very specific to my personal experience using the tool: Limited Customization Options: One limitation I've noticed is the customization of posts for different platforms. On those few occasions when I've wanted to compose a post manually, I found it a challenge to get the post to look the way I wanted, but to be fair, this was for Facebook and might have been a restriction imposed by Facebook and not so much the fault of SocialBee. Integration Limitations: There were a couple of instances where integration with Pocket was not as seamless as I hoped. I did eventually have success with bringing in content from several of my Pocket accounts, so it's not like I hit a wall. I just had a little trouble getting things set up and working (both from the SocialBee and Pocket sides). However, my overall experience with SocialBee has been very positive. It's a great tool for social media management, and I plan to continue using it.
As a one-man shop, SocialBee enables me to manage half-a-dozen accounts in an efficient and time-saving way.
I am blown away by the quality of both the graphics and the content that my Bee, Raluca, is creating. For the first time in a decade, I'm proud of my social feeds.

I've looked at other companies for social media management, and the cost was WAY more than a solopreneur could afford. Literally, Social Bee is creating phenomenal content for 1/100 the price.
SocialBee allows me to focus on what's needed without constantly thinking about what I need to post on my social media channels. If you are looking for a set it and forget it, it'll get the job done, but more importantly, it can be a truly valuable tool when you put real intention into your posts. Building a catalog of helpful content that can be automated allows you to offload the mental labor of what to post next and focus on connecting with your audience in the comments and communities that your crafted posts feed into.
I haven't found anything to dislike as I haven't run into any issues that were the fault of SocialBee itself. As the founder of a business that almost exclusively functions online, SocialBee has been one of the best investments I've made. It can take some time investment to maximize its potential, but it's well worth it.
As an autistic entrepreneur, executive function and burnout are always on my radar. I work best when I feel that there is real value to be added and can pour myself into the work knowing I will reach an outcome that feels like I've actually accomplished my goals and removed excess tasks from my plate. SocialBee does that for me. I cannot count how many times I've recommended SocialBee to other business owners. I have tried a variety of other scheduling platforms, but none have impressed me the way that SocialBee has. Some may look trendy, but they lack the functionality found here. If I could express to you how much I love a well running system you'd understand just how much I appreciate this tool.

Before working with SocialBee, I had been wanting to share daily value posts across all my social media profiles for a long time, however, I never managed to get this done consistently. The benefit of a done-for-you social posting Concierge service for such a great price compared to the cost of hiring a VA to create daily posts made this really attractive for me.
Love this product! The first thing I've noticed is the price. SocialBee has an affordable price. The second thing at valuable for me is the functionality provided. This product has wide and useful functionality. I enjoy effortless posting to your socials, gaining access to a rich list of features. The third important thing is a highly responsive customer service team. And the very pleasant thing for me that is thanks to SocialBee I can create beautiful designs for posts through their Canva integration when in post editor mode. Moreover the Canva integration, there are a lot of apps allowed to integrate so can not but rejoice too.
I have not had anything problems during the work with SocialBee. But I think if they were, the team could help with solving. Because they are always being in touch and open to implementing the feedback received.
One of the valuable things is potential customers. SocialBee helps to give new leads and improve sales through social media. And another one of the important things is time. This is a very valuable resource for me. That is why I prefer using this product. That saves me time by being able to schedule all my posts at once in a content calendar while still focusing on my social media presence. And the good bonus is several integrations through SocialBee (for content curation, RSS feeds, design, etc.).
Socialbee is easy to use, easy to set-up for auto-posting while keeping evergreen content. I can set it and forget it. They also have AI integrations now, so you can get your message out in a higher-performing way.
I haven't figured out how to set the RSS feeds to unapproved but to show auto-post the approved ones.
I wanted to grow my social media following and SocialBee allows me to do it. I can set up a campaign over the course of the weekend and have content auto-post for as long as I'd like.
I love the quick support, the focus on customer value and the ability to supercharge my work by booking additional concierge services. SocialBee is a no-brainer for us. When we first started using them, in 2016, the user interface was a bit confusing, but it has become very tidy and fast to work with since.
I’ve never had the time to stock my social media queues and I was fed up with creating posts about my published articles again and again. SocialBee was the first service that had a good price AND content libraries (content categories) and the ability to pull in third-party content via RSS feeds. I figure we are saving at least 4 hours a week of work. For us, that translates to savings of at least 2.000 € each month.
I did lots of research before choosing social bee and I am so glad I did! The customer service is outstanding and the functionalities are everything you want to manage social media in a hands off way! I would certainly recommend it!
Perhaps the fact that the price is going up. When I signed up for it, one of the reasons was the price and good value for money and I was a bit taken aback when the price increase was announced
Saving lots of time and helping me plan my social media content in batches so I don't have to be glued to my screen. I am very grateful for this functionality and I have much more free time.
