I liked that they said they US shipping companies. They maybe use one that has barely any products.
The downsides of spocket is using spocket. They are going to tell you that they have a huge production selection that ships direct from the USA. They do have a couple vendors US based that cost so much that makes it impossible to drop ship. You can literally buy the item off Amazon for less than your COST on spocket. Then the vendor will charge $8 shipping. It makes no sense to use this service. They will often give you suggested retail with a product, when you add the shipping your making less than $1. Then on top of all this, the vendors will change there shipping price quite often. If your not paying attention and making sure to adjust your pricing this could end up costing you money when you make a sale. The inventory on here is awful also, who wants to $50 for a beach towel.
Absolutely nothing, I lost money.
Shipping is low cost and most of the suppliers are from europe and united states
there's no virtual inventory service or wholesale service for bigger companies
The long time that takes to ship from china and high cost shipping The Spocket app allows you to easily search and connect with suppliers closer to your customer on their huge marketplace The Spocket app equally allows you to easily search and import products from tens of thousands of their products catalogues across various supplier on the Spocket platform. You can then focus on other important aspects of your dropshipping business while Spocket handles the most difficult part
Their marketing is on point. They use all major media platforms including facebook and google to push products and make it look like a legitimate business. They have bots responding to reviews (especially negative ones) over many different websites to give the illusion that it is providing a real legitimate service.
They make their money from subscription errors, billing cycle issues and upselling. They make a solid effort to flood review websites to ensure that there are at least 10 times as many 5 star reviews for every poor review. Look a bit further and you'll see that the positive reviews seem fake, don't have sufficient info in them, and often have broken English. I dare say, it's their own people or possibly even bots doing it. Their whole marketing pitch is focussed on the fact that it is a great reprieve from the likes of Chinese dropshippers like Alibaba; but the reality is that this website, its administrators and even products for that matter are Chinese. When I contact their customer support they have thumbnails of Asian women with male names like "Russel". Bots like "Kim" etc. I've lost USD 1380 on 9/01/2021 for a 14 day free trial and notified them within 1hr that I was charged incorrectly for a subscription I didn't want. I was just trying to see what their website is all about. They reply back with a robotic, monotonous email using buzzwords like "policy" "best interest" saying I won't receive anything back. Then I thought, OK let's bite the bullet I've been charged anyway, and they're not returning my money. Might as well try the website since there are so many positive reviews, they must be doing something right. I look on their website and all their items cost me about 30% more to buy than what I can buy it for on ebay.com.au. This doesn't even take into account the so-called profit we're supposed to make. Also, they've removed all my access saying my subscription has ended even though they've taken USD1380 for accessing the website up to 9/01/2022. It really can't get any worse than this. There's a huge difference between scamming someone off $5 and then there's this. I really feel stupid to have started the trial. I sincerely hope that you guys/girls are reading this review before subscribing to spocket.co and not after. Please don't be swayed by the landslide of positive reviews with insufficient detail. have a look at the pain and detail presented in negative reviews. Try looking at the negative reviews on https://apps.shopify.com/spocket/reviews. there were 157, 1 star reviews on 10/01/2021, not sure if they have the clout to change that in the future. You're actually better off investing this money in the share market or even on gambling and casinos because there's a remote possibility that you'll get some use out of it.
Spocket doesn't solve problems, It creates them. Products and website admin are Chinese and marketed as USA/EU but they all come from the same place. Their product prices make it unsellable because it's available cheaper on ebay. Also, their benefit here is that they use us as a face to deal with quality/warranty/refund issues from the end customer because of poor products that suppliers have received good money for. Some of the products they sell have obvious copyright issues as they sell marvel figurines etc. A lot of consumers aren't aware of what kind of issues they're bringing upon themselves.
Spocket has many advantages such as the fast shipping times, the option for custom invoices in the product packaging and in my view most importantly - the competitive pricing - when you integrate with WooCommerce you basically get a free/ultra-cheap dropshipping solution.
The biggest drawbacks are the high prices for most products, the relative lack of products in many niches and the somewhat limited product selection.
Spocket is great if you're worried about the high costs of Shopify/Dropshipping plugins, slow Aliexpress shipping times, unreliable suppliers or low-quality products.
All journeys require a little turbulence. Smooth entrance and then had some technical issues. Spocket was there day and night to assure they were working diligently on the matter. I'm still here and that's what I call work. We solved an issue where orders weren't coming through depending on your store development. Amazingly they developed a search engine where sellers can call out the order in a search. That's a big benefit. Now if we can control shipping cost and order processing. Platinum!
The fact that we cannot control our shipping cost options. In today's industry it's clutch. It leaves us subject to a higher price increase to our customers. After thousands of orders, you multiply that by 2 or 3 dollars and that's thousands of dollars a seller is missing. Also the ability to cancel the orders from our end. Fully functioning as a Market Place. There are funny shoppers sometimes and it's vital at these times.

The customer service has been comforting and they vet sellers AND buyers so no one is left without a safety net. Others like Spocket don't protect their sellers at all so I feel more comfortable knowing that I won't be contacted by crazy spammers. It's ultimately my responsibility who I sell to, but knowing the buyers are legit and really want to carry good products makes my decisions to stay with Spocket easier. I left the other sites because I didn't trust them to look out for all parties. I also like that the brands they array are quality and non-Alibaba. The site is filled with makers like me, and I feel my brand will raise in value being part of this, vs. the other sites like them.
I'm not quite sure yet since I've only been working with Spocket for a week, getting set up. I guess it's that I don't get to know which shops carry my products to a) make sure everything about the product is correct on their site, b) to provide better customer service, c) to build a relationship. I understand Spocket not wanting to have a buyer and seller go off and create their own agreement, so I get it. Just wish I could know the buyers better.
I was avoiding dropshipping, thinking it would be unreliable or scary. But I was contacted, and all of my badgering questions were answered so nicely, that I didn't see why not do this. It's a great way get my products seen, subsidize my own retail and wholesale, and it helps another small business. It's a fun concept. Just hope it works out for me.
I like how it shows the delivery estimate time and where the suppliers are from. I like how they tell us the details of the product and the material; of the product. Also having the ability to categorize products and prices that can help me die down what I want to have in my store.
I dislike how they have a lot of premium packages that are higher than other drop shippers. It could do better with communication. With my business, I like to up top date with the shipment and the delivery. Instead of waiting and asking the seller. I they improve that that would be great.
Finding bath and beauty products from spocket. That doesn't deliver to the US but can do international at an affordable price.
I love how easy it is to learn this program, all the MANY different choices of products and prices, not to mention all the integrations!
It's pricing tier is a little weird. You go from 250 products for $49.99 to 10,000 products for 99.99. I need something in between.
I wanted to start a dropshipping company but didn't have a lot of information. Spocket has made it super easy to get started with it. I have made a few sales so far!
