Webex has easier options for sending invites and to sync them with outlook. It's audio and video tools are crisp clear with some good meeting recording options. It also provides good host controls like waiting room and QnA sessions. It supports every device even if you are not using it just from the web broswer.

Mute and unmute buttons can be distracting to the audience. Webex also needs to work upon its backgrounds as other comptetitive tools are providing really good options for the background

Webex is being used in engaging smaller or larger audience over a conference meeting for the members sitting in different parts of the world. It encourages active partipation with its features like QnA, polling, emojis etc. Webex was quite handy during Covid-19 times where we could being large audiences together in a smoother way and interact.

I like best about Webex are its real-time collaboration and functions. When we want to get a remote service or integration, we always use webex because its remote control is very good at sensitive with low latency and effective in real-time collaboration to other integration or migration processes.

I dislike about cisco webex is its trial version. Its only get 45 mins per session for meeting and when our configuration or service process is long in period, its already end and restart the session again.

Cisco Webex is solving our remote management processes and internal or external meetings easily without any troubles. In future, its integrated with cisco unified communication manager instead of using jabber is very appreciated plan for users and will be all-in-one product.

I use Webex webinars almost everyday. I use it to present my work, and to participate in other colleagues' presentations. It is a great collaboration application. It is easy to use, and custmizable. You can easily control the attendees' access. You can also chat with the attendees in the chat box in the application. It is great, very reliable. I have never had critical issues with this application, such as loss of communication, etc. I recommend it to every professional.

I do not have any specific dislike for Webex webinars. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes attendees interaction is not easy. They could not unmute themselves in some events. Also, I could not play a video with sound easily. I had problems playing sounds in the background of webinar.

There is nothing much I dislike, anyway there are few things I like to mention, some times there are some glitches in video calls and the subtitles are being generated little bit slow because if a person who speaks very fast comes up then we can't follow subtitles effectively

When connecting with different clients they may not be using our communication tool in such cases WebEx comes handy because everyone one can use it very easily. U no need to login to join meetings and even you can attend in mobile devices and administrator can see which type of device users are using.
