I was looking for a webinar tool. Some tools are so expensive, and the others aren't like webinar experience. ZOHO meeting is a perfect match for me.

I like the features it offers (recording, adding co-hosts) and the speed of delivery. I used the software with people from a different country and never once it failed or started going slowly. Plus, the pricing after the free trial is very affordable. If you are doing meetings, you only have to pay according to the number of attendees. For 5 people, it's far less than for 10, for example. The same happens for webinars, the pricing has different scales. Customer support is very helpful and responds fast, too.

There's not a lot that I don't like yet, I'm quite satisfied with the service.

The best thing about Zoho Meeting what I like is that you can record your meetings which is there in very few meeting solutions available. On the top of it attendees can also share screen and speak at the same time. It really simple and quick to join the meeting via meeting link. You can set it up real quick and it works perfectly on all devices. So, you can have meetings anytime and anywhere. It comes with a security feature which allows the host to enhance meeting security so that the host can decide whether to give access or not.

Sometimes it doesn't work perfectly on Mac. Rest is fine with Zoho Meeting.

We started with a free plan which is not available anymore but still if you want to have superior audio and video quality meetings then Zoho could be one of the best available solutions. Zoho is known for its excellent video and audio quality. We have been always satisfied with the quality Zoho meeting offers as it is the best ever since we have started using it.

Functionality, easy to invite participants by using Bigin. This allows me to keep everything related to a contact in one place saving time for my team.

Hard to brand emails, invite emails tend to go to junk so looks unprofessional.

We have switched from MS teams to Zoho Meeting due to this being easier to integrate with Bigin.

I had used the Zoho meeting for hosting online training, i like the quality of both audio and video and also impressed with generating the recording of the meeting in faster and hosting it on cloud.
