This system doesn't not do a good job of notification. The quality of this system's screen sharing is not very good.its quite hefty price when you're a smaller company otherwise zoom is best solution.
I sometimes don't know where to go on closing out my tasks and the zoom allows me to connect to my colleagues so that I get the question that I have answered and learn from others on how to be very sufficient with my job.
This system is easy to set up. This system provides full functions for advanced users. This is also very reliable service. This program can manage broadcasts, promote team members, etc. More, this system is also integrated with other platforms such as HubSpot.
Its login page registration and confirmation emails are not customizable. Also, some features of this platform are difficult to find. This system does not do a good job of notification. Besides, creating webinars that take place at different times of the day is very painful. Also, the quality of this system’s screen sharing is not very good.
This system allows us to easily attract audiences through brand registration pages and events.
Zoom Video Webinar is well suited for the business meetings within companies, whether it be team meetings, management meetings. It can also be used for group discussion purposes where congregating in person is not feasible.
It's a bit expensive for the premium features and integration. Sometimes due to low internet connection, it automatically logs out, so at that time we have to log in again.
The make-up filter is fun and helpful to use. You can have your organization filter at the background which really keeps you apart from the crowd. The ease of using other apps while on a zoom video call. Ease of scrolling through the videos of participants as well as the participant's list
easy to use, easy to train the customers. and that is very cost effective. using Zoom webinar allowed us to engage with more customer than before
Zoom webinar problem for me is that it lacks the branding option, and what is available like banner and logo are limited to the registration form. also I don't like the black background. other oneline event solution has colorfull backgrounds make them more likable to the audience.
using Zoom, we were and still are able to continue interacting with our customers even under the covid situation. also we were able to scale up our reach with lower cost than the physical events. during the first 3 months of Covid. we reached to 20K of our customers.
Clear video, easy to navigate controls, annotation. It's easy to manage sound as well
Find it hard for my prospects to log-in. I find it easy, but often the people I'm talking to do not. So much info in the calendar invite.
Turning phone-based sales into face to face meetings
Ease of was a must for me as a lot of my prospects were not tech savvy. This allowed for smoother conversations from remote locations.
Make sure to clean up the videos that you need to save. Gets quite expensive when storing content.
I use Zoom to run meetings with prospects and customers. I find it easy for them to use and log in. I also can record meetings which helps when sharing best practices with my internal colleagues or simply reviewing notes with the prospect/customer to share with their team.
Many people are familiar with zoom and its features. Universally easy to use.
Sometimes it is tricky to use multiple monitors and play video through to the audience, depending on the set up. The smaller windows like the share screen get lost on my computer screen.
Helping to serve schools who need virtuual presentations.
Zoom Events and Webinars is an amazing choice for virtual participation and collaboration from a large group of people. It faultlessly integrates with other softwares as well on a single page.
The pricing options of the product are somehow limited which is inconvenient for huge webinars. It could also cause chaos because of the registration process needing to leave the landing page for all users.
It is very easy and user-friendly to connect with a lot of clients together via Zoom Events and Webinars. It has simple navigation making it easy for all users and interviewers.
For Key Closed Virtual Round Table & External Events . I like the ease of use & globally accepted by users. Never face issues with logins & go live. Integrations with other apps are easy.
Still need the confidence to use it at scale for large events like 1000+ attendees.
A stable platform for our Closed Virtual Round Tables where all leaders are talking to each other. No audio & Video problems faced ever.
Zoom is easy to use and is good for the things that one may need to use it for. I'm a psychologist and there are other platforms which are better suited for telehealth, now.
Zoom does not appear to be as secure for HIPAA-compliant work.
It is not solving any problems for me anymore. It was good to use Zoom in a pinch during the initial COVID lockdown in 2020, but now I use another platform.
Everyone is familiar with Zoom, so tech support issues are close to zero.
Lacks advanced features other webinar platforms offer today.
Setting up an event anyone on the team can execute without much training
The best about the Zoom video webinar is its familiarity; It is almost similar to the Zoom meetings, so no difficulty in use. It also comes with Zoom meeting integration for easy connectivity. All the webinars are auto-saved in the cloud to access them anywhere, at any time. The virtual backgrounds are simply superb. Customizations are also significant.
The main dislike about Zoom Video Webinar is its bandwidth stability; I face connectivity issues like buffering and auto exit even when my network is good. The familiarity also sometimes seems like a dislike for me because I use the same application for all my webinars, formal meetings, team meetings, and informal meetings. Need additional graphical values to the sessions like drums play, etc.
I use Zoom Video Webinar for all my office training, team meetings, client meetings. It acts as a virtual product or idea presentation in real-time and recorded. I keep track of my productivity time by looking into the detailed reports of the zoom video webinar. Even my company take my working hours from Zoom Video Webinar report.
It's versatility and quality of video. Is also very easy to grasp and navigate.
I don't dislike anything about zoom. There are constant updates but that also Signals a constant awareness of things needing to change which is also a good thing
Clients of group therapy are able to securely utilize telehealth and psychoeducation purposes! It also makes creating a secure space so much easier and worry free.
Helps to conduct meeting instantly anywhere as it supports web as well as mobile app versions Easy to send invitation for multiple audiences to join the webinar session. Registration form helps in gathering data of the attendees in case if we are conducting a product demo accessible for multiple presenters and sharing of files is also available
while it supports mobile app version to conduct meetings the video quality isn't very impressive during low bandwidth connections. Also we get glitches in the audio at times if you have a poor connection or you are if you are travelling which needs a fix.
we were able to conduct meetings and interviews on the go through video conferencing. Especially training the new joinees in different regions were become much easier.
It helps ease my meeting online. All my Interviews & client meets can now be done via Zoom Meets. Extremely reliable, excellent collaboration tools, and amazing optimization. Never experienced any issues in long calls or interviews.
So people have to leave your landing page to register for your webinar and this is a real problem. We've lost like... 20% of people on the really ugly Zoom registration page.
I like how easy it is to use and connect with people all over the world. I love how simple it is the most and that I can attach zoom meetings on my calendar invite on google.
it was very easy, I hosted my first-ever virtual event using zoom and it went off without a hitch.
Other platforms seem to have more integration opportunities to make the virtual event/ webinar a bit more personal/interactive
Our audience is a bit older so we were worried about a virtual webinar, we decided to go with Zoom because its one of the most familiar platforms, making it less intimidating to our not-so tech-savvy audience members. We were able to host the event while keeping in-person numbers to a minimum
After I finally got it to work, it was nice but they kept going in and out and mean by large screen little screens. Not sure why?
When you are trying to get in and it does not work and there is no resource, and when you try and try and then you realize there is a drop down box but if you have tried to many times it will not let you in. For me it stated I am using old log in, but Hey, it is what you sent me. I checked with all the team and they all had problems as well.
I am not personally solving any, as the webinar came to me from Ford and Lincoln.
We liked that a lot of people have Zoom downloaded to their computer already, so it offers them a familiar interface. It also offer integrations with almost every Marketing automation and CRM tools.
In our experience, Zoom Webinars almost completely lacks customization options to the look&feel, so it gives you as a company a minimal chance to stand out of the myriad of webinars.
Zoom Webinars offers a scalable, and stable platform to host large webinars and online events. We never had any issues with the video quality or the existing functionality, however we missed customization options.
The only thing that I really like about Zoom Events is that everyone is familiar with using Zoom and likely has the Zoom client already installed. This makes it easy for attendees.
Where to start... Let's start with support. The Zoom Events sales team is very quick to answer yes to all your questions, but as soon as you sign a contract you can expect all communication from Zoom to completely vanish. No customer success manager, no onboarding, no troubleshooting support - nothing. I found out after submitting a support request that technically we did have someone assigned to our normal Zoom account, but no one that was specific to Zoom Events, and they were no help whatsoever regarding our Events questions. So how do you learn how to use the platform? You'll need to read the documentation. Not the end of the world, but so much worse than every other digital service we use where we have a dedicated account onboarding person. Zoom also has training videos, but they are basically useless - all very surface-level stuff without any real good explanation, and there's only a handful for Zoom Events. Next let's talk about capabilities. I've used ON24 and GoTo Webinars, both of which had decent built-in certification functionality. I did a demo of BigMarker too, and their certification actually seemed the best out of the 3, though I didn't actually use it in a real-world scenario. Zoom Events' landing page actually used to say that it had built-in certification, although it's since been removed. The reason why is because it doesn't have that functionality at all. There's an add-on called Gutenberg Certificates, but it's not very well integrated nor user friendly, and Zoom has zero attendee tracking requirements that can be used to specify who does and does not get a certificate. Next, their on-demand functionality. While technically you can do on-demand webinars, it's clear that this is an after thought. It's not intuitive thing to set up, and once you do have it set up to be viewed after the event has ended, there's zero notification of when someone has signed up for or attended the event on demand. You have to manually go into the analytics to see if people have viewed it. That would suck enough, but it doesn't end there. The analytics are basically useless. There's zero info on names or emails of attendees and no option to filter analytics by date. If you want to see names/emails of registrants or see who has attended within the last week YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A CSV. I'm not kidding, to get any usable analytics info you are expected to download a .csv and filter in Excel or something. I confirmed this with Zoom. Lastly, let's talk about integrations. We use Hubspot and naturally thought that an integration with such a common product would be a breeze. Not the case. There's an uncertified Hubspot app for Zoom Events, but it's not easy to find, and once it's installed we haven't been able to get it to work. Again I reached out to Zoom about this and they just redirected me to their documentation, which I already had read and was no help troubleshooting. The other option they gave me? "Just download a .csv and upload it into Hubspot." I can't even believe the level of incompetency with this product. For extremely basic events this might be an OK solution, but anyone who's actually serious about putting the data collected to good use or doing anything more complex than a glorified Zoom meeting, I recommend you look elsewhere. We're not even halfway through our year contract and are going to switch to a platform that actually works.
Online training, education, and certification. It serves as a form of lead generation.
Zoom's upside is that it's familiar. Because of Zoom's ubiquity for meetings, people know the name and are (more or less) used to the interface.
First, Zoom Webinar is ridiculously glitchy. We've had problems with presenters being able to enter the webinar, with reminder notices going out *eight hours after an event has concluded*, and with broadcast quality. If you want to rely on a smooth webinar experience, Zoom isn't for you. Second, Zoom is missing a lot of core webinar features that should be table stakes today. There's no pre-webinar waiting room or post-webinar exit page. There's no ability to distribute resources or files. The polling and survey functions are rudimentary. The chat is bewildering for most attendees. Customization of landing pages, reminders, and calendar invites is almost nonexistent. Finally, as an administrator, there are a lot of poor choices on the backend. Workable, but just not well-conceived. There are almost no integrations (excluding the recent Pardot addition) and reporting is a bit of a maze. All of these issues are pretty basic. For a company that is as large as Zoom is, you'd expect them to have nailed simple webinar features. They haven't.
We use Zoom Webinar, on occasion, for marketing webinars with anywhere from 200-500 attendees.
