As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

The simplicity of how the application works
No dislikes I really enjoy using Trello daily
The benefits is having one place to store all information and communicate through the application
Being able to upload a cover image has been a key feature which keeps us glued to this app company wide. I use Trello for sales from initial interest to an active project that I can move to another production board using the same card. Integrated with Hubspot using Zapier, new deals appear on my board as I make them so nothing is missed.
There is no difference between archiving and deleting a card. Every card ever made continues to exist in one repository, the archive. Searching is key to finding anything in there.
Visual overview of sales funnel for the entire team, which we never had before Trello. Looping production in to the sales process allows them to gear up for inbound projects.
The layout of columns to see things at a glance
I would prefer reminders, for things i think are important
Lists that I would have across many platforms are now in one place. I can see my important items and share them with my team
I love how easy it is to share my boards with other team members. Collaborating has never been more fun!

Making cards and waiting on feedback is so easy. Get yourself down with Trello and take it easy.
I try to tell more people about the service that Trello could do for them and make life better for work or home. The world needs to share this fantastic feedback so more people can get the service.
I can say that I have more help from others that use the same service that could help me to understand how to use it. Yes, I did learn fast how to use it and was very happy that I could share all of my projects online.
Drag and Drop Feature for task management
Nothing much but can be better if we can see the project overview without opening
Managing Tasks and Projects, We have completed almost 700+ tasks very smoothly using Trello
It is simple. It is efficient. It is Collaborative. It is engaging. (Also I appreciate that they have given due consideration to Colour-blind accessibility)
Dislike is a strong word. I don't feel about it for any part of Trello.
I head the project delivery at my organisation which involves a lot of collaboration. We are using Trello to ensure a thorough control and complete visibility of all the moving parts, across a widely distributed team.
I love Trello. For someone like me who is a very visual person and has a hard time keeping track of projects in my head, it's ideal. We have boards for various teams where we keep track of projects, manage tasks, and communicate across departments. I love that you only have to be on the cards that involve you, and it's easy to add and remove people, keep watch on a card, create labels, checklists, etc. I love that I get email notifications and that the cards are drag-and-drop. The best part is how customizable it is. Every board we use is set up a little differently and functions differently, but all in a very intuitive way. I appreciate the search functions so that I can see what I need to be working on, or find all the projects related to a certain topic. We use calendar view just as much as card view—it's incredibly helpful to be able to use both. And I LOVE the ability to react to a comment (like with a thumbs up or a smiley face). That might seem small and insignificant, but we use another tool that doesn't have that option, and you lose the ability to easily communicate "yes, I see that" or "thanks" without writing an entire comment and filling up their inbox with non-essential notifications.
Trello feels so intuitive to me, there's not a lot I don't like about it. A couple times I've run into people who find it visually overwhelming—I don't feel that way at all. And it does seem to "go down" and become unusable more than one would want.
We are able to communicate across departments and to folks that aren't full-time employees, like student employees or contract workers. And when we started working remotely because of COVID, Trello helped make that transition pretty seemless. We already had all the projects and conversations going in a way that meant we didn't have to be around the same table together.

It was not as easy to use when I first started out. I had to play around with it for a while before I really felt comfortable.

I like that it's visual, adaptable, and offers users the ability to go as many layers deep as the project requires. These elements contribute to the best thing about Trello, which is that whatever your particular use case, you can configure Trello to work for that specific use. Our lives overlap from work to family to family to work, and I can use Trello for both kinds of projects--personal and professional. For example, it works as well for organizing my holiday baking recipes as managing tasks for my distributed team of contract and remote workers. There are so many examples like this I could give. It is as effective at reminding me to work out and drink water throughout the week as for managing a sales pipeline and tracking media mentions for my clients.
There is no feature that I would say is horrible or should prevent you from trying Trello. The one minor annoyance (or user error) is because I've used it for a long time and have so many boards that it's a little overwhelming. However, Trello offers a great archiving feature where you can clean up the dashboard without deleting files you may want for posterity.
How to keep track of everything, personal and professional, that needs to get done. It also helps with organizing our remote team and holding them accountable and efficient. It ensures that we can easily report to our clients--at their request and at any time--exactly what has been done and what still needs to be completed.
Timeline view and calender help to time management and increase productivity. Assign task, track feedback and deadline tools supporting in many ways to complete project with same energy.
Windows user have to stuck at some points.
Keeping every person on same way and same page during project that can easily done by Trello.
I love that each of our departments has our own boards that keep us focused on our projects and keep each other informed on the progress we are making. Trello helps me prioritize my week, keep track of my daily tasks, ongoing projects, and keeps me accountable to my portion of a group project. Trello has helped us track everything from massive system updates to small issues that we need to remember for a later time. Also the color-coding options are fantastic to show higher priorities and or different departments that are working on a project.
Trello can be overwhelming at first. It is very much like a new language to learn. There are so many features that Trello has to offer, and it takes quite a bit to understand them all and implement them.
