Calendly keeps me booked and busy and organized. And helps me keep track of students.
there's technical issues with the booking logisitics
Calendly allows my students to book even if I don't speak to them and that helps me out.
I feel it is easy for the student to use to make time for us. It is easy for us to make sure our calendar follows our schedule. It makes us easier to reach out to people who don't answer at random times.
I wish it actually worked with our phone system. It is not connected when someone is making a time and they still get called outside their interview. I just feel like sometimes we don't get the support we need.
Just makes it easy to reach out to people who are not reachable through the normal channels. For us it makes it easier to know when they are available and when we can actually reach them
Not a current user. Was in the past and may be again. Need a conversation.
Your polling questons here don't work. I am not a current user so cannot answer.
See prior response. My initial "no" not a current user should have defaulted to no further questions.
I like that I don't have to schedule the appointments with back and fourt
I don't like that the key breaks frequently.
I am not sure it's worth the price when I have to reauthenticate all the time.
User friendly and way of setting up. Any one new to candles would not find any difficulty to understand
I am not sure if canley has any app which makes easier to set from desktop. Beyond that I do not see any
Meeting setups and reminders are easy
I liked that we could provide a way for our customers to book a 1 on 1 meeting during one of our scheduled events.
I didn't think it was very intuitive, though I never received formal training on the product. I found it difficult to navigate and we had to manipulate the system in order to get it to do what we needed done. I found the time zone feature to be rather confusing as well.
We were trying to provide our customers a way to book a meeting with a product specialist during specific time frames during our training conference.
Application works pretty well. Helps me share my calendar with customers.
UI isn't very intuitive. If I want to see someone's calendar availability, I want to see it just like I do in Outlook. But Calendly makes you click multiple times to get there and only shows you one day at a time. You have to click all around to find an open slot. And it should show the calendar page, not a bunch of boxes. For pro version, the pricing makes little sense. I have to pay as much for a single seat in Calendly as I do for an Office365 Business Pro seat - for which I get Outlook, Exchange, and the entire Office suite. Really? Calendly supports multiple calendars - but very poorly. And if you have 3 email addresses for your personal account, they force you to pay for a full seat for each. Now you're 3X the price of the full Office suite. And the technical implementation is very poor.
Sharing my business calendar with external customers.
To have the Ability to schedule with clients
Sometimes doesn't sync with other programs
Allows me to manage calendar in a clear way
it is really easy for students to schedule with me on there.
the downside is that it is often hard to students to understand that this is not a video call. the amount of emails from Calendly is also too much.
Calendly is making it easy to reach me.
The basics are easy enough to learn, and you can smoothly integrate with Outlook.
All advanced functionality is locked behind higher subscription levels-- We have the Professional level so that we can set up a team, but they locked the most obvious and useful meeting type for teams behind yet another upgrade to the sub level. The other two team based meeting options are a joke, and the only useful item is an extra $4 per month... per license...
It books meetings, and I use it to... book meetings.
As I said in my title. Calendly is a great for sending invites to people who want to choose calls on their schedule. I was impressed at how easy it was as a user. That's important.
There are a number of other items that the software has, but I don't want to have to input my information twice. Outlook is still my primary calendar.
Being able to have participants choose the time and duration for an appt that is convenient to them.
It's easy to schedule appointments, that's the only thing.
They tried to make it so simple. But it's so simple that they don't even want to develop. For instance filtering you can only filter by emails, when you want to look up somebody that has an appointment you can't even look them up by their name first name last name or phone numer - only by email. You don't have a white overview of your appointments on the calendar. Did try always to give you a workaround instead of solving the problems.
I don't have any problems I just want things to work.
Not much. It does not work for the function it is intended for.
Changes do not reflect the current schedule. They should not call it changes because you need to delete the schedule and re-do it.
None really.
There was a free version that worked so i tried to get the most of it.
The downtime of site and unhelpful customer service.
i stopped using it since the links didn't work and I couldn't log in to fix anything. Customer service was unhelpful in telling me to log in to cancel. They didn't get back to me when I told them this.
it is no longer working properly - it worked initally but now bugs
no customer support to work out bugs - emailed support 2 days ago with no respnse
This week it has created nothing but problems.
I seemed to have made an appointment with my minister.
I went to my minister's Calendly page and there is no apparent way to find out when I had scheduled my meeting with her. This is the typical kind of product where the people first wrote the machinations in code based on their personal way of dealing with websites and computers. They then came up with an interface that only makes sense to someone who knows those machinations the rest of us never see. Give me a way to get my appointment with someone from my contact's schedule. Is there a special check in page that doesn't show up in my Chrome passwords? Your review form asked for a screenshot. First, I tried to get a screenshot by down loading my Minister's Calendly page. All that did was put a file on my desk top that would not show up when I pushed your "Upload a screenshot" button. I tried the MacroShaft, Shift and S key to make a screenshot to my clipboard. I could not download that, either. I tried file:///C:/Users/Roderick%20Sprague/Desktop/Calendly%20-%20Elizabeth%20Stevens.html and also the link to that page on her ministerial contact page in the download from my desktop space. I got the broken document icon on your "Upload a screenshot" space each time. My final attempt was downloading the contact page with the link to my minister's Calendly page and nothing was downloadable, either. Also, computer people seem to loose track of doing straightforward things with language. Why is downloading something to you an upload? the only difference is it is a jargonish way of saying I am downloading something off my computer to your network. I even had a computer at the U of I tell me it was preloading my desktop while it had to download my desktop. If it was already on the desktop as soon as I had checked into the lab, it would really would be preloaded. Unless there is a remarkable breakthrough with quantum computing, computers are not capable of precognition.
I seemed to have made an appointment with my minister. I am hoping she can clue me in as to when I make said appointment.
I liked when it worked the way it is sold to work.
About three weeks ago my calendly and my team members calendly started turning off the function (randomly) to add meetings automatically to our google calendars. When I reached out to support I asked if it was something I did. I was told no and this is something that our development team needs to look into. It has since happed 5 additional times in the last 14 days where the option to add events directly to our calendars has just randomly turned off which impedes my business. Their customer support ONLY reaches out via Email and refuses to escalate my issue to a manager. Poor customer service all around and as a PAYING customer, I expect issues to be resolved. I will now be looking at alternatives to calendly.
None - At this time Calendly is more of a hindrance than a help.
Google calendar integration and customization for registration forms used to capture information during demo sign ups
Sometimes I get confused about which team is toggled when applying updates to settings on registration forms
Capturing lead data used to create and track accounts in our sales pipeline and CRM
It is easy to use, easy to set up, and is very simple to make changes. I use it every day for scheduling on multiple calendars. I also integrate it with Stripe, Zoom, and my Google Calendar to make it easy to use.
There is sometimes issues with Google Calendar going to spam. This seems to be more of Google blocker than a Calendly issue.
Taking payment easily, scheduling, and avoiding back and forth if there is a conflict in schedules.
