Pipelines and deals are Pipedrive’s (and every other sales CRM’s) bread and butter. They’re visual representations of your sales process, including stages, deal flow, and the status of your current deals.

For starters, the underlying organizational system is super intuitive—contacts are organized by dividing them into “people” and “organizations”. You can then link these to the deals they’re associated with and easily check your history of calls, emails, and activities with any of your contacts or deals.

Pipedrive is one of the top sales CRMs for a reason—a few reasons, actually. It packs in a lot of features designed with sales teams in mind, and most features are executed well.
The only real downsides are the result of the company behind the product, not the product itself. If you can overlook them, you’re in for a great experience.

It would be better if the data visualization tools are better and enable the user to create reports with the desired chart types. In other words, I would like to prepare our reports as we want with a feature such as a business intelligence tool.
Thanks to the Pipedrive program, we can easily manage offers and requests. The drag-and-drop method and using a mobile phone were important reasons for choosing Pipedrive.
The Kanban-like sales pipeline and overall pipeline management make it easy to manage and track the progress of various deals at different stages. Also, the automatic prompt to schedule a "next action" with an individual leads helps to clarify the next steps that should be taken with each lead and "always close" deals. Contact management is excellent overall.
The mobile application is good, but calendaring can be an issue. Also, the booking tool provided by Pipedrive is not very intuitive to navigate or modify, especially if you are trying to set up multiple booking links. Some integrations with third parties have been buggy at times, but these issues generally seem to get fixed over time. The sales pipeline can get crowded and become difficult to navigate when working on a large number of leads but it is still generally manageable. I wish the application had better or limited features for project management for account managers on small teams to keep track of work on projects and stay in touch with clients while projects are being worked on to better ensure customer satisfaction and customer success.
Pipedrive is solving our sales management problem, and it is benefiting me by helping me to keep track of multiple deals in my sales pipeline. It also helps me to make sure that I am proactively following up with leads.
Pipedrive is one of the easiest CRMs to use and configure. The simplicity in the UI and the feature-rich options are a great combination. The support chat is awesome and the tutorial videos cannot get easier!
The user interface does not have a native dark mode. One has to use dark mode extensions on their browser to enable this. I think the experience is best if the CRM has a dark mode toggle somewhere.
When excel charts are not good enough to manage your customer interactions and notes, pipedrive not only replaced the spreadsheets and tables, but also added great value to our entire ecosystem. With the Zapier integration, a huge number of other data sources helped in adding contacts, deals and products. I found it so easy to manage leads and other notes within pipedrive, it is hard to think that any desktop application could take care of such complexities in a simple fashion.
I like the activity setting ability that syncs with my google calendar. Helpful for organization. I think the layout is user friendly overall and was super easy to learn.
Some of the personalization features are poorly placed within the platform. For example, it is strange that you have to open a blank email to set your signature and you can't access it through your mail settings.
I don't personally deal with business issues but it is effective in organizing our customers, visual aids to keep your tasks up to date, and decent syncing with google ability.

Being able to have a pipeline for different scenarios, and being able to have integrations with other platforms makes my life easier, and loving the facility it gives me to enter information.

The UI is easy to use and intuitive, it doesn't take new users long to understand how to best use Pipedrive. The search field is extremely powerful, and the custom fields have allowed us to make it work for our specific needs.
If Pipedrive had a built-in or bolt-on ordering/ERP system then that would make it the perfect CRM/ERP platform.
Our old CRM was very dated, clunky and not cloud-based. It was particularly vulnerable to complete failure without substantial backups. Pipedrive has allowed us to move our data into the cloud with fast response times on data search, reporting and logging.
It is easy to use and setup. Their customer service does a good job in helping you solve any problems via chat or on a phone call which involves very short wait times.
Pipedrive lacks the ability to customize automations and create custom reports. It seems very limited in those capabilities and you're pretty much stuck with what you get.

Pipedrive shows us everything we need to track any sales pipeline from our marketing department, as well as showing us secure channels to share with our customers through the CRM. The file export tools are exceptional and very powerful so we can take advantage of deals that close early and the system doesn't crash.
Pipedrive is almost perfect, if we go into analysis we have not found any major complaint. Sometimes the notifications fail, but it can be mistakes on our part for not knowing how to configure well via chat. If you use the free version it is better to buy a license.
Pipedrive will always be the solution for those small and medium-sized companies that want to venture into the digital marketing and sales market through a powerful CRM tool. It's true that they don't have tools as advanced as Nimble or Salesforce, but it's all you need to start making money almost immediately.

Sometimes I find the organization of the details for the contacts/ orgs / deals to be unintuitive, and then I find it difficult on what know what can be done with the data.
CRM that was eady to use and get setup for my business. Kept track of all my deals in the pipeline so I always knew what to do next to move my prospects down the funnel.

PipeDrive has allowed us to handle many more leads than we could before. We also can segment our potential customers and manage email campigns based on who has spoken to them and about what. It has professionalized our sales efforts. We had tried both Salesforce and MSDynamics before we landed on PipeDrive. I understand the power of those others for large enterprises, but as a smaller org, the flexibility and ease of setting up was more valuable to us.
Nesting customers who are large multi national companies is less than ideal. I'd like to have a Bayer Crop Science master customer with the ability to nest Bayer NA, Bayer SA, Bayer EMEA underneath the umbrella which I havent figured out how to do smoothly yet in PD.
We are now able to share throughout the organization the status of all deals being designed and negotiated within the organization. This has allowed us to generate and manage more business which equals more revenue!
I liked the user interface the most as it has tremendously helped us in tracking the customer journey and keep records of all our leads, sales and revenue. It's really the best CRM in my opinion.
As compared to advanced CRM like Hubspot, it still has limited features and I would suggest them to go more towards creation of funnels as well, and not just the sales cycle.
