The best feature is the ability to see who is on the site, how long, from where, etc. and to track their progress through out site.
Customer support experience and lack of component integration with Zoho suite. Too many dead ends in development.
CRM along with human and bot chat. No real benefits realized yet, still considering alternate solutions that work better and do not have dead ends in development.
