What I like best about CaptivareIQ is that it is so easy to access/manage, and it is very transparent on my bonuses for the month.

I do not really have anything that I dislike CaptivateIQ.

The problems that CaptivateIQ is solving for me is keeping track of my bonuses.

The line by line details, the payouts reviews to be able to change and ensure accurate payroll is excellent

Desktop application, could be better format rd for mobile use

Reviewing and making changes to payroll, allowing detailed look at team payroll to ensure accuracy. Yes

ease of use and I get to get access to my commission check very easily.

The problem that CapitvateIq is solving for me is looking at comissions properly. I am more productive and it is really benefiting me from seeing my commissions.

It is easy to read and understand. I get a clear breakdown of my monthly objectives that I can check against my comp plan.

Nothing, I think that the product is slick and easy to use.

It helps me check my commission statement against my comp plan to ensure I am being paid correctly.

I like when i see a Captivate email pop UP to approve my commission payout. I like the celebration confetti!

I have no dislikes. Captivate covers all of my needs. Its a excellent tool

Honestly... nothing! Everything is smooth and easy to use. I always look forward to logging in once a month to check my commission.

I love how it breaks down my commission so clearly.

The support is a little slow. I have tried reaching out a few times and its kind of been annoying.

CaptivateIQ is making it very easy for our whole team to know exactly how much we will be making.

Captivate is very clear and allows little room for human error.

All functions are easy to navigate. any questions I have i can find out from the knowledge center.

Simple fact of an estimate of what my pay out will be

I like that CaptivateIQ has a seamless layout for me to track and confirm my quarterly commission statements. Its intuitive interface makes it really easy for me so I don't have to manually check every quarter.

So far, I haven't encountered any problems with CaptivateIQ. I think that they could potentially add a feature for direct feedback with the paycheck team at my company with any questions I have.

If I had to choose a particular problem, it would be the management of my commissions. It used to be difficult to track using only Salesforce as my guide for checking the numbers. Now, it's all laid out in one place for me to review

Knowing commission in advance and raising questions if discrepancies are seen (which hasnt happened yet). The 'what if' is also a cool feature to estimate future commissions for given scenarios.

Nada! Everything is great. Why is there a min character requirement when there is nothing to say??? Lol!

Commission tracking and issuance

The best thing about CaptivateIQ is that I can easily track the amount of money I will receive in my commissions.

I don't see anything in the present moment that I dislike in the tool.

He is resolving the problem of tracking how much I will receive on my commisions, before the implementation of this tool I was nearly blind of how much it will be in my account, but aftet the implementation of the tool, now I can have the clear view of how much will be there.

I like how it breaks my commission down so that I can easily see if there's anything in need of correction.

I haven't found anything about it that has caused issues for me. It seems to be much more accurate than the last commission platform we used which was always causing problems.

My commissions are calculated quarterly and it could be difficult for me to tell if the calculation was correct but Captivate breaks it down for me and makes it easy to approve.

How it gives me the information I need about my pay and how it alerts me.

It's normally a weekend after pay but for the most part not an issue

It helps me verify my pay what I am getting paid for and make sure there isn't any mistakes.

CIq is a simple robust platform that allows me access to the info I need quickly

Its difficult to see sometimes on mobile, but that might be my eyesight

Shows my compensation and has internal strucutre to contact my org if questions arise
