This system is user-friendly and creates a seamless candidate experience. It is easy to maneuver throughout the system, and there are multiple ways to reach a screen destination. The application flow makes sense and has met my needs and expectations.
Viewing the candidate's history could be a better experience. The system shows the last action clearly, although you have to go into a separate area to see more details. I would prefer to see the past five steps versus just one.
There are no current problems . Greenhouse is working on to my knowledge. Last corrections have been handled quickly and seem to be implemented well, with few issues.
Product is focused on the customer (Recruiter) and Candidate, making it easy to use and intuitive. Robust reporting features are available. We also have an excellent Customer Success manager and Account Director who are responsive but also super proactive in promoting and highlighting best practise to us.
No real downsides as the product does its job very well. However, there are some elements that could be better integrated (ie. Greenhouse emails + individual ESPs to ensure that all candidate comms are automatically synced to the platform)

Candidate tracking and source of truth for all scheduling
Our recruiters absolutely love Greenhouse, especially from a candidate standpoint. They like how easy it is for employees to apply for positions, schedule interviews with candidates, and interact with hiring managers. The UI is easy to use and quite intuitive.
We use Workday as our HCM system and the integration setup is quite complex and often breaks (for both Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding). We would love to see a delivered integration between the two platforms. We'd also love to have the capability to validate input into GHR and GHO. We often have integration errors because recruiters put text in number fields or new hires forget a number for their SSN or put their DOB in the current year. This makes our jobs a lot more complicated because we need to then reach out and fix the entry. Additionally, reporting capabilities could improve in Greenhouse and Greenhouse Onboarding - this is the only section that I don't find as user-friendly and wish it was more similar to Workday's reporting capabilities.
We are able to easily integrate with different job posting platforms relevant to our industry and share our jobs to a larger audience.

I absolutely love the schedule all feature. When we schedule loops, we schedule at least 5 at the same time so it is helpful to schedule them all at once vs separately. I also like the Zoom integration feature so we can copy the Zoom link once and it will show up across all 5 calendar invites.
It would be great if GH had an option to add attachments and format text within GH.
Greenhouse truly helps with the day to day scheduling needs. It is quick and easy and allows for more productivity.

Greenhouse integrates with the most platforms out there, which helps significantly when you're scaling a business and constantly adding new technologies to drive effective, scalable, and geographically diverse teams and people operations functions. I've implemented the platform twice - once on my own and once with a very small team. I have found it superior to all other platforms available for small-mid-size companies looking to scale and adjust quickly.
Greenhouse has robust options for reporting; however, I've found that the specific reports I've wanted to pull have not always been accurate or easy to build. Also, they recently changed the interface and removed some contrasting colors. I've gotten used to it but miss the color contrast from a UX perspective.
Greenhouse has enabled my team to make quick changes, quickly add jobs, and scale our company by over 65% in one year. Its ability to integrate with other platforms such as ChartHop, UKG, Chekr, CultureAmp and many others has enabled us to seamlessly incorporate platforms we need as we grow, with Greenhouse never being that barrier. Greenhouse also increases referrals by giving everyone an account, is easy to use for Hiring Managers, and the new pipeline feature gives us clear visual snapshots of where candidates are so I can easily manage my team and hiring manager expectations.
Like Greenhouse Recruiting you can review applications, and interview kits, read candidate profiles, finalize dashboards, and manage offers on the mobile app just like you do on the website. At job boards, you can distribute job offers. It allows you to obtain the contact information of the prospects. Helpful in designing referral programs and app tracking pipelines to your specifications. Give candidates the freedom to choose the timing of their interviews and use automated questionnaires to collect feedback on your hiring process.
Greenhouse Recruiting is not always easy to use; some features may be difficult to access. I propose adding alternatives to learn more detailed instructions like the manuals. It is suggested to add the following options for Greenhouse Recruiting: More customization possibilities for the reporting function. Although it could be improved, the prospect profile is currently poor. Include the opportunity to use candidate calendars instead of email to confirm interviews.
The hiring process can be automated in several phases. Each interviewer can offer opinions about each job applicant using the scoring system. To uncover specific talents or experience, you can use a predetermined series of questions to assess each job application.
I use Greenhouse for both recruiting and onboarding. I love the automation features and the new pipeline view that was added recently, it was a gamechanger.
I have had issues with the auto e-mails on Greenhouse Onboarding. I wish there was a way to just have the scheduling based on when the employee is onboarded vs. on actual dates because it's a toss-up whether they will go out or not.

I do not like the new that once you email the responses don't show up in Greenhouse. I do not like the new layout and colors.
