It's simplicity, the UI is slick. Easy to access everything on the go and is on cloud infrastructure
It should have many features pertaining to HRMS system which is still missing a bit

Managing HR Operations
It provides all the primary tools and features an enterprise requires to manage its People, LMS, Payroll, CRM, etc.
Nothing as such. I have been using this product for the last two years and have no issues with it.
As a small organization, we don't need to develop software for our employees to manage payroll, LMS, etc. This allows us to focus on what we specialize in.
There is everything you need in it and it allows native integration between its modules.
Too many settings to complete before going live
It's a great CRM tool which also solves many other needs such as HR processes, conducting webinars and sending marketing mails.
Employee report-wise, it was good. Onboarding was excellent and easy.
Customer support was not up to mark if we struck somewhere, we had to wait for more than three 0r four days.
Attendance Timesheet Leave management. It was time-saving.
The extensive list of applications included in Zoho One is the best thing about it. There is at least one application for almost all your business needs in Zoho One suite. In some instances, there are even multiple apps that can fulfill your requirement. Do you need an accounting application? You have Zoho books, invoice, expense, inventory, subscription. You have Zoho CRM to maintain your leads and customers. There are Zoho campaigns and marketing hub for your marketing team. Zoho Analytics for BI and business analytics to make dashboards and reports. The best part is that all these applications come tightly integrated, i.e, you do not have to pass data between these applications manually; it'll all happen automatically in the background. All these come at a meager price. I don't think there is any other suite of applications at this price point; hence, Zoho One is a lifesaver for any start-up starting out.
The list of applications can become extremely overwhelming when deciding which one to use for which case. This can become even more daunting since even the Zoho support staff won't be able to tell you fully which one you should use. For example, Both campaigns and marketing hub helps you create marketing campaigns; now, which one should you use? Or Zoho books can manage subscriptions, inventory, invoices, and expenses, but there are separate apps for these needs too, so should you use a particular application of just Zoho Invoice? You can end up in analysis paralysis while deciding which isn't beautiful. The second problem is you might not even need all the applications in the Zoho One suite; now, there is no way you can remove a few applications from the billing. You will have to either buy the entire Zoho One suite or buy the applications you need individually, which will make the overall billing very costly
Zoho One gives us a bunch of applications that empower us to run our business smoothly. It has benefited us immensely since we do not have to look and search for other third-party applications for day-to-day activities. Since most of the applications are very easy to implement and run, we do not even need to hire an additional resource to handle the suite, and that's a good save on the expense.
The entire solution is really great. I've been using it for 3 years now and never faced any difficulties. Works seamlessly
adding a few more themes and may adding a few more fields to the information sections will do the job
I use zoho people for managing the day-to-day employee operations for my team. It really gives me complete information about my team and then the other people working in the same organization.
The best thing is we can access all the info of colleagues and self info. Adding the time for each project with different options like start and end time, timer etc., we can look at the leave tracker and attendance.
When we check-in, we need to fill in the data that is not mentioned in the check-in flow but does not allow users to check in. it's very annoying.
I can say one stop for all the services like time tracking, team visibility, updates, leaves, etc..
Ease of implementing the various zoho product and the ease of customization of it.
I have not encountered something that is to be disliked, but recently the zoho creator chat support is really not helpful.
It is solving the problems of lot businesses mainly the cost parameter.
It is a user-friendly tool, we can play around with it very easily. Overall a good product under the budget and give notifications for changes as and when we need to do.

I like Zoho User Interface, Look and feel. I also like Project management, Leave Management functionality. It was pretty easy to setup.
Probably too many options available. A lot of time was spent so far just understanding the whole platform. Lack of customization options in the lower subscription tiers.
Leave Management and Time Tracking task of employees that problem was solved with Zoho people. It improves the collaboration between teams. Major Benefit is employees can manage their CRM from anywhere and still be equally productive.
I'd like to know my organization's members' birthdays, holidays, and time tracker is the best feature of this Zoho. I believe this software is the most unusual feature that Zoho offers.
The only thing I don't like about Priority Leave is that we can't apply for it until 15 days before we need it, which makes it difficult for us. It would be preferable if we could apply two days ahead of time.
We have access to information on our company's members, attendance, leaves, and holidays, among other things, which I obtained from my employer. We utilise it on a regular basis, and it has given us a better understanding of the regulations and procedures.

Screen needs to be refreshed manually when a change is made, and the text display is distorted in certain windows. Zoho support can improve a lot.

This software meets almost all the HR and employee-related requirements, and it helps us to manage the employee and HR-related stuff. Hence I don’t see anything which makes me feel dislike
I’m impressed with it’s user friendly interface which eases my work, I can easily track the review which we had documented for each and every employee with it’s date and time, I can pull up the employee leave report, attendance and break reports in a fraction of seconds.
What I like the most about Zoho People are its overall features. From its leave management, attendance management, time tracker, employee self-service, and form customization, you wouldn't ask for more.
Nothing is less helpful when it comes to this tool, for it works well.

Zoho people provide all the required facilities with enhancing features like Billable or Not Billable, Tracking the attendance, Managing their regularization request, and their information anything can be managed with this.
