I cannot say enough positive about the Remote customer support team! They went above and beyond when we were setting up our auto pay. China let me know exactly what to expect and followed up to keep me posted on the set-up progress. Being in very different time zones, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I love the fact that Remote provides you with all the mandatory information when setting up a contract. You instantly know what's important in different countries. The cost calculator is amazing!
There could be a little more explanation to some country specific questions, e.g. why are levels in France of relevance?
It gives us the opportunity to offer Employment Contracts to colleagues living abroad, that don't want to relocate. And we cannot open a sub-company in every country we are recruiting in. We also don't have to do any research on local employment regulations, as Remote provides us with this information.
