What do you like best about Remote.com?

I'm an employee. It's absolutely fantastic: easy to use and fast and kind customer service.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Nothing. The log in button is inside the menu instead of right on the main page, but that's just a tiny thing. I use it every month for payslips and questions about contract. Enough number of features for me.

The platform is easy to use and if I run into any issues we have a very responsive support team.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Invoice reporting. It is a challenge to reconcile the prefunding drafts, salaries, fees and credits.

all the actions were automated, I was informed consistently about what was missing, the dashboard for managing my docs is super clear and the team was very fast answering to my question

After oboarding, my benefits of insurance is delaying a lot, I am on my 2nd month and still dont have my insurance

What do you like best about Remote.com?

They are truly partners and working together with Customer Support feels like we belong to the same team and company. They are available any time and don't keep you hanging. I trust the legal experts of each country whenever we have an issue. The tool is in general very easy to use.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I still would like more transparency in the payroll/invoice tab. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's included or not. It would be great to have an overview of all costs of hiring someone in each country (e.g. internet allowance, meal vouchers, or any other benefits that are mandatory). Some employee turn out being more expensive than initially planned.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some talent is scarce in the country were we are allowed to hire (Germany), so it's great being able to have a bigger pool. Legal expertise in each country.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

I used Remote.com for one year, every time I had a doubt, the Customer Support team helped me in a few minutes. I used the platform a lot to check my payslips and my current emplyment status.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I liked everything in Remote. Nothing to complain. Just an advice that I already gave to the CS team, would be useful to have a button to bulk export all the documents.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was working for a German company from Italy. Remote solved the tax/legal/finance issues.

Working with Remote has been an excellent experience and the best "remote" company that I've worked with. On the couple of occasions I needed customer service, the representatives were quick, helpful and efficient. Everything is seamless working with Remote!

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

If I have to think of something negative, the only thing I can say is it would be nice to get paid weekly as opposed to bi-weekly, however that's not too big of a deal.

Ease of time management with my contractor. Remote's system practically takes care of everything for me!

Having a credited, well-trained and friendly team of customer support to aid me

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

My Coverflex benefit exists, but I never got to know how to use it or how it properly works

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote allows me to work for a foreign company within the laws of the country I live in. That helps balancing money movimentation in different centers. I enjoy being able to earn more and apply my money on local communities.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Remote is very easy to access and navigate. I love how it allows you to track details of all the employees across the world at one simple panel. Support team is also very helpful and solves issues very quickly.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

As a frequent user I would like to have one person dedicated to the queries, so it makes it easier to continue conversation, instead of having multiple people dealing with one query.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have to look for different entities across the world to employ talented staff. Remote makes it easy to onboard new employees regardless of their location.
