Browser extensions and autofill functionality is great. Lightweight on browsers and on smartphone apps. Consumer grade ease-of-use.

Managing shared passwords and provisioning new users with the right share settings can be a bit complicated.

It is easy to use. I also like that there are tools for reporting that let you know how well your employees are doing in terms of password strength. It is also great that employees are notified about issues with the strength of their passwords. Also I have noticed that they started to focus more on business customers in the last year.

There are some simple things missing that are important to business users. For example: - It is not possible to set a minimum password strength for passwords generated with Dashlane. - There is no API - Migrating from Dashlane to another tool is pretty much impossible unless you are willing to lose a big chunk of your passwords or do a very large amount of manual work. For example secure notes can't be exported. - Dashlane makes a weird distinguishment between personal and business passwords that causes practical issues such as not being able to export all passwords. - Support was bad the last time i tried it. If you want good support you should reach out to your customer success representative.

Dashlane is helping our employees to make sure that they have strong passwords. Because we implemented Dashlane at a very early stage employees in our company generally use very strong passwords.

DashLane saves us a lot of time with auto population of passwords. It's cheap, easy to use. Cross platform functionality

The way passwords are shared in the company is painful. You can't created shared categories or groups for passwords to be shared in.

It safely stores all passwords. It will auto fill in some passwords for your. Also it generates secure passwords.

Sometimes it does not automatically fill in the log in information for sites.

Storing secure passwords

The Dashlane app is simple and works really well. The admin interface works well and all our users prefer it over that other password manager that we move away from.

There are two things we don't like about Dashlane, the sharing is a little bit clunky, and invites don't always appear in users' accounts. Also there is no way to create folders to organise passwords easily. Recently, we've been finding the Chrome plugin to be very buggy with features like biometrics not working at all for any of our users.

We needed a secure and reliable password manager that had a better auto fil system.

A secure way to save my passwords. Allows to maintain a personal and open space for saving information. Allows to share secure information across team members!!

So far it doesn't created any problems but at times the password saved would not auto-populate which is one feature I still haven't been able to use properly or find research about.

I think dashlane is easier than lastpass when it comes to sharing passwords for cohorts

- Dashlane is really badly integrated with common start-up SaaS. Exemple : - User groups should be duplicated from Google Group or Slack Group - Google Workspace integration should be a single click integration - Slack integration is missing when sharing password - 2FA setup is possible on Mobile App only, not on the Chrome plugin - When you fill manually a very long form for a specific address, then you click on Dashlane auto-completion for the Phone Number, all the previous fields you answered manually are overwritten by your default address !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is buggy, support is poor, I saw fraudulent transaction from Dashlane and they were not helpful in refunding. Reported the fraud and awaiting investigation.

I realized that you should avoid scammers and fraudulent businesses like dashlane.

Difficult to assess given the many problems that plague the software.

Synchronization across devices is continually problematic, never fixed, engineers are constantly tweaking individual accounts to get them to handshake and sync better, admin console for business is sparse, overall inconsistent UI design, inconsistent user experience, difficult to read iconography, non-intuitive placement of tools.

No longer achieving time savings.
