iSpring Suite is easy to use and offers multiple options of characters and voices, so you can really build a story for an LMS course. I found the implementation user friendly. There are multiple recordings that are quite helpful. I've gone back to reference parts of them on occasion. Customer Support responds in a timely manner and provides the steps that need to be taken if indicated. I use iSpring multiple times a year as I'm building courses. Sometimes it's hard to decide a direction because I want to play with everything. Integrating iSpring was not difficult due to support and their own instructional courses.
I wish they would put Closed Captions on their courses and presentations.
I've been able to make the courses more interesting. I particularly like the Role Play feature; you can have a lot of fun with that. The benefit is the courses are more engaging and keeps the audience interested.
It's easy to use for me. It contains a lot of useful tools to create interactive content.
Need to add the option to save course progress on the server. Local cookies and cache is not very convenient for students. Some students experience getting stuck on certain slides.
Provide a visually appealing course for based on the PowerPoint presentation that I had designed previously
It is the continual process of bring new features to the application. These enable content creators to more creative and flexible with designing traning.
It is not really a downside, but on some of the webinars, the trainers talk too fast and it is hard to follow.
It allows us to create engaging, interactive training modules using PPT. We don't have invest in fancy software.
It saves you time, especially the text to speech option with realisti voices.
Glitches and waiting for updates and new features
Text to speech in interactions and quizzes for meeting AODA standards for the whole course quick and easily.
I'm currently in the pilot stage of my course, and iSpring has helped me create really high quality material, that my pilot students are enjoying. They're helping me deliver really informative content and test their knowledge. I'm using a separate LMS platform and I can't believe how seemless the transition was. I'm really grateful for how easy iSpring has made this process for me, and how quick I can get a response from the support staff when I have questions. New features are being added regularly. When I first started using iSpring, I was disappointed that voice-overs were harder to add to role-play options and since then, the feature is now much more streamlined and it's made course creation much easier. I look forward to creating my 2nd course.
Nothing. I had previous issues but recent updates with new features have resolved them.
Our previous course was outdated and boring, and would require a complete overhaul even for minor changes. ISpring allows my course to grow without starting over. Our previous testing method was also separate from the course, and now they're intigrated into one. This is replacing our previous course, which was outdated, visually unappealing and frankly boring. It required a separate testing platform, and someone to manually review marks

Posiibility to create course as like as standard preentation.
Internet connection to use some function what is impossible with some cases.
Easy solution to create well looking courses.
- User friendly - Easy to learn & navigate - Built-in interactions - Ability to conveniently add Youtube videos - Ability to create a player template, download it, and re-use - Ability to integrate with LMSs for grading purposes and course completion - Built in table of contents - Ability to share notes/transcript - Wide range of question types for quiz or knowledge check - Customizable feedback on quizzes/knowledge checks
- Unable to preview/publish SCORM sometimes due to a "PowerPoint to HTML5 Conversion issue". Doesn't exactly say where the issue is coming from, which would have been helpful in troubleshooting - I wish they could add a hover feature wherein a slide element (image) gets bigger/zooms in when the learner hovers their mouse over it - More gamification features (crossword puzzle, search the word)
iSpring is my go-to tool for creating self-paced online courses that allow me to not just share content, but enable me to conduct it in an engaging manner with all the features and interactions it has.
We can easily create training courses with iSpring Suite. Using the templates, we always get new ideas and ways to create comprehensive courses that includes narration and assessments.
Nothing so far. It took some time to understand how to build quizzes but iSpring offers technical assistance via their website to support you through-out the process.
Easily create interactive Scorm courses that includes narration, assessments, videos, etcetera that can be used in our company LMS. This has increased our training effectiness and participation.
iSpring is very intuitive and can be used by anyone who knows about power point. Because of it's simplicity, it makes it easy to create sufficient courses that will meet our company's needs and our customers. For me, the cherry on top was our wonderful sales rep, Asyl. She is knowledgeable and I can always trust she'll point me in the right direction.
Some of the video capabilities can be challenging as a newbie. I am still trying to figure out if a single course can have multiple formats in the player (one format of the player showing the presenter and the power point slide, and one format only showing the presenter, etc.)
iSpring suite has helped bring our education curriculum vision come to life. Creating our courses and being able to publish them all in one spot has been really convenient and made this big project, much more manageable.
Immediate technical support and detailed walkthroughs for any issues I have encountered. Also userfriendly software and the price comparing to other similar learning course creating applications.
Some software development would be helpful. However, I always received positive responses from the support people, so I am sure the improvement will be applied soon.
Creating eLearning courses by converting the existing PowerPoint-based training materials. Also, the feature os assessment (quiz maker) within the learning material helps our employees' understanding and knowledge retentions.
I am using it mostly converting Powerpoints to Scorm packages.Especially text to speech and dialogue features work like a charm and offers unlimited opportunities. As it supports animation feature of powerpoint you can create interactive sessions. It is easy to use and powerfull beyond you can imagine.
It is embedded in powerpoint. It would be better if you can use it as standalone software without the need of powerpoint.
To create scorm packages out of our powerpoints easily and fast. With a short amount of investment and after a really short training, you can make your team to create interactive and powerfull scorm packages.
Easy to create interactive videos and quizes. Additionally I love the character builders which makes the course come alive. When compared to other products this is the best software I have ever used
Some of the characters in the suites are excellent however they do not have continuity, for example, if I want the character to animate and show some other poses its not possible
The ispring suite helps me in creating some very valuable courses which can be hosted and uploaded into my LMS. Its produces good quality scorm files which is easy to use
My favorite part about ispring suite is how you can really build custom training on anything and everything that is relevant to your business. It's user friendly because it's just a powerpoint add on so you don't have to learn an entirely new set of digital tools. There is a learning curve but their customer service is unmatched. It's always easy to get immediate help when you run into an issue or simply need a little extra training.
The system has a few quirks that make working in ispring a little frustrating at times but nothing that's a deterrent for going with another system. I wish the reporting function worked a little differently for the quizzes as it does require quite a bit manual effort to get the information needed. Hopefully they'll work through the quirks in future updates.
I use ispring to train my retail employees on our products and systems. Before ispring, our training was very inconsistent. Now we know all employees are receiving the same messaging.
I like the versatility to create content with ppt, video, talk to text, quizzes, etc.
There is always a learning curve, but there are tutorials to help learn how to use it.
It has filled a need to create custom learning and expands our current assessment features.
My main purpose for using Ispring was being able to convert our courses into SCORM format to include in the LMS that we use. The user experience is good for a user at my intermediate level. The online guides would be good for an entry level user and I can other functionality that we would like to use in the future.
When creating a module, the files (specifically the quiz files) that exist before converting into SCORM can sometimes be hard to locate as I want to store all the files in the one folder. You'll need the original quiz file if you want to edit it after sonverting it to SCORM.
Giving me the ability to create SCORM files from existing Presentations that fit within out LMS. Also being able to have customised quizzes helps too.
The most helpful aspect of the tool is the ability to work within PowerPoint so collaboration with non L&D content creators becomes seamless. This sets it apart from other harder to use standalone design products.
The outputs are less polished than some of the 'big names' but the simplicity and speed of creation makes this an easy to overcome issue. Some of the interactions can be a little clunky.
Converting PowerPoint based content into courses that can be hosted by LMS. Creating quick content that is easy for learners to navigate and including quizzes for engagement.
I like that it integrates with PowerPoint easily and the customer support is fantastic. I also benefit from the many webinars that they offer.
Some of the features take some real thought into learning.
It is solving our Faculty and Staff employee development
This is an affordable, versatile, and engaging eLearning software tool
Overall it is very good but I'd like to see more interaction types.
ISpring enhances student engagement by creating visually appealing, interactive learning content.
Easy to use, intuitive and helpful being able to use Powerpoint as the base.
Can be a bit cumbersome to tutorials with many screens involved, but the benefits out weigh the cons.
We create tutorials for our customers.
