Nextiva is very easy to use - and the onboarding process was very easy. The price is good and they have exactly what I was looking for with a business phone.

I love the call center and I love the calling que. We are a startup business and don't want to miss any phone calls. This solves that issue.

There has been nothing to dislike so far. Everything is working normal as it should. Only problem I've had with Nextive is they promised a gift card if I left a review and I never got it. Now I'm leaving a review again.
We can all use the phone at the same time now. That was our biggest issue. More of our employees are able to use the phones more often which means more money coming in for our company because we use the phones for collections.

Nextiva was one of the few VOIPS that linked directly to Netsuite, now when customers call in their customer record is automatically pulled up. If it's a new customer, it will automatically bring up the new customer form. This has helped tremendously in building new leads and relationships.

There are very few things to dislike! We would prefer a lower price, but we understand the pressures of running a profitable business.
Nextiva has solved the problem of scaling up for a small start-up. We need a great feature set for a lean company today that enhances productivity for a small group of professionals who wear many hats ranging from CEO to janitor, depending on who is in the office.
