What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva is very easy to use - and the onboarding process was very easy. The price is good and they have exactly what I was looking for with a business phone.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

So far so good. I have not had a bad experience yet.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the call center and I love the calling que. We are a startup business and don't want to miss any phone calls. This solves that issue.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I called support to help me set up my account. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me get it all done perfectly.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Difficult to set up without support. But I think that's the case with any phone system.

It's our complete phone system and texting tool with our customers.

I wish there was an option to priority ship the hardware so you can receive it faster in an emergency situation like ours where our old phones weren't working.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The attention to detail for the phones is very complex. It is easy to use. I like how all the phones dont have to ring at the same time, only the persons whos call it is for rings.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

There has been nothing to dislike so far. Everything is working normal as it should. Only problem I've had with Nextive is they promised a gift card if I left a review and I never got it. Now I'm leaving a review again.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can all use the phone at the same time now. That was our biggest issue. More of our employees are able to use the phones more often which means more money coming in for our company because we use the phones for collections.

From my first inquiry (which was answered in minutes!) to final setup, the entire process was fast, easy and seamlesss. Everyone at Nextiva was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We are happy we made the change!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect from start to setup and application/training.

We have been using hard-wired phones but with employees working from home, we wanted a VOIP solution.

The thorough help of customer service has helped us setup and seamlessly transfer over our phones!

The only downside is that if the internet goes out the phone systems go down as well :( not nextivas fault just a quirk.

The Nextiva platform is easy to use. The app is reliable and integrates well with the cell phone.

I have not found any specific downsides to using Nextiva.

I am not having to purchase a second phone and worrying about charging and maintaining. I also like the ability to take notes while on the call as a reminder.

*Easy to use *Transition process was simple and easy-No missed calls or drop outs *User administration a breeze *Service has been solid, no issues making or receiving calls *Customers have noted how much better our reps sound on the phones

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

No real dislikes, it's simple and easy to use. One thing may be that the admin portal can be a bit finicky but that is rare I would like too see a drag and drop call flow feature

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva was one of the few VOIPS that linked directly to Netsuite, now when customers call in their customer record is automatically pulled up. If it's a new customer, it will automatically bring up the new customer form. This has helped tremendously in building new leads and relationships.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Excellent features, reliability. Great customer service. Nextiva is able to present complicated features in a manner that enables an administrator with limited network experience to get an office system up and running quickly. The customer set-up team is great, particularly Anastasia.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

There are very few things to dislike! We would prefer a lower price, but we understand the pressures of running a profitable business.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva has solved the problem of scaling up for a small start-up. We need a great feature set for a lean company today that enhances productivity for a small group of professionals who wear many hats ranging from CEO to janitor, depending on who is in the office. We chose Nextiva as it allowed starting with just one line and the complete service platform that will expand as we expand our business. The telecom system should do more than just connect calls - it must in crease the productivity of each team member as we grow.

Nextiva offers a very quick and user friendly answer to setting up a new phone system.

Assigning users to devices takes a little bit of playing around to figure out.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I can reach Nextiva support anytime, even on a holiday or after what would be considered regular business hours. The customer support representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The best thing about support is they will assist to a resolution instead of simply providing instructions, which can sometimes be tricky for customers to figure out for themselves. The phone system and service work consistently and reliably.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Really, nothing. My company has used Nextiva for many years, and, even when our business software added phone service, I chose to keep Nextiva for interoffice calling and the robust functionality that the software system could not provide.

Interoffice communication for remote employees. Call schedules and forwarding.
