I love that I can use Nextiva on my desk, desktop, or cell phone to make communicating with my clients very easy without giving my personal phone number. The texting option is a great feature too.
The only downside of using Nextiva is that the hold times for support are long at time. This can be frustrating when I am having an issue that needs fixed immediately.

It's been really great onboarding with Nextiva. I called in and was able to set up my account and get our system up and running very quickly. I did not expect this to go so smoothly!
The only downside is that I am having an issue with my network settings where I may need to have a setting disabled. Our phone lines are working over cellular network, but not over our wifi network.
Having a phone system that allows inbound and outbound calls. We also have emergency after-hours calls that we are now able to have a auto attendant and screening measure to ensure only business critical calls are coming through after-hours, which helps with our employee satisfaction.
The tools are easy to use and also nextiva is dynamic for every person who wants to use

Customer support was wonderful. They walked me through everything, and there are so many easy-to-use features! After reviewing and talking to several other companies, Nextiva was in our top 3, but after talking to customer service and the sales team, it quickly became number 1. The best part is that you get all of this at a great price!
I have not found any real downsides of Nextiva given my uses for it yet. I know that their video meeting is limited to 45 minutes. I do wish that they allowed for more time, but other than that, it is a great system so far.
I wanted a business number separate from my personal cell phone number that both my assistant and I could utilize during working hours. It has solved that problem and more.

Sometimes the changes I make to call flows or user profiles do not change on the system and I have to call customer support to update on the back end, customer support fixes them swiftly though!

I didn't find any downside. You just need to be prepared for the support call. Simply inform the new user that they should have their business team information at hand for the configuration call.

The user experience for Nextiva is terrific. I have the desktop app, the mobile app and a desk phone. I have a small office, so the phone tree/directory is relatively straightforward. The best feature is the ability to text from the office number. I have saved so much time being able to text my clients from the mobile or desktop app. My clients love it too. Nextiva is the first service I have been able to text from my office line. Other services have had to assign me a different number, so it confuses people.
The setup for Nextiva is not that intuitive, but the customer support is pretty good if you call. The chat almost always has a long wait, and they are not always able to solve the problem. My only other criticism is that Nextiva is very limited in its integrations. It would be good if it could integrate to my online calendar, for example. They seem to be getting there though.
Nextiva allowed me to structure a VoIP system that was simple and robust for my small office. Some other systems did not allow me to customize what I needed for my team working remotely in three counties. I was able to streamline my communications with potential clients as well as existing clients. Being able to integrate my contacts from MS365 saved me so much time. I did not have to input each caller. The desktop and mobile apps are simple to use and functional.

The voice quality is my biggest concern as I am exploring working outside the United States in the near future. The cost was affordable as well. Very much looking forward to getting started once my number is ported. All in all really great. Easy to sign up. And getting my number porting started was pretty easy too. It's a new sys so it will def take a bit of time to get used to it. But unlike other calling platforms I'm looking forward to it.
