QuickBooks Online has been a long-time leader in the accounting field. Well established, easy to use, and understand. You can use an industry-standard double-entry system that provides you with comprehensive reporting features that others may lack. If you are familiar with the desktop version, you can quickly transfer it to the online version. The program integrates with many other applications very well, making your transactions easier to complete.

Personally speaking, one of the most significant drawbacks that I have found with QuickBooks Online is the limited number of accounts users that you can establish on the program. Compared to other online accounting programs, for some people, the price will be an issue, but with the features offered in this program, this can easily justified the cost of the program.

First, connecting to our online banking account and importing information to reflect the organization's financial picture. Second, being able to run inventory management, ability to store information on our vendors with their billing information, and being able to create critical financial documents for presentations.

QuickBooks Online is very easy to use. The ability to access the app and complete bookkeeping tasks via the mobile app is an added bonus. My clients also love using QBO.

QBO could be a little more user friendly especially when it comes to accounting reconciliation functions.

I am using QBO for the majority of my clients for weekly and monthly bookkeeping engagements.

It seems complicated but its easy once you figure out the fields. But there is training available and once you master it, it makes sense.

It gets tricky to separate personal/business expenses for some categories. Sometimes I get lost in setting up the categories and have a feeling they disappear/appear again randomly.

I used QuickBooks for all of my bookkeeping clients. I've been doing this for 10 years. It's easy and provides you so many different options. Unlike other accounting software, you can even pass journal entries to past year accounts with proper security protocol. Easy to use even for a medium size company.

Especially with an updated version, I can not really pinpoint a weakness, because it allows me to every day to day accounting tasks easily.

Preparing below with minimum effort. Financial Statements (Balance Sheet/P&L/Cashflow/ Bank Reconcilation) It provided better security compared to other accounting software like sage. Easy to pass Journal Entries Easy to do bank reconciliations and open balance reconciliations.

Quickbooks online has enabled us to manage all our finances transactions in one place. Automation of invoices is the greatest feature i have enjoyed in this application. Importing of bulk transaction in to the system is aslo taken care of very well.

Quickbooks online has been working very well.

Capturing many transaction at once was an issue.The application has really helped us by enabling importation of bulk transactions.

The application is well developed to accommodation most of the accounting modules.What i like most is the easier way of posting journal.It enables one to capture all the important details of that particular journal.If you have many transactions, it has an Import tool that enables one to post them all at once thus saving alot of time. Reports are well designed especially the Trial balance which a very important report in our company.Also it enables one to export the report in to various format especially to PDF.

Trial balance report was being designed manually.This process could take long and also it was sometimes very inaccurate.The application has helped alot because we get the report on realtime bases and its very accurate.

In my opinion, Quickbooks online is not very effective for larger organizations. Besides, it is a little bit slow compared to SAP or Tally.
