Salesflare offered the best mix of automation and features, along with flexibility and control that really fit the bill for me. I checked out, by actually installing, about 5 different CRMs. Some were more suited for a "team" environment and not an individual practitioner like me. They were more about the workflow and not about the "CR" side of the business. Salesflare does have workflow capabilities, but I was looking for an app that emphasizes staying in touch with leads, helping me keep track of client "touches", and monitoring my pipeline. Salesflare does that quite well. I like being able to see at a glance and in a simple, clean interface, how much value I have sitting at any particular stage in my pipeline. I'm in commercial real estate and find that other, more specialized software handles the actual transactional paperwork flow. Salesflare helps me get to that paperwork stage. Installation and integration with Office 365 and my gmail accounts was quite easy. I also found that importing contacts was just as easy. Salesflare automatically picks up new contacts based on incoming emails. In order to have a one way or two way synch with your contacts it's necessary to use Zapier. That optional app will cost you another monthly fee on top of the Salesflare monthly fee. I'm currently testing it to see if it will be worth it. I think that unless you add and change contacts frequently, it may not be worth the cost.
Synching contacts between Salesflare and my Office 365 or gmail accounts requires paying for another third party app.
Managing my client pipeline to keep me in touch and knowing what and when I've contacted them.
Salesflare is very user-friendly, nicely laid out, looks clean and fresh on the eye, and with the use of workflows, APIs and Zaps it can be very much adapted to suit the needs of your business. I'm currently chatting with the Salesflare team to see how their platform can work with our relatively niche needs. So far, I'm finding them to be very obliging so far and feeling confident that together we will make it work. I find Salesflare's enthusiasm to be most refreshing, and their co-founder, Jeroen, and customer support team are most helpful. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, value-for-money CRM that will save you and your team admin and input time, and one that you will all like to use rather than seeing it as a chore, then be sure to take a look at Salesflare.
I haven't found anything I dislike as yet.
Salesflare is a clear and easy-to-use platform for our not overly tech-savvy end-users to understand and use. Salesflare is far more customizable than some other CRMs I've come across in the many months I've been researching which one best fits our niche needs.
Salesflare is integrated with your e-mail, phone, social networks and automatically extracts contacts from them, to create new accounts. I like its automatic data entry function. Entering data manually is something that always irritated me before. Salesflare - easy to use, combines all information, provides support for cooperation with the team. And now all members of the team can observe the entire production process.
For small teams or individual business the price is a little high. Perhaps it makes sense to diversify the tariff plans, taking into account the cost and functionality. It would be beneficial for everyone.
I use Salesflare to effectively monitor contacts, emails and sales. I also do an analysis of how this can help the development of my business. Salesflare allows you to automate most of the sales cycle, provides a faster workflow and allows you to effectively manage sales.
As a solopreneur, I really like Salesflare for its intuitive interface and seamless integration with my email and calendar. It saves me valuable time and effort by automatically filling out my address book and tracking all interactions. The sales pipeline management feature is especially useful for managing my sales activities effectively. With its excellent value and free trial option, Salesflare is the perfect choice for me as a solopreneur looking to streamline my sales processes. I'm glad to be using it.
One issue I've encountered is that when using the Pabbly automation tool to integrate Google Sheet with Salesflare, I've experienced some fields not working as expected in Salesflare. This has resulted in the inability to add Google Sheet values into Salesflare automatically. I'm hopeful that the Salesflare team will address and resolve this issue, as it's impacting the seamless integration of these tools for my business needs.
Thanks to Salesflare, I have been able to maintain strong customer relationships. I particularly appreciate the opportunity panel, as it enables me to gain insights into the current status of my leads. I find all of these features highly valuable.
Salesflare is easy on the eye, looks simple, but packs some powerful features. It was very use for our team to adapt. Sales funnel management and monitoring feel very natural and intuitive. If I were to build a CRM, it would be close to this.
Some minor technical issues from time to time, which is not abnormal since the software is very young. The support team is very responsive and quick on its feet to fix problems.
Large and complex things have become manageable and easy. I close more deals with Salesflare.
I compared all the likely suspects when looking for a new CRM, and Salesflare was the only one that seemed perfect for me. Enough functionality but not too much, great looking interface, easy to use, and of course, the automatic entry of my contacts saved me a lot of time. The price is just right as well. And the support has been amazing. You really have the feeling they are looking after you. The content they put out on the blog is excellent too - better than 90% of the other stuff I've read on CRM topics, and very in-depth. I'm recommending Salesflare to all the small business owners I know.
I would change a few minor things in the layout of the forms, but otherwise there really isn't anything.
I'm finally getting my contacts and prospecting process under control with the minimum of effort. It's saving me time while also helping to drive my business forward.
Most of the platform I could use right out of the box with little to "learning". Pretty intuitive!! There was lots of options that allow for a robust offering. Good price point = value prop is high
Nothing to really dislike. Had to discontinue as company switched to a different software /application. I did bring to management's Attention ................
Sales. Sales sales. From initial reach out through the sales cycle to deal and client stage. Learning to better use AI and statistics over time really helped.
I feel it’s very scalable. We took our time to try out several CRMs for our startup and we went for Salesflare because we had the feeling it would be most able to stay with us for a long time while we grow.
I would like to able to send emails straight from Salesflare. The sidebar in Gmail is a good alternative, but I don’t like that I have to go out of the app to send emails. Would be nicer if I could do it straight away and I think it pretty doable too.
It’s much easier to follow up, teamwork and collaboration seem much more natural. The pipeline is also downright amazing to keep track of leads.
