Manage all media outlets in one place. Including being able to post stories sometimes.
It diconnects accounts easily It doesn't push my content alot of the time It seems to still be perfecting it's programming
It does allow me to post to multiple accounts at once which help alot with my time and management.
We love the fact that SocialPilot allows us to schedule content on behalf of our clients and await their approval via the platform. This makes approvals easy.
The platform doesn't quite allow us to schedule certain types of content on LinkedIn, such as Polls, and tagging is somewhat challenging.
Getting clients to have sight of the monthly content we curate ahead of schedule is sometimes challenging. SocialPilot solves this and allows them to approve.
I believe SocialPilot is a great choice for our needs. The client portal feature allows us to create a customized and branded interface for our clients, offering transparency and collaboration. It gives our clients access to social media analytics, reports, and scheduling information, fostering a professional and dedicated space for communication. Moreover, SocialPilot's white labelling feature is incredibly valuable. We can rebrand the platform with our agency's logo, colours, and domain, creating a cohesive brand experience for our clients. This customization enhances our agency's professional image and strengthens our brand identity. In terms of social media management, SocialPilot offers robust features. We can efficiently schedule and automate posts across multiple platforms, saving time and enabling us to plan our content strategy in advance. The analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights for measuring campaign effectiveness and demonstrating results to our clients. Additionally, the content curation feature helps us find and share relevant content, engaging our audience effectively. Collaboration is essential for our agency, and SocialPilot's team collaboration features cater to that need. We can easily manage social media accounts, assign roles and permissions, and collaborate on content creation and scheduling. This streamlined workflow improves coordination among our team members and enhances our overall productivity. Considering all these factors, SocialPilot aligns perfectly with our agency's requirements.
In terms of the user interface and design, I find the user interface of SocialPilot to be less intuitive and visually appealing compared to other tools I have used. Navigating through the platform and finding certain functionalities took some time to get used to. It might not be the most visually appealing or user-friendly option for everyone. SocialPilot offers essential social media management features, but I found that it lacks some advanced functionalities available in its competitors. For instance, other platforms might provide more comprehensive analytics, advanced targeting options, or additional automation capabilities. Nothing major, though. We are very happy with the product and service.
SocialPilot is solving several problems in social media management, and as a user, these solutions benefit me in the following ways: Time Efficiency: SocialPilot helps me save time by providing scheduling and automation features. I can plan and schedule my social media posts in advance, ensuring a consistent presence without having to manually post content every day. This allows me to focus on other important tasks and allocate my time more efficiently. Centralized Management: With SocialPilot, I can manage multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard. Instead of logging into different accounts and platforms separately, I have a centralized hub where I can view and control all my social media activities. This streamlines my workflow and simplifies the management process. Client Collaboration: SocialPilot's client portal feature is beneficial for me in terms of collaboration with my clients. I can create a branded and customized interface for my clients, providing them with access to social media analytics, reports, and scheduling information. This transparency fosters a stronger agency-client relationship, as we can collaborate effectively and keep clients informed about the progress and performance of their social media campaigns. Analytics and Insights: SocialPilot offers analytics and reporting features that provide valuable insights into the performance of my social media efforts. I can track metrics such as engagement, reach, and clicks, which helps me measure the effectiveness of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions. These insights enable me to refine my social media strategies, optimize content, and ultimately achieve better results. Branding and Professionalism: The white labeling feature of SocialPilot allows me to rebrand the platform with my agency's logo, colors, and domain. This customization enhances my brand's professionalism and provides a cohesive experience for my clients. By presenting a branded solution, I can strengthen my agency's image and deliver a more polished and professional service.
Social Pilot is great for all the tools you need. Scheduling posts in advance, viewing posts on a calendar, seeing analytics, collaborating with clients, and providing a usable experience.
What I dislike about Social Pilot is the confusing web experience. I wish there were a home dashboard to view things like upcoming posts or analytics; however, you must select the specific page first to view anything. It lacks a central spot to make the experience more streamlined.
Social Pilot allows me to schedule posts, link with Google to grab assets, preview posts and submit them to be posted. It also allows me to view analytics on the posts after they have been published.
Managing and getting analytics for up to 50 accounts/pages in one place.
User interface takes some getting used to.
Saves me time scheduling our content across platforms.
The first thing that struck me about SocialPilot is its clean and intuitive dashboard. The platform makes it incredibly easy to navigate between accounts, schedule posts, and monitor analytics. The learning curve is minimal, and within a few hours, I was able to fully integrate my clients' accounts and start publishing content.
I've encountered occasional glitches and bugs within the platform. At times, the scheduling system has failed to publish a post at the designated time, requiring me to manually intervene and reschedule. Additionally, I've experienced instances where the analytics data has not been updated in real-time, causing slight delays in my reporting.
Streamlining my social media management, SocialPilot helps me save time, optimize my marketing efforts, and enhance my ability to be present in multiple places with less effort.
It does exactly what you'd need it to - the best feature for me is the ability to send out social posts to multiple channels and make slight tweaks to the same post depending on the platform.
I think currently, the inability to make bulk changes to the scheduled dates of posts - so if I were to accidentally schedule 5 posts with the wrong date or time, I'd have to go back and change them all individually.
The ability to add multiple accounts across the same channel, E.g. we have five different LinkedIn pages. Many other platforms only allowed us to add one account per platform.
Saving many time in one platform. Our design and marketing team can collaborate easy.
Would be nice if we can do the targeting options
Saving time for us
Socialpilot has a robust reporting platform and is user-friendly. Clients can use with ease and it is easy to onboard team members.
the social inbox is limited. I know it may be the API, but this makes it difficult when doing community engagement.
Managing client content in one platform.
Social Pilot is a strong contender in the SM management space. At a very competitive pricepoint compared to its peers, it holds a lot of functionality you find on larger, more expensive platforms. Their customer service and support is strong, and very responsive.
Minor technical challenges prevent the tool from being a complete "schedule and go" type solution. You will need to double-check and QA the application. Mobile app is weak
The ability to schedule social media posts allows me to focus on creating new client content while the tool works in the background. Some clients best time for engagement is when our operations are not functioning, so this tool allows us to schedule and deploy content at the right time, without having to man the app.
great software at the right price. very useful in managing social channels
occasionally some post generates errors and must be republished but in general I am very satisfied
I was looking for a software to manage post scheduling. Social pilot ga solved my problem
SocialPilot connects to so many different platforms, and that was something I struggled to find. I appreciate that they aren't specialized in one area, but support many. My team finds it easy to use and I like that I can control what accounts they have access to and I can also approve posts before they are published.
I wish there was a way to customize the analytics and new features are often rolled out to higher level plans. I think the content library, for example should be available on all plans as that is a feature many social media schedulers offer all subscribers. The UI is good, but not amazing.
SocialPilot gives me a way to enable my team to schedule content. It has streamlined our process and fits my needs very well. The analytics are whitelabeled, so they are easy to share and they provide a good amount of information.
I like that It is easy to save posts for use across multiple channels.
There is no ability to mass upload media. It must be uploaded one by one. When you save a draft and want to go back to work on another post you must start the process all over again of selecting the business and scrolling down to where you left off rather than being taken there by default once a post is created.
She allows me to schedule posts ahead of time for my clients and also send them reports that will help to keep them updated on the engagement of their accounts and how they are doing long-term.
Social Pilot has been the perfect social scheduler for our digital marketing agency. I like being able to group social profiles by the client, upload different images and text for each social platform, and set up client approvals. We have been using this for a year and really like it.
Sometimes accounts disconnect, causing scheduled posts to fail. It is easy to reconnect the account and reschedule the post. Plus: You don't have to re-create the post as they save it!
At the moment, we are not experiencing any problems.
-It's easy to edit and post all social media posts at the same time - Love the analytics and client management
- I can change the multiple scheduled posts to another time. It only allows scheduling one at a time. - Don't like the way each pinterest board are counted as one social media rather than considering all boards as one social media account. - The limit on no of social media accounts within the plan is less.
Manging social media via SocialPilot
We love the ability to schedule ahead of time across multiple accounts. We have maintain several accounts for different locations and Social Pilot makes this easy to do!
Occasionally accounts disconnect or fail to post and we have to re-link them. The UI is a little simple a calendar overview would be great and if it has one I haven't seen it.
We have over a dozen accounts across social media and social pilot makes it's very easy to quickly update all of these improving our productivity and reducing time wasted logging into several accounts.
It's a solid platform with good amount of features. Most the the features a quick we'll polished others lacking slighting (reporting)
TikTok posting is not automated. Very annoying. Slow at times for uploading video. Reporting could be better.
Automatically posting social media content
The integration of multiple platforms makes it really easy to share content quickly. From blog posts to videos, I enjoy the many features that Socialpilot has.
Wish I could follow more feed content from others.
consistent point.
SocialPilot constantly makes changes by listening to suggestions and adapting its site. This means every update, the site gets a bit better! My favourite feature is the very readable "Calendar" screen which you can add your custom filters to.
SocialPilot does experience a bit of lag. It's hard to discern if this is my laptop or the site but when you go over the wordcount for Twitter, you will receive a small lag spike, or when you add some filters there will be a noticeable delay. This is somewhat acceptable considering what it needs to do but it does affect work flow.
SocialPilot really helps to reduce the workload of a large amount of scheduling. Whether it is being able to easily adjust the content for each platform to remove links etc. for Instagram or adjusting the photos to suit the difference in dimensions, or even being able to use Bulk scheduling for those huge campaigns. SocialPilot is a huge timesaver. Additionally, SocialPilot provides me with excellent analytics as opposed to going on each platform individually!
Being able to post to more than 3 platforms and pre plan on the calendar
Would like a feature when you can edit a post once and it applies to all platform posts Instagram doesn't seem to recognise and prompt @business names
Makes my job quicker and easier
