They have fixed a malware infection before with no additional costs beyond the subscription. Their free plugin provides a very useful logging format.
Their chat support is useless. They respond, then tell you to submit a ticket for everything. The ticketing systems lacks an ability to add an image so they told me to upload a link through imgur. Uh, sure. Upload an image of our website security settings to a public file-sharing website. Generally slow to respond. Lots of long emails with no conclusion.
We want a WAF, but it is very difficult to install properly. Their CDN is sub-par, and difficult to disable and bypass for another CDN. The biggest benefits are the free plugin, frankly.

I requested a refund after 3 days (for the following reasons) but was denied: - Site monitoring still shows no blocklist (we are). - server side scanner says its activated (green) with 0 warnings, yet if you look at the audit logs it is not working at all "Unable to run server side scanning " - "backup not detected" yet we're hosted by your partner wp-engine which automatically does daily backups - does not show any firewall active, yet I supposedly activated it in the plugin via API days ago - history has 3 days of scans now, with no issues found, yet the entire site is still blocklisted - I have received no support on the firewall activation or troubleshooting despite repeated requests in tickets and chat. My ticket ###### was assigned to a new person nearly 21 hours ago. Is it really that complicated of a request? - I have received no support related to the origin of the current blocklist despite my specific inquiries that have been ignored - I can't share screenshots to illustrate these challenges as attachments are not allowed in tickets or chat

User interface, Web site and dashboard navigation, and customer support extremely hard to navigate. Next to impossible to get support people to speak English rather than technobabble. Impossible to do something as simple as provide log in info to my account so Securi can activate Web firewall or find existing support tickets on their site.

I did not like anything about the company. Initially, i liked the price and the seemingly good reviews, but the company tries to remove the bad reviews and paying anything for this company is too much.
Absolutely horrible support. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They only communicate technical support through support tickets and you never actually talk to anyone. I had to submit a support ticket when my website was down and my website was only back up and running 4 days later after I cancelled sucuri and had them completely remove their service. This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered.
Sucuri made my work and production worse if anything and made problems. I never had my website go down for as long as it did when i used Sucuri.

I have had a security breach. Thankfully I thought I have Sucuri to back me. Unfortunately, the lousy service from them added to this very stressful experience. The hackers kept on coming back over two weeks. Sucuri only response one a day to a ticket, so even just asking and answering will take 24 hours. Yes, in today's technology era, this company only responds every 24 hours and every time with a different person. It seems they only operate witing US business hours. In between these 24-hour response cycles, the hackers had all their fun on my website. I will not renew my annual Sucuri subscription and instead take my chances somewhere else. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my next 24-hour response while Sucuri sleep and the hackers have control ver my website/

Our site received an attack of malware that even took our site down from the web and we were blacklisted and Sucuri keep on claiming that our site was fine... NO malware and no blacklist. We even sent them a list of all the files with malware and they keep on claiming the same. They do not do what they claim to do. Stay away from this company if you do not want to pay for nothing.
There solution to our problem was to cancel the service with NO refund of the 10 months that were still left in the service contract. They are good at charging money but they do not care for the customer.

Support after service: Once the purchase is done, sucuri will treat you as trash. You have no value after purchase. You can only talk to them through tickets. it will take 12 hours to get first human response from support team.
I am going away from sucuri. I discourage everyone in my circle to use sucuri.

Sucuri keeps my site safe behind a Website Application Firewall (WAF). It also helps with website speed as it has CDN speed enhancement. It also monitors my site for malware, which they will remove if found. The support is helpful!
I wouldn't say I like that I have to whitelist ips if I have a plugin or web hosting technical support trying to help me with my site. I always have to remember to get their ip, or they can't log in to my site.
Sucuri keeps my website safe and lets me breathe easier. I don't have to worry about malware; if it did happen, I know I am in good hands with Sucuri's support team.

Before Sucuri, we had one problem after another with our WordPress site getting hacked. We have been using Sucuri for a couple of years. This is despite a smart IT consultant and actively keeping our WordPress up-to-date. To start, they immediately cleaned up the results of our last hack and we have not had one problem since.

Had an unpleasant experience with a 24 hour offline situation for 2 sites. I guess they are giving us a credit for an issue from the month prior that they didn't bill for to make up for it.
They're not Rackspace. You may be paying a bit of a premium, but it's a vastly different mindset. Support tickets move as slow as molasses. There is always some "influx of tickets." They say that they are available 24/7 but when you try to get someone when you need them, no one is available.
Securi is literally the real deal when it comes to security, and I'm all for a secure system but Securi really takes this to the MAX, with complete protection by sniffing GET, POST and URI requests, checking visitors locations and even by identifying possible exploits by checking the pages it serves. I mean seriously most people would have to be seriously paranoid or have a hit out on them to use such an extreme service, but if you are secure conscious you can not secure yourself more than you can with securi!!
The security measures can be a little too extreme, and due to DNS forwarding it creates one more chain that can fail or cause issues before you even think about server/software issues!
If you have a site that is vulnerable or under attack due to profession, past attacks or reputation then this service will protect you from ANYTHING if configured correctly.

Securing eccomerce site
the only good thing is the assistants in the chat bot are actually responsive right away. It's the follow through with their ticketing system with their techs that is the issue.
I just purchased a year-long subscription with them a week and a half ago to help remove malware from my site which has now been down for over a week. Every time I want to get a response from the tech team, I end up having to reach out to the chat bot to request an urgent response to my previous message. It seems like the tech team only response when I send an urgent message to the chat bot assistant. My website has been down for almost 2 weeks because of malware and it seems there's absolutely NO urgency on their part to help fix my issue. They removed most of the malware but there is still malware on my site and I keep reaching out to them to remove it and am receiving snail-paced responses. I still can't get my website up and running. DO NOT use this company.
