I will not just incent buyers because I was invited for the gift card; I will use the G2 platform to post my review based on the knowledge I have about the software. The best thing I like about the software is the user interface. It is easy to find messages and conversations. Still, the services offered. Majorly the live chat is not worth the value or pricing of the software. They provide live chat to the website, but this happens when you have both the web application and mobile application conversations that would appear in the mobile application would not appear in the web application. Let us assume you have software that collects user data through registering; you want now to send an email to one of them, the software of Tidio do not have such a module, and you would need to use another ticketing system; hence additional costs
So you have been lured into upgrading. The price would seem to be okay until you need to add extra operators for your business to provide enough instant support. They will charge another additional $10 per operator/Month, still want to remove branding, they would again charge you $20 to remove branding. To get the best software, you need to pay independently hence cheating in the game.
We wanted to provide support to clients; Tidio gives such service to our business to communicate with clients all the time. They can(clients) chat with us on our website whenever they need support. However, we have not yet benefited from the software. After creating a good email campaign using their template, you send it to subscribers, and the content get delivered through the spam folder; once you contact them, they do not provide clear information
Since the day I started using Tidio, my conversion rate has increased because of customer engagement. Being able to communicate with the customers allows me to get insights about my website from the customers. For instance, earlier in my business we had some website bugs that went unnoticed and were wondering why we lost sales and when we found Tidio the customers let us know who used the chat so they solved us the problem and many times the customer would let us know whenever there was an arrising issue that could be harming my sales. It helps to get a better understanding of my customers and being able to interact with them makes the customer comfortable to make a purchase especially as a small business who is unknown to them. They are more inclined to complete a purchase after speaking to an operator on the website. We also get to know the customer and understand what products they are mostly interested in and understand what could be preventing us from selling. There were many times a customer would let us know what factor prevented them from buying. When we fixed these issues our conversion rate went up significatly. I love to use the chat bot feature as well to boost my sales by giving out discount codes and creating deals based on the website link address that they visit. I also use the chat bot to share related products and Tidio has also helped me increase the order value on my website. I also love that Tidio collects their emails so you can stay in touch with them and send out email campaigns that customers open regularly because they already had previous interactions with us in the past. The customers are more inclined to buy when they have a personal connection to the store that keeps them coming back. The customers feel very comfortable shopping and return many times for a chat and to purchase. I also love the chat bot idea with sending out coupons to new customers and adding their emails to our subscribers. It is very helpful to have everything in one area and the prices are reasonable. Also, I have spoken to Tidio's customer service so many times and they have always been very professional and kind. I would recommend this to every business especially small businesses.

There are numerous benefits, such as what I mentioned above being able to interact with the customers, understanding what they are looking for, and understanding their shopping experience. I have benefited by increasing my sales, since the customers can communicate to me about store products they want, feedback about my store, and talk about their purchases. It solves the significant problem of not needing to email each customer. A chat is more convenient to use and does not require any layout. The quick responses are so helpful too!

From my experience, I won't review good things because of the gift card; the best about Tidio is the fact that they provide the best live chat modules and good user interface. However, Tidio is not a complete solution for communication within the business; you can't have a knowledgebase, the emails get trapped in the spam folder because the only method they give is the forward method, but you can't update the DNS, SPF, or any record so you can have the outgoing message through your email and this puts the risk on spam as Google will likely block such messages
The product is too costly because of independent charges and billing; they charge relatively $15/month for three operators. Extra $10/per additional operator, removing branding is also charged independently and even sending email campaigns or creating a good number of chatbots. The whole software is expensive for small enterprises to use while providing more minor services as far as business communication is concerned.
Our primary goal was to have a ticketing system, knowledgebase so clients can have more comprehensive knowledge from our resources. Unfortunately, through Tidio, we didn't achieve this. The only benefit we have is the live chat module; we can initiate conversations with clients whenever they need support or product inquiries. Communicating with clients has helped us to gain more sales since customers trust us
So far what I love the most about Tidio is their clear pricing model that has no hidden fees or required paid memberships just to use the product. They have a lot of info as soon as you sign up to help you get used to the platform which makes it extremely user friendly.
What I did not like was the set up process initially was kind of confusing. I was signing up directly on the Tidio site and it told me I would need to copy a script in my site's footer, but upon a search I found there was actually a plugin that I needed to use for Tidio instead. So they may need to update their install information so that it is correct based on the platform it is being used with.
For me, it allows me to collect leads while also being able to reach out to site visitors as soon as they visit. It helps to legitimize my business. I feel visitors feel a lot more comfortable doing business with a company that they know they can contact right away via live chat.
I have not seen support at this level before. They are available 24/7 for live chat on weekdays and they patiently answer all questions something that is very rare to find these days. They always want to listen to your feedback and make changes based on feedback. Its easy to configure the bot and it has a clean UI something that was very important for us. I was lucky to find this gem and you can put my review to the test. Just contact their support and sign up for their free trial to test the chatbot.
I wish they had more social options. Currently, they only have FB and Insta. I would like to see SMS, Whatsapp, Slack, Linkedin, etc .. I want it to be an AIO with a single place to manage all my messages.

The triggers work really well. I tried so many others at a cheaper price, but they just don't work. I have Content Security Policy set up on the server. Tidio are well aware of this and have the necessary values to add. Customer support actually exists, again unlike the competition. Unbelieveable about how many of the competitors don't use their own software.
Would like the intent to exit to work before the customer leaves the page, rather than 5 seconds after.
