Automations are very easy to configure and contribute a lot to internal management. I have made integrations with Facebook, Zapier, to connect with other tools such as Pipedrive
At the moment I do not have any reason that I dislike the tool. On the contrary, it always adds to our efforts with our clients. It has multiple tools to integrate, easy to use and facilitate contact with support.

If you're creative, you can sort out any automated system to make leads or make a sale, making the most out of any visitant to your web platform. And best of all, it's for free! Starting business or individual service providers can have it all for free forever. And it doesn't end there. Any kind of business, even big ones, can sign up for free and build all of the automated responses, be it a chatbot for they're website, or automated responses for Instagram story replies or Facebook Messenger API incomes. Once tested, the company can decide to sign it up or leave it, and one thing is for sure: it won't leave it. Tidio also has the best design I have seen on the market, and the whole platform is just to tier in usabiliy, design and support, which is so quick at any time you almost cannot believe they do it all through they're own Tidio ChatBot itself. Their support system using ther own chatbot is a masterclass on how chatbots should work. It doesn't get better than this.
On the 'quick responses' chatbot option, it would be good to know how big the name can be to show in the one-line-sized balloon or maybe allow two lines, which wouldn't be aesthetically pleasing, though.
I'm solving the lack of leads my website would generate. I needed my potential clients to reach me through my WhatsApp business, but only a good-looking website and a fancy Lottie-animations WhatsApp button on the corner were not doing it. Now I have my potential clients from the moment they reach my website, and it goes a long way.

We are making it easier to answer FAQs for our patients to the pharmacy. Most notably we are using it to answer questions related to COVID-19 and how it relates to our pharmacy.
What I enjoy most about Tidio is i can multiple users. You also can get a live notification when someone has entered you site. The only other app i used was shopify chat and this is 100 times better.
I would say the only downside of the app is nothing major. I do think the ui could use a little more work however that does not stop this from being an amazing app.

The different options with how tidio can interact with customers in different stages. We appreciate the automatisation for the FAQ whereas we build it on by adding cupons for the customers down the road.

I like the simplicity and versatility of Tidio. Also, with Trilio I can get notifications via email and through text.
Trilio is pretty easy to set up and got started pretty easily, so it's not much I don't like about Trilio.
I can respond to customer inquiries quickly with Trilio, so it improves my customer response time.

The pricing is good for me. However, my public key accepts me to have three operators at $18/month; the challenge comes when you need to increase the number of operators, they require you to pay $10/month, making it costly for small businesses with a more significant number of operators
We used to use emails to communicate with clients, see how hard it is, then our team googled about the best live chat software, we tried a list of them, but they could not meet our goals. Tidio powers our need to communicate with customers online through our website and Facebook. We can now respond to as many inquiries as we can, providing us a good review when it comes to communication, and we have increased more sales because of the communication link we implemented using Tidio software
