Easy integrations, I use it mainly for the chatbot function. Been a long-time user before, then took a bit of a break, only realizing how much they had improved since. The customer service is absolutely top-notch.
So far I do not have anything I can say i dislike about Tidio. I think they are great.
The AI chatbots take a massive toll on my customer service team. With the platform, our customer service team can manage conversations from multiple websites and social media pages in one place, which is a huge benefit. The other main thing for us is lead generation and increasing our subscriber list.
I really like seeing where my potential customers are on the website live. Knowing some content could be confusing, I like to send a message when they follow a specific path.
For startups making no money, the trial is too short for all the features to see if it's beneficial or not. It would be nice to have 30 days to review. But if it launches with the website, then that's not a big deal.
Customers have questions but sometimes don't know WHAT to ask or WHEN to ask them. I can see where they are reading, and be there to answer potential questions they may have.
It's straightforward to create custom conversations. The drag & drop feature is one of the best.
There should be some more chatbot templates.

100 chatbots per month seems a little less and the packages could be priced a little bit lower! However I wouldn't mind the extra few $$ once I'm a little but more profitable!
CRM and a friendly face on the chat dialogue box is something not even Shopify chat provides efficiently and I love that about Tidio! The chatbots are the next best thing with so many options, I'm impressed! I might just remove another app that helps me with checkout conversions!
Signed up for the trial and was blown away at how detailed you can set flows up. Tidio is extremely helpful for us in responding to our customer's questions. I also love that you can tag visitors based on URL's and Conversations to better segment our list. Further, being able to provide customers discounts and incentives as part of different flows is amazing! Love it
Havent come across anything that I dislike. With that said, as a Maropost (NETO) website user, it would be amazing if Tidio had more e-commerce integrations other then the standard Shopify.
Repetitive or frequently asked questions from customers are now automated. This has solved 80% of our customers enquiries on the spot without the need to take away time from the team.
Operator mode is very good to use, because you can track all the data like, respond time, how conversation was going.
I didnt dislike any feature, because everything is done in professional manner.
It helped us with operator mode, and help desk center. Each customer which is on our platform, can be provided with all information needed first with robots, and afterwards with customer support.

Tidio is a completely comprehensive chatbot for your website that is so seamless to integrate and set up. Both customer-facing and company facing have a great interface, are very intuitive and offer amazing options for customization.
The only thing I don't like is that I's harder to change the colors of the chat to better fit my website but even that doesn't really matter to the overall functionality.
