The free version shows ads and a watermark on your website, but yeah it is free so what do you expect?

Not enough adaptability to modify boxes. Took some time to realise the limitations of the building. I was using the free site builder which may explain it. Picture manipulation was restricted.

It is by far the simplest to learn compared to the others out there. It allowed me to put up a site with no hassle or very little except learning and it’s free for now.

It's easy to use doing drag and drop. Easy to use the ecommerce futures, set up payment gateways, edit pages, etc. One of the best things about Ucraft is their support team to work with.

The platform has many limitations both from functional and design perspectives. It's overall a good drag-and-drop tool for building websites, however, there are some downsides when we start comparing it to other similar tools like Wix.

If we need to make a quick landing page or a small website maybe with some products as well, Ucraft is a good solution.

No Color codes, can't change the colors of everything at once. I wanted to put the text over the icon but had some visibility difficulties.

I couldn't make the background of the text only a different color. I really like that there are a lot of options. I will certainly use it again.

I don't really like anything the best. The price is better than WIX, but the service is difficult to use on every level.

I dislike the dishonest sales tactics. I dislike the web builder. I dislike the bad customer support. I dislike the fact that they issued me a fake security certificate that made my site unusuable for 2 months.

The interface is lean and easy to learn. The customer service was also quick to reply back.

I was force to pay to keep my website after having accepted a "Free 15 days business trial". I had used business plan features in my website. After the trial, I asked them if they could kindly remove them. They told no, I had to pay to keep working on my website. Thanks to this very frustrating moment, I migrated to Github Pages and became full-stack web dev on the side of my job.

Ucraft has a great support team! Ucraft also offers many features out of all the features, my favorite one probably is the element visibility. That feature is just so unique!

So far, there is nothing to dislike about Ucraft. It's an excellent website builder and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to create landing pages with tons of features.

I've been searching for an element visibility website but did not find one until I came across Ucraft. I do not regret coming upon this great website builder. Great job!

Support is A1+ amazing, even chat late night when I am most creative!

If you are not used to the framework, it can be frustrating at first, like banging your head against the wall. But support teaches you all you need to know and then you can run!

Portfolio site

Firstly, the yearly sale for lifetime access. That's what drew me to ucraft, and I'm so glad. The look/features are also great. I love how ucraft is always improving and adding new ways to customize websites.

The only thing I wish is for more css custom features (like text boxes being able to move/animate each time they're hovered over). I wish there was a nicer way to display Instagram feeds.

It's an affordable way to kickstart a hobby business website that looks great, and can grow with the business with all of the nice features. My main business website looks great, and I prefer ucraft to all of the other sites I've used before. I love how the ucraft staff is very helpful, and that the community is asked for reviews/new feature requests.

Support of UCRAFT is simply the best that I have experienced. I have tried many similar services, but compared to others, support and ease of use at UCRAFT are best.

Sometimes there might be missing functionality that I might want. However, whenever I request a feature that is not available yet, I get notified when that feature is available.

I have built our company website at UCRAFT, which has booking integration, clean and concise design, and most importantly, it is secure and always available. When we were using some other similar service, our website was constantly hacked, which is not the case with UCRAFT.

Ucraft's templates are beautiful! The ease of editing them to look exactly as I pictured has been refreshing. I genuinely have to do less work because the bones of the designs are so good. I have created websites using other web design platforms in the past and these have been extremely time consuming and frustrating to tweak and I would end up with a product I was not completely happy with, whereas with ucraft, the templates are already refined and visually pleasing so few adjustments are required. The ucraft online help desk has always been extremely responsive and have managed to walk me through how to resolve issues such as linking a custom domain, quickly and efficiently. They are friendly and patient which is much appreciated.

Ucraft is a great web design tool for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience and wants an easy drag and drop website builder.

I think they could have more modern templates and better options for mobile menu customization.

This is a great solution for someone who is needs to build a website fast and does not want to spend a lot of time on custom features. Perfect for landing pages or funnels.

I like that with the free plan, customer service is still great. I asked assistance from the customer service to connect my custom domain and the representative was still accomodating even if I'm using the free plan. I will definitely consider upgrading my account to Ucraft's Pro account when I finally have the budget for it.

Limited font styles with the free plan. But I'm sure there will be more with the Pro account.

I was able to easily build a landing page for my small music project.

The representative addressed each and every one of my problems in a short period of time. He was very eager to address my concerns and I'm thankful because I was getting anxious while trying to finish my website for my new business. Professional and straight to the point. They've done an excellent job with their choice of employees.

It was a difficult for me to figure out why I wasn't able to access my website from my domain name but this issue was resolved very fast and efficiently.

Ucraft is an amazing team. They know what they are doing. The team is very informative if I have any questions and offers a variety of templates at a decent price with plenty of options. Other services include slogo makers and landing page creators. Altogether a well-rounded service.
