"Really helfpful tool"
What do you like best about Userlike?

Userlike was really helpful in boosting conversion rates at our websites and brought us closer to our customers. But letzs reallly be honest. i am just writing this review to get an extra month of trial of this cool new and exciting product.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

That it costs a lot, if you think in terms of user contacts per dollari think after the trial month we will look out for an cost-free alternative,

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conversion rates are higher, barriers of contacts are lowered. Instead of requesting an offer potential customers can just shoot us an question. It also hepled steering the contents on our landing pages. And our computerguys are on facebook and whatsapp all the time anyway, so why not let them do it professionally?

What do you like best about Userlike?

The actual look and feel and customisation you could make out of the box is really good. The options for how it looks on the page are fairly modern. It feels like one of the better messaging chat services from what I have seen thus far. It would quite to get up and running.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Customisation (Look and feel) took a little bit of time to work out, although the documentation is largely quite sound. Perhaps there could be more chat options or an iPhone app but I used what was available to have the service notify me when a user was present or asking quesitons if I wasn't at my desk.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

To make the business support process more intimate and immediate.

"Best live chat service for a decent price"
What do you like best about Userlike?

I was searching for chat software for a long time, and I did try several software packages before I discovered Userlike. The Userlike software is working like a charm. The widget is looking good, and it can be customized depending on the website you use the widget. As I use the software in a different language like English, I thought I needed to translate some sentences, but that wasn’t required at all. The software is working great in every language. All the options you would like in a chat software is available with Userlike. I did find all the possibilities in other software that cost a lot more as Userlike. I pretty like the price quality of this software.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I can’t find any negative about this software.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Support and e-commerce for customers.

Userlike is very simple to install, you don't need a coder for it. Even the admin interface is simple and clear, but brings plenty of options.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

The price is bit high compared to the competitors' prices.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you need to get in touch with your website visitors, Userlike is the key. Visitors can contact you instantly as long as you have your availability set online. It is easy-to-use and installed in seconds. You can simply change the design and optimize behaviour of the live chat as you wish.

What do you like best about Userlike?

The software is packed with features including AI-enabled automatic language translation, smart notification, integration with Whatsapp, messenger (and other messaging apps), built-in analytics dashboard, filtering, and quality check measure, goal setting, ease of use, and many more. Basically, this piece of software has features for users of different levels.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Userlike is an excellent product, however the price is very expensive compared to its alternatives. Moreover, the pricing gaps between packages and the feature distribution seems uneven in my honest opinion. While I think that the free plan is good enough for a website that is operated soley by an individual or two who may be taking turns, it is pretty limitting in terms of felxible use of the product when you need to interact with more than one client at a time. I don't like, but of course this is designed to push potential clients to go for the paid plans, which I already said are pretty expensive for small and solely operated small businesses.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication is key for customer acquisition and retention for my agency. By using userlike, I capture the attention and the basic contact details of users and send the details to a marketing tool where I apply certain techniques to identify potential customers and market my services. The quick and intutive nature userlike's design is welcoming and helps to grasp the attention of a website viewers and prompts them to act thus solving the problem of bouncing viewers.
