What do you like best about Userlike?

The ease of how to set up userlike and hopefully my customers will like the instant chat

What do you dislike about Userlike?

no dislikes but I wish I could connect it to my phone so whilst I am out I could still chat

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

the problem I solved was instant chat so my customers benefit by chatting to a person

What do you like best about Userlike?

Userlike is very easy to use. I was confused between using many other and userlike. But userlike is the one i choose as it fulfilled all my requirements including unlimited chat history, integration with the CRM. Chat agents feel more comfortable with it. You can go for it.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Nothing as such, but they should bring the Android and IOS app APK for the mobile app integration. Also their chat box is little bulky - too big and it take almost 20% of user screen specially if the website is not the full width website.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had traffic who was not converting and we can know talk to them instantly and solve their queries.

The overall look and feel of the product. FREE plan.

I think you should have a MOBILE App for the Admin.

We just started using it and it seems very helpful. We are using it in our product so if someone has any questions, we are always available to talk to them.

Einfach zu installieren und zu konfigurieren.

Bisher gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, da wir uns noch in der Testphase befinden.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wir wollen beim direkten Kaufimpuls dem Kunden eine schnelle, barrierefreie Kontaktmöglichkeit für letzte Fragen geben. Noch können wir nicht beurteilen, ob das tatsächlich funktioniert. Ähnlich sieht es bei bestehenden Kunden aus, die noch technische Fragen haben.

Userlike is a good chat tool that is 100% customisable.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Some french translation are bads but as I could change that it's okay :) The pop-up is too big, I hope I can change that.

It is too early to know, I hope it will increase sales !

L'appli est très facile d'utilisation et l'interface est ergonomique.

Il n'y a pas grand chose que je n'ai pas apprécié. Je mettrais à jour en temps voulu.

J'ai besoin de capter l'utilisateur se baladant sur le site et d’interagir avec lui. Il y a aussi la possibilité d'enclencher automatiquement des messages selon le comportement de l'utilisateur qui est une fonction très intéressante.

It is very easy to use besides that the widget is looking good. You can customize the widget as well.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

You cannot the visitors while they are visiting your webpage. There are no options like triggering the wizard based on scenarios.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can be in contact with costumers whenever they need. This is very important for us.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Einfache Struktur und Handhabung. Das Design ist sehr schön und Minimalistisch. Es ist Intuitiv und leicht verständlich. Der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent. Es ist einfach viele Anfragen die vorher per Telefon stattgefunden haben, auf eine anderen Chanel umzuleiten und den internen Aufwand zur Kundenbetreuung stark zu minimieren.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Eigentlich nichts wirklich. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, dass auf der Seite mit Whatsapp und Facebook Messenger Support geworben wird, dieses aber nur in der Beta für High-End Kunden zur verfügung steht. Finde ich sehr schade

Genutzt wird das System für einen Online Shop, um die Kommunikation auf ein Chatsystem umzuleiten.

Userlike is simple live chat for the website. Easy to use.

Lack of mobile apps for operators. With app I could take the live chat on go and get notifications from my phone.

What do you like best about Userlike?

The push notification system Userlike has implemented seems to work great for us. We are so busy, it really helps to get desktop notifications for every chat.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I dislike how the chatroom pops up automatically. There may be a way to fix this, but I have not looked into it yet.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have helped many customers in the buying process. I would say Userlike has definitely lead to conversions.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Userlike has the key advantage of having the appearance like a chat on your smartphone. Its usage is automatically familiar to everyone. In addition I like the easy handling to set up the whole thing.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I dont't like the eyecatcher function but that is a setting you can easily set off.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the daily problems and questions of customers. The biggest benefit is to help your customers. They have no effort to search for an address or phone number.
