I really loved the Account-based marketing function, this is very helpful for me as I run campaigns on selected accounts of photographers, it's also impactful as I can run on very selected accounts.
There is the only thing I dislike about Zoho is the contract negotiation as it takes a tremendous amount of time and makes it difficult for us during conversations rest everything is good.
As one of the best features of Zoho I use ABM to run campaigns on selected photographer accounts, Zoho Marketing Automation this process is really seamless and easy to do and the cost of this platform is great. It benefits me in saving time and being at ease.
Having so many tools in one dashboard means I don't have to use 5 separate websites to do the same tasks.

We need to know the craft and trade shows we go to are worth while with zoho we track visitors to the stall to the end purchase via unique discount codes and urls.
It does have plethora of advanced features that make us loyal for Zoho MarketingHub since last couple of months, such as easy integration with numerous apps, customer journey tracking, online surveys, customer data management, quick data filtration, and a lot more features which helps our business to go in the right direction.
Well, overall it does not have any major issues, but some minor issue that we dislike includes having not detailed documentation, fields limitation, glitches while working with huge data, and lack of regular updates to fix the bugs sometime make it really worse. It does have compatibility issues with Mac, some features are not working properly until you install additional app.
