I'm using Zoho for a very long time. So, I'm one of their old customers. The ease of setup, access and multiple features makes them great. Also the simply and budget-friendly pricing makes me happy.
The thing I dislike the navigation to different options. Sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for.

It does have plethora of advanced features that make us loyal for Zoho MarketingHub since last couple of months, such as easy integration with numerous apps, customer journey tracking, online surveys, customer data management, quick data filtration, and a lot more features which helps our business to go in the right direction.
Well, overall it does not have any major issues, but some minor issue that we dislike includes having not detailed documentation, fields limitation, glitches while working with huge data, and lack of regular updates to fix the bugs sometime make it really worse. It does have compatibility issues with Mac, some features are not working properly until you install additional app.
Worked on automation of lead integration, managed all customer campaigns in a very organized way directly in CRM easily, it really helped us to track all communication between customers, reduced our cost, time, and improved performance with timely analytics, so we can also plan our all new strategies with current market situation.
The content templates are amazing and I believe anyone with little to no coding knowledge can design good email content pieces, It's like Canva on steroids built for email marketing
The UI can be improved, it looks pretty much similar to other Zoho product UIs. Since it's a creative product, the UI can be more graphically intuitive.
It's helping marketers send automated emails to prospects at scale. Plus the core problem it solves is the design elements for the email content which I struggled with a lot (I'm from a non-coding background BTW). It is making the email content creation process easier for the non-coders with its email content preset library!
I like the way the web forms integrate easily into a website. And the fact that Email workflows are triggered based on status is just amazing. I find it very good to be able to scheduled reporting. It has a much easier-to-use interface as compared to other automatic software. Last but not the least, it makes communication with clients so much easier!
The fact that social media interactions are not captured is a little frustrating. They should work on improving documentation of how each field works Some of the field mappings between Leads and Deals are not always perfect, they tend to vary
It has helped me alot in improving the efficiency of my empoyees and making it possible to do more in less it. It has also helped me in increasing client retention and satisfaction and further, it had help saving deals that would otherwise had been lost
The platform is the best for personalized email marketing campaigns, and the personalization future is easy to use as well as quick. I have been using this email marketing platform to run and streamline all my different email marketing campaigns needs.
The UI UX could have been a little better. It could be a little complicated for first time users and it did take me quite some time to get used to it. If the platform could come with ease of access, it would be perfect.

The UI/UX is good. The tool is intuitive and makes my scheduling easier. I am able to manage the campaigns efficiently with the help of this tool. It has a bundle of sub tools which are quite useful.
Since marketers use it, there can be more functionalities with respect to dashboards and analytics. There is more clarity required on what features are coming up as marketers don't like to switch or migrate tools frequently.

Painful to set up, painful to maintain No one knows how to use it correctly, or to get the functionality out of it that it claims to have, and I have spoken to developers all across the world.
We are trying to engage with our prospects via various marketing mediums, Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and others, track who is engaged with our posts who visits our website from the posts, or any of our customers that visit our site, so we can score them, and connect with them and have meaningful conversations with them. it's doing none of that.

The reporting funtion can be combersome. It took a while for me to understand. Also, I find it upsetting that MA doens't run congruently with campaigns.
Zoho MA helps us stay ontop of our lead base. After going through MA, our sales team can see which leads are qualifed to speak with.
ZOHO platform is being used for lead management at our end. It has actually resolved a lot of our sales team process issues and also has helped at ticket integrations that has improved the user experience.
ZOHO analytics for Email marketing is not very good. We had to move to MoEngage integrations for the Marketing communications.

Email blasting is more straightforward using Zoho Marketing Automation. The downside is that depending on the license that you bought, there is a limit on how many you can email per day.
Currently, I do not find anything that is less helpful in the Zoho Marketing Automation. So far, all of the functions seem practical to me.
