We haven't had many problems with any features. Depending on how you field the call there may be some sound quality issues, but if you are having calls forwarded to your cell phone it should not be an issue

I use them for very basic services so I haven't had much for issues yet. All my calls seem to work fine. The only annoying thing is all the spam calls I get but that is out of their control and is most likely just a result of the website and business being listed on internet directories.

Having a toll-free number lets clients in Canada reach us at no additional charge. It is also helpful in the rare event that someone is traveling and without access to cell coverage but can access a payphone to place a toll-free call (e.g. in a national park).
