Easy interface, inbox, and message options to keep all communication together.
Frequent glitching because of updates has been inconvenient but seems to have worked itself out.
Project management, assigning tasks, and timekeeping.
No shortage of features and functions to keep my digital marketing agency running smoothly from Sales to Support, Invoicing and Project Management
Can be a bit clunky to load at times. It's designed to meet a wide range of industries, so working in it can be similar to flying a jumbo jet with all the features and functions. Look beyond the complexity and you have a platform designed to keep agencies and professional services businesses running like a top.
We've increased support billing by 300% since we've implemented Acccelo in 2016
Coming from AutoTask, everything about Accelo is better
being cloud based, when internet is problematic, this can be an issue. Would be nice if there was a way to cache or offer an on-premise client solution that can cache changes until internet connectivity is restored or no longer intermittent.
day planning is easier using Accelo time entires as my tasks for the day
Accelo enables my colleagues and me to log our time spent working with our clients easily. Our work week constantly changes, but Accelo enables us to track our time with precision.
Accelo is incredibly useful. No dislikes here.
Accelo allows us to submit hours worked for both single projects and monthly retainers.
Clean and easy to navigate platform that allows me to track time for client work!
Some every day needed functions are unavailable to users that are not admin.
Properly tracking task time.
They respond quickly and keep you updated on the process of your request.
Sometimes if you have a request for new functionality, take a lot of time for them to upgrade.
keeping the staff timesheet up to date and managing client and internal communications
Organization Communication via linked email account how it links to gmail easy of use when discussing projects with coworkers easy to share project task links organization of projects project description and project checklist reporting for different departments integrations with other apps helpful trouble shooting and support links great shortcuts to save time calendar feature email alerts tagging of projects user experience experience of the weekly timer screen
The search feature can be more organized and is great in the move your timer feature. The quick search feature of using the tab key helps and would be great to have more shortcuts like this in accelo. The accelo load time sometimes lags but this can be do to internet connection. There could be more features under the task description to allow Project Managers to identify ket features of a project. Sometimes the gmail linking email functionality does not work and times out. There could be a better way to organize email templates for a department to utilize and share. A page for all of the shortcuts you can use in accelo in a youtube video. A calendar feature to help organize projects similar to google calendar.
Time management communication with clients project management group task management communication with a team task progress reporting meetings are easier and organized when using accelo to share projects overall, communication is easier across the company with accelo integration with gmail email templates project management skills are improved calendar features alerts email alerts about project moving tasks if the time was saved wrong weekly time sheet is organized and easy to manage
Honestly, from the moment we implemented accelo I can already see my efficiency improve. My favourite part is being able to see what I actually spent time doing during the day, as most days just pass with a blur and it seemed impossible to know what was actually achieved. Now I can know exactly where my time was spent, if it was productive time or not, and often have a reason as to why it was not productive.
Sometimes there is a bit of cross-over timing, doubling up essentially.
We are able to know exactly how long staff spend on tasks, and if the issue is the task or the staff member. Often the task is too drawn out and we could shorten the process. This is where projects helped as we could list all the tasks we wanted to go into a job.
Ease of creating invoices. Invoices can be easly created from tickets and contracts
The process to create a template for quotes. It's an ardous task constantly making changes and then having to create an formal quote to see the outcome of your changes.
Contract (Retainers) Management and tracking services that are being logged against the contract and ensuring invoices are being sent on time
Especially on projects and tasks assigned to people. able to log your hours and the type of activities
No ticket flag. If users can flag the tickets based on colors, so eyes can catch those colors supposed to be important or urgent.
Projects and daily tasks
It's targeted approach to the way we work in the production industry, its diffferent to the other ones i have tried and got us through some really intese projects with amazing results.
My only real dislike is its failure to integrate Quotes into invoicing software in Australia.
We switched to this because we had a client who wanted to track multiple staff across thousands of individual video clips with time and accountability, this enabled us to the give the client complete transparency which in turn created trust ongoing.
The Application is a Central location for everything, from CRM, Project Management, Retainers, Tasks & Tickets.
The User interface is bit old school but the team is working on it and there has been constant updates and releases that are taking place.
We never had the information centralized with Accelo everything is in central location. The communication transparency makes it very easy for us. The integration with XERO is seamless and makes it easy to track the revenue by each account.
The connivence of assigning task out to our Philippines team
Too many steps to actually assign a task to a specialist from my team.
Time efficiency on daily tasks
Using Accelo makes my word day, week and month easier to track and monitor. I'm able to easily send notes to colleagues about certain projects, track progress and monitor my day-to-day work schedule. Being able to schedule certain tasks throughout the week and month keeps me on track.
Some navigation could be improved and the interface could be a little more user-friendly. Overall it's not an issue, but sometimes I do notice areas that could use some improvement.
I am held accountable for making sure that I am getting work done efficiently and on time. It's much easier to communicate with team members and see where certain projects are at, at any given time.
consolidation of all tasks into one place. calendar imports but still some bugs around calendar import items
the odd bugs - calendar import doesn't catch everything
getting all tasks/hours in one place
The several options available for creating tasks, meetings, reports. I also love the integrations with other apps and softwares.
I would like to be able to create recurring tasks on a monthly basis. Also, I would like the ability to access the inbox from the mobile app.
We wanted to be able to track revenue, sales, marketing, etc. better. The amount of options available to do are are far better than others we have used.
What I like the most about Accelo is how projects can be broken down into Milestones and Tasks. I also like how all of the clients communication are in one place and whatever you need is one search away. Daily and Weekly timesheets makes it easy to review your entire day, see your entire week in one place, log time that you might've forgotten to log. Goolge G Suite integration is pretty awesome too! Everything in one place!
The only thing that I find to be annoying sometimes is the speed when adding/creating activities.
Time management using timers, having all client communications in one place without having to search through thousands of emails. Very easy and user-friendly interface. Also, the mobile app is a great addition to check your progress or to check your day.
We spent a long time looking for a CRM / PSA that would allow us to manage our sales pipeline, but also most importantly our weekly recurring retainers. It is the retainer module of Accelo that made it stand out to us. It was really the only CRM that gave us the ability to manage our pre-paid recurring retainers effectively.
The user interface isn't the best that is out there. It can be intimidating to new staff, however it is certainly not bad and would still recommend it
We use it is our central platform to manage our business. WE have been able to have clearer view of what is happening in our business with enhance ability to measure staff and see whats happening in our client retainers.
I like been able to be able to see all my daily/weekly tasks and been able to plan for the week ahead. The option to be able to send tasks to others within the team makes this a must for large teams. I am able to go on annual leave and ensure that someone else within the team is able to support my tasks whilst away. Whilst been able to keep a track of daily/weekly tasks, I am also able to support team members with their tasks if they become over loaded. The guides and support offered via the Accelo website are excellent, always respond to my email messages and the guides are straight forward and easy to understand. Accelo is an excellent tool to use if you are looking for a system to use where everything can be kept together
There isn't anything that I dislike about Accelo. I have been a user for just over 12 months and still learning about it each day.
As stated in the things I like about Accelo, I think that the task option is great as anyone can pick anyones tasks up and be able to take them forward if needed. We use projects and are able to track who is the next person that needs to complete a task and can pick up the tasks that others may not be able to complete.
Accelo helped me quicken project delivery time by allowing me the ability to prioritize specific tasks by level of importance. I was able to find client files and emails in seconds. I was also able to fuse time tracking and get a real-time look at the project at any time I needed. This software is a must have for any law firm that deals with a lot of projects that consist of a collaborative effort.
There was nothing to dislike about this software we were using the trial version but will be implementing it permanently in the 2nd quarter (Few weeks away from this review) of this year.
From Collaborative tools to time tracking, Accelo offers many benefits for those searching for a project management tool. We realized that Accelo is the best because they made sure to make it mobile friendly unlike other companies on the market. In this day and time people rely more on mobile devices than ever and Accelo has stepped up in the area.
