The ease of use is what I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub. I typically don't built out our emails, but when I had to, it was super easy to pickup and intuitive.
This is such a small thing - but I really wish we were able to tag people (not just businesses) in scheduled LinkedIn posts using HubSpot's Social scheduling tool.
I primarily use it for scheduling social, social analytics, and building out customer newsletters and subscriber list newsletters. It's saved me time and helped me better organize content.
The user interface makes it easy for me to do my job. Simple stuff, like almost always displaying a link to the asset/landing page/form, etc so I don't have to keep searching for stuff. Or saving my email address when I send out test emails to myself. It's hard to believe, but other tools made me type it in every time I sent an email.
The most frustrating thing for me is trying to build landing pages within Hubspot. I really don't understand the tools and don't have the bandwidth to spend a lot of time figuring out how to change stuff.
All in one product that makes it easy (and fast) to deploy campaigns with landing pages, forms, emails, CTAs, files, etc easily accessible when I need to use them.

Posiblemente el numero de contactos de marketing pueden ser muy cortos cuando se habla si se maneja para un B2C puede ser mas costoso llevarlo a traves del Marketing Hub de Hubspot pero igual tiene ventajas el tener todo trackeado en un mismo CRM.
Diseñar los flujos y que dependiendo las acciones se puedan detonar diferentes acciones porque a veces tenemos la idea de como queremos que sea el proceso de venta para el cliente o de atracción, lo bueno de HubSpot es que podemos incluir todas las variables que nosotros querramos a la hora de diseñar un flujo de conversión.

I feel that the pricing is something that needs to be reduced by introducing new plans so that it can be used by more small businesses.

The varying roles and permissions can be a little confusing, especially since we work with many other departments that may not need a seat in Hubspot but do need to be able to review content before it's live. It'd be helpful if some preview links were accessible to those that the link is shared with so make live changes more quickly.

I have tried tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite in the past, but none spoke to ongoing team initiatives. With HubSpot, any event attendees and engagement live in the same place as my team uses it as our CRM. It's such a relief as the one-person marketing team to be able to access all of this information at a glance. The newer feature to add posts to multiple channels is especially helpful.

Having visibility to contacts in my lists has been crucial for planning our webinars and preparing for on-site conference attendance. With HubSpot, we are able to capture engagement with any and all communications and use this data to inform future campaigns.
Everything is relatively simple to use and understand, but I want to point out that their customer service is top-notch. I call very frequently as I was a new user when my organization started using HubSpot. The hold time is typically minimal and they support people are super knowledgeable and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience and as I had no training in the beginning, I did call very often.
I wish there was an option where you could have unlimited contacts and not be charged per tier. Also, there are some challenges when you are one brand using Hubspot among a larger umbrella brand. The parent company always gets "first dibs" on personalizing the system for their needs. We explored getting our own Hubspot account for our brand , but it was not cost-effective. For example, all email fonts default to the parent brand style so I have to manually override every time. A small price to pay to save in the long run, though.
We were not able to automate marketing and reach people at the right time in the right place! Using Hubspot has allowed us to up our marketing game and reach our target audience, Generation Z much better! ALso, our emails and landing pages have a professional look and feel. That is mission-critical to our brand.

I cannot think of anything; the platform is impressive in catering to nurturing leads.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us create Automation for lead nurturing, Creating Templates, Journeys and Sequences, which makes it easier for us to drive through the content and maintain uniformity in the content, maintaining the Brand Requirements. Using Hubspot, we see an uplift in the Customer Lifetime Value, the response time, and an increase in the renewal rate.

If we could have a holistic view of where customers stand in their lifecycle stage as part of each campaign in the campaigns tab it would be amazing! A table or a funnel style visual!
A one-stop shop so the whole company can log in and use the tool and be familiar with it. We can help eachother and it's benefitting our sales, membership management and marketing teams especially.
