I love how easy it is to understand and how nice the website looks. It was my first time using it yesterday, and I didn't even need to ask questions. Super understandable and practical
The main thing I disliked the most was the name of the categories for reimbursement. It wasn't specific enough to know which type I had to choose for my receipt.
Airbase is helpiing me get my reimbursement for my office supplies and office needs. Thanks to them I can do it faster and easily
Very easy to make expense reports. Functionality is intuitive and doesn't require a lot of tutorials or training. Our finance team has prepared us for success with this app.
There's not on particular thing that stands out negative.
Airbase solves the challenge of manually sending in your expenses. Automating and allowing a quick snapshot of receipts makes it so much easier for traveling.
Spend Management, AP automation, Expense Management, Invoice Management/Billing
There is nothing I can say negative about Airbase.
The simplicity of uploading receipts.
I can just drag the receipt and get it scanned. Better than Concur (terrible!)
Different picture formats sometimes do not work.
Easy expense management submission.
As an event manager, Airbase is the best tool I've used to process on-time vendor invoices and payments as well as getting reimbursed quickly and easily.
Nothing! Airbase is great and I would recommend it to any organization.
Airbase makes vendor payments for events very simple and easy. There is great visibility into what has been paid and the approval process is easy. The virtual card feature is ideal for all of the purchases that come up during the event planning process.
Quick easy use from the app. The notification when the card is used. The easy approving of down line employees
Sometime the app will crash and not save everything Receipts don't always upload firts try
Managing my company spending and reimbursements
Airbase is very user-friendly. Even as a new employee I received my expense card super fast and found the software very easy to navigate right from the start. I like the options of being able to use a physical card, virtual card, or submitting reimbursement requests. It was so easy to use to book travel for a business trip, order lunch during a meeting, and request reimbursement for approved home-office supplies.
My only complaint is that the reimbursement does take some time for the funds to reach me. It took one week before the funds showed up in my bank account and that was by using Plaid to link my accounts which was supposed to be the fastest way.
Since I am working for a company where we all work from home all across the United States and globally, it is great to have an efficient way to plan our business trips and take care of any other work-related expences.
I like that I can use this much more easily than some other financial products out on the market. Saves me time while collating reports for my department, which has made my conversations with the finance team shorter. UI is easy to use.
I would preferably want a more dynamic cashback program, where I am given more cashback on spends like assets v/s food. The reason is it helps me spend more on assets and helps me accumulate points for subsidising smaller spending like office lunch, get-togethers etc.
The ability to integrate with other software and the timely reporting helps me conduct the P&L for my team 25% faster than earlier. It's much easier to have conversations with my team regarding spending.
Having virtual cards for purchases has been so seamless and easy! I like that feature and have found the process easy to learn and user-friendly. It's helpful to look back on past purchases and have a record all kept in one place.
I haven't found anything to be challenging within Airbase. The only downside is that waiting on the approver within our organization can sometimes take a minute.
Airbase solves purchasing and reimbursement problems. In the past, having to put down your money and credit card could take a long time to be reimbursed and required keeping records and filing the correct information. Now I don't have to worry about that and can easily make a purchase.
I like how everything is grouped together. Easy access, as well as tips along the way.
I wish you could access Airbase at the same capacity on both desktop and mobile.
We have a few issues with clients getting the wrong amount reimbursed back to them. Airbase, literally showcases all of our input on a level that does not leave us confused.
The Slack integration is amazing - it makes life so easy.
My only minor critique is I wish the Slack alerts more clearly showed who already approved an expense (just to ease my nerves!).
The old platform was glitchy -- this one works all the time. That has benefited me by reducing significantly the number of complaints that get to my desk.
easy to follow the approval processes and see where your request is and who is responsible to follow up with if necessary. Also very helpful to be able to see delegates accounts etc
would be helpful to see physical card numbers for delegates, especially when more than one person is using it. It means you have to keep the card number on file in a safe seperate space which is sometimes inconvenient
getting invoices paid in a timely manner and being able to follow up with the correct people if it's stuck in a queue
The spend management integrations are what I like the most.Especially the ones with Quickbooks and slack, it reduces my time and effort needed to track and log them which is useful especially during reconciliation period.
Need some more flexibility on growing integration stack; as we are a startup, we will continue to need more flexibility as we grow and continue to add more software and more heads for spending
It's helping me manage my financial management component better than before. This is fairly intuitive and gives me b ack more time to focus on other pressing issues of the day
Airbase helps keep track of expenses. It helps on the accounting side because you can upload invoices to the credit card once it's charged. This is helpful because, come tax season, you will have the invoices already uploaded.
No downside that I've found thus far. This is a great system to have.
Like I mentioned before Airbase is helping keep track of expenses and it helps on the accounting side.
Functionality on the app, Submitting receipts and approving the submittals from subordinates.
The only downside is not being able to use it at specific car rental locations due to the card not being from a particular bank.
Being able to have a corporate care with a lot of functionality and ease in submitting receipts.
