The complexity of the features is amazing. Appypie is not far from being the perfect app-building tool for non-developers.

Some modules are not entirely customizable and there is a huge drawback of not being able to insert a folder module into another folder module.

I'm creating an app that is dedicated to all patients diagnosed with cancer. The app focuses on nutrition, fitness al well-being for these patients.

It's simplicity combined with the knowledge of the submission team. I have dealt with Cherry who was excellent.

The fact I feel like a dinosaur keeping up with the technology. My own feelings, not made to feel that way.

Establishing a presence with Apple iTunes. Too early to tell benefits as yet, however have high expectations in extending reach and showcasing my product.

Once I published my app many problems occurred. Right this moment I'm writing this review the subscription button that I have in my app for my customers doesn't work. This is the second time in 2 weeks, they fixed the other time, and now is happening again. People are complaining to me, I'm losing customers, Appypie doesn't respond in the live chat and they don't answer my calls. I seriously don't know what to say. I don't think that this company is worth it. One other time, when I published my app for the first time, my app was showing with different templates on google play than the design I gave.

Functional problems, templates don't work when you publish the app, the subscription button of my app many times stopped working and people did't have access. Finally we resolve this issue, it's a Google's problem just the appypie could tell me that

I like the ability that I have to create an app with this service. I do not know the coding or any other way to create an app other than by using this service. They make it very easy and they allow for a lot of possibilities. So they do those things very well.

I do not like the financial part of using this service. I wish they had more options that someone could browse over to fit their individual needs. It seems like there is a one size fits all approach with regards to paying for the service. And as a result, using the service became too expensive for me so I stopped using it.

Well namely, they solved the problem of not having an app. And as a business today, you need an app in order to compete with any other business. They make it so that if you don't know how to create an app, their self-service basically walks you through everything in a way that is easy to understand. So Appy Pie made it possible for us to have an app on all the major platforms when otherwise it would have been impossible.

I like the fact that my account manager antonio is very reliable and helps out with any tasks my team and me need help with.

Some agents aren't really qualified to deal with some of the technical queries and it can really waste a lot of your time.

it is helping with the app development process by cutting down the cost and man-hours needed. its a great service

Standardization of fonts, more customization would be great as background varies across the app.

Creating service touch points to the customers and enhance communications. Hope to deploy it out soon to have the benefit to create the needed service touch points.

Without coding knowledge, my quest to create an app would have been expensive and nearly impossible. Appy Pie has a complete set of tools that are easy to work with and learn. Customer service is always available and helpful with questions and next steps. Testing the app at home makes for easy troubleshooting.

To be expected, small features are missing that I would like to see implemented. The ability to change features from your app to your website is apparently in the works. Despite being easier than coding, there is still a learning curve with their software.

Appy Pie turned my small passion project into a realistic goal. This process has allowed me to express my ideas creatively without any coding knowledge.

There are some limitations withing the directory option were users cannot have a live chat with the indivudial that posted the advert on the directory and all has to be sent via email also there are to many extrnal accounts that have to be created for you to get chat functionality in the app with third parties

Publishing the App

So far in my onboarding as a new user, I like the simple DIY interface along with the quick access to live help via their chat feature.

So far I only have two criticisms. 1. there could be more custom app layouts to choose from. For example, I found a great layout (look and feel) by using their Premium feature simulation, however, unfortunately this is not available as an actual option to use in my app. I did chat with their rep Aaron and asked to have this added as an upcoming feature request with a development sprint. I hope it makes the cut! 2. being able to test Premium features (initially, as a non customer) without having to start a paid subscription. I found this frustrating in evaluating the appypie platform, because their marketing material indicates non-clients can test all their features (including premium) for FREE. So this is very misleading, almost feels like its on purpose.

To create practical apps without the need of hiring a developer to write code.
