BigMarker is a professional tool that allows us to stream professional broadcast quality video via RTMP stream to a large, interactive audience. I keep being surprised at the amount of things that can be set up. Every time I think something can't be done I contact support and they show me how to do it. BigMarker really brings virtual events to live with the real time chat and built in interactivity tools. The polling is implemented in a great way so you don't need to use external tools that require additional effort on the part of your audience.
There is room for improvement in the setup of the emails because you might set up different emails that contain a lot of shared fields. And you need to fill them in for every email separately. Which means making changes requires a bit more work. At the same time it does give you more control over each individual email.
Our customers love the ease of use. And the features that are available. We used to need to combine multiple platforms to have the entire suite of features that BigMarker has by default. BigMarker is al all round platform that offer the entire set of features needed in today's online and virtual events. The live chat is a favourite feature as well as the built in pop-up polling. The pop-up offers are also a favourite.
The vast amount of features make the final webinars look very professional . We have learnt more about the features each time we have used it, and each time the webinars are looking better and better. It is easy to use, both for the admin, presenters and attendees who do not need to download a separate app or software. It's just a matter of registering and enter the webinar via the confirmation email.
Whilst the tech support is always very helpful, it sometimes takes up to 12 hours to receive a response by email. There may be a phone number to the support team, however I have not found it. We always get the help we needed, however on occasions it could have come a little quicker
We have used BigMarker for a series of weekly, free webinars to engage with our clients, suppliers and other business partners during the pandemic. It has allowed us to stay engaged with everyone, whilst also providing some educational content. The feedback has been overwhelmingly excellent. BigMarker will continue to be an integral part of our delivery of certain virtual events in 2021 and beyond.

We use the platform for or internal virtual training events as well as for marketing announcements.
The Live Webinar (or Series, since we use multiple webinars in a day) capability is what first drew us to this platform and what we use most often. But then after you have used it once you realize that it actually offers so much more (automated replays, plus on demand playback) all for the same money.
It's almost unfair to say this because this was totally on me but it took a little bit of time to understand how to properly customize the email notifications. I thought the emails were ready to go when I was done changing them but they were in Draft mode. Once I realized the email did not go out as I had scheduled, I was able to see that it was in Draft and needed to be Published. It's just a matter of getting used to it ONCE and then it all makes sense.
We conduct certifications for court reporters. They have to annually do these CEU sessions in order to be certified for the next year. We had to pivot at the last minute to online this year because of Covid. We had to come up with a method of recording attendance, engagement and participation in order for CEUs to be granted by the licensing board. BigMarker did that out of the gate. That was worth the price in and of itself. But once you get in there, and use the additional capabilities (like re-running a webinar for people who could not attend the first time due to loss of power from a hurricane), you realize just how much of a value this is. I don't understand why this platform is not used by more people. Price was a factor - won't lie - but what really won us over was the flexibility and customization. It is a hidden treasure.
The platform offers an extensive array of services for webinar administrators. Its fairly easy to use , and offers excellent Camera Quality for single speakers. On top of that, the Support team usually reply to any request within 24 hours. I tried other providers that are more popular and i have submitted requests and didnt receive a reply after a month of waiting. Finally, what i like is that they offer different types of webinars like 24/7 which is basically like a conferencing meeting room that you can meet your clients in at any time, with a static link, ondemand webinars which are like video portals, automated to pre-plan sequence of events and live.
Our experience with multiple speaker camera quality is not that great. Sometimes there are audio issues where audiences dont hear the presenter. I believe they are working to improve this, and in case you dont usually conduct meetings with more than one speaker talking at the same time, then you wont face any issues.
We solve Branded Corporate events, Conferences, Trainings. We do Pre-recorded Webinars, and we like the sim2live feature which makes video quality 10X better than the shared screen feature and playing back a video that other conferencing providers do.

Bit difficult to pick up at first as there's many options for customisation, which does mean the end result is improved so ultimately not a bad thing. Perhaps a better onboarding experience would be welcome.
We had all of our training and conferences as face-to-face events, BigMarker allowed us to move them online. Realised the process is much more efficient and we are able to reach new markets
We evaluated 15 webinar services and everyone was missing something critical to our business model, except BigMarker. We also experienced serious quality issues with our previous provider during this critical time, but BigMarker handled our webinars with no issue and the quality was terrific! How likely am I to recommend BigMarker to a friend or colleague? I already have - more than once.
I've had a couple of things I would like to see, but am able to suggest that in their feature request queue so fingers crossed.
We wanted a modern, attendee and presenter interface that had all the bells and whistles. Our presenters complained about being distracted by our two prior services. On our first webinar with BigMarker, the presenters took over the Q&A because it was just so easy for them to see the queue and work through the questions. We also had abominable call quality with our previous provider. BigMarker had great webinar quality and we're using their webcast feature to deal with slow connections during this critical COVID-19 time.
The team at Big Marker has built a platform that provides maximum flexibility in how I produce an event. THey've taken the best elements from all the other platforms out there and combined them into one slick and very easy to use platform. They are also constantly improving the platform and are incredibly responsive to feature requests. Beyond feature requests, I can count on their support team to jump in when I need them. Lastly the Zhu-Song, Big Markers CEO has made a big effort to connect with my team and be as transparent as possible throughout our relationship.
Custom integrations can take a long time, however that process hasn't stopped me from running events and the team has done an admirable job in helping us work through an admittedly complex integration.
The user experience is so smooth audience complaints about incompatible technology are a thing of the past which lets me focus 100% of my energy in producing a great presentation. Plus Big Marker's flexibility has allowed me to reconsider how I develop content and how I can engage with users in webinars, videos, and even landing pages.

One of the things that stand out about BigMarker is its UI. Everything is neat and tidy, making it easy to navigate and operate despite the many options and functionalities it offers. I love the meeting room feature, which allows me to have lessons and meetings online with my students on a weekly basis.
The only issue I've come across with BigMarker is that very rarely my students have needed to refresh the page in order continue with the lesson. However, as I said, it's something that doesn't happen often at all.
I can teach students online and I can organise webinars whenever I want. It's a seamless experience.
BigMarker works in the browser and does not require you (or your guests) to install any files before they can jump in the meeting/webinar. Video & audio quality is fantastic, and you can start recording a session effortlessly. Recordings are saved on the cloud saving me space and clutter from my pc.
There was an issue with audio/video sync of recording but after members of the community brought it to their attention, it has been addressed.
We are a distributed team so all of our virtual meetings take place in BigMarker.
The call to action popups and the video quality are the best features in BigMarker. Reports and Analyses are also excellent.
The sound quality is not upto the mark. They can add more new features.

Big Marker was so easy to set up and use. I didn't have a single issue with getting my first webinar set up. The platform is very intuitive, well-organized, and great looking from a design standpoint. Anyone could get a webinar up and running in less than a few minutes. Big Marker has thought about all the details when it comes to all the settings in getting your webinar exactly the way you want it. I also loved the fact that the automated email reminders are so customizable. I could make it look on-brand in no time. I also love the fact that I can stream directly into FB. Super simple with no issues. It's also going to be super simple to set up an evergreen or on-demand webinar with all the choices Big Marker gives you. This product would get 10 stars if I could choose that many. I'm super happy with the software.
I don't have any complaints about the software, but I do have a feature request. It would be great to be able to see comments inside Big Marker when doing a stream into FB, so I don't have to have another device to see the comments from viewers.
I want to eventually run evergreen and on-demand webinars, so I chose Big Marker. The benefits are tremendous as it's going to do everything I need it to do and super easy to set up.
